I was assured that they would have a plumber out very soon. A plumber called to check in, with a time frame of within 1 hr. Sure enough, two plumbers arrived within that timeframe. Brock and Easton were very professional and both courteous, respectful and patient with my elderly client and myself. Every step was explained, price quoted and agreed to prior to commencing, as they worked through the diagnostics and resulting cause. Postponed the quote by a day right off the bat, ok, sh*t happens. Rescheduled following day at 9 am and he shows up to wrong address, takes 15 minutes to go 2 blocks, ok, now we are almost 24 hours behind schedule. Takes a quick look at the few jobs I have around my house, I confirm the quote and work to start Friday at 9 am and when I went to the hardware store I even offered to grab anything that might be needed for the work. Carlo then postpones to between 11-1 pm Friday and says he'll be getting a material list. Wait, you're not going to do the work today? So I'll be the weekend without a kitchen sink? WTF? I let him know it was urgent and dude shows up at 2:15 Friday and says he's going to charge me extra to go get the things that he needs to do the job, which he didn't bother to figure out the first time he came to give me a quote. OR communicate to me before I went to the hardware store. Then, encountering a client who is clearly annoyed by the BS, he storms off. Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate of other people's time and schedules. I'm pretty sure I just dodged a bullet. I'll call a professional with customer service skills.

Poor Quality of Work - The work took a week longer than quoted - Their digging broke our lanterns and killed all our mature plants along the path - They discarded garbage and broken tools around our yard (and did not clean it up) - They widened the path to our front door without telling us this would be done - Their job required us to hire a landscaper and hardscaper ($1000) to clean up the mess they had made (above and beyond the path reworking anticipated) Privacy Invasion and Homophobia - Phil, the owner of Baker Plumbing, showed up unannounced on our doorstep a month after completion of work to hand-deliver the bill (they had not emailed or mailed a bill) - On our doorbell camera, we heard Phil say "motherfucking c*cksuck3rs, I know you are home" - The video also showed that Phil had looked in our front window (blinds were closed), and we have video and audio of him saying "I can see you f*ck1ng freaks in there, mother#ck3rs" - We told them not to contact us again or come to our home: they continued to contact us via text and email Phil's Retaliation -We paid the bill within 24 hours of having received it. We left a 1-star review due to their poor work, the extra costs we had to pay to clean up after them, and because Phil had called us slurs and violated our privacy. -We emailed Phil to confront him about his homophobic language. Baker Plumbing called us "slanderous" -Baker Plumbing then posted 4 x 1-star reviews on our B&B's google listing. They have never been guests. The message we are getting from him is loud and clear: I hate gay people so much I am not only going to use slurs against them, but try to sabotage their business as well.

When our repair man came from Four Seasons, our first impression was very positive, he was so conscientious, happy and very knowledgeable. He explained so much and took the time to inform us on what was being replaced and how he would do it, he ordered the new motor and departed. Unfortunately when he returned the new motor received was not compatible with our specific installation. Instead of blaming the factory, or just leaving us by saying another fan must be ordered, he called the main office to see what they could do? They made it happen by removing a fan from a new unit they had in stock and installed the new fan that same day.
