We purchased our ductless heat pump from Dave's 13 yrs ago and have had very few issues. When we…read moredo have a question or problem we call and they are able to answer the question over the phone or they will get someone out asap. Example: on Tuesday afternoon we heard a strange noise from the head in the bedroom and upon investigation found that the fan wasn't coming on on either of our two Daikin heads. A call to Dave's had the receptionist as a few questions and it sounded like it was going to warrant a visit. Unfortunately, that would not be for two days because they were very busy on Wednesday, but if something opened up they would call. Well, Wednesday morning, they called and I had to admit that now both heads seemed to be working again! She asked it we would still like someone to take a look and we said yes, because we didn't want to get caught without heat or cooling. Ryan arrived at the appointed time, was very professional and assured us that he would check things out. He was very thorough and explained each thing as he went. We did need to have several things attending to and he was able to clear an error code. We are now confident that we are going into the summer in good shape with our ductless heat pump. We really appreciate Ryan and Dave's and they have been our go to company for several homes over the years.

I checked reviews on several contractors in the area and decided to go to the office of Dave's Heating and Cooling Service and talk to the team there about the work done in the past. The office staff was amazingly helpful and had all the records from previous jobs done at this address. They offered to make copies for my records and were a delight to speak with. I decided to schedule a service right then and there to assure our system was ready to perform for the winter months ahead. Technician Adam arrived on time and was polite and respectful of our home. Adam was extremely thorough in testing all aspects of the heat pump system and thermostat settings. The price was excellent for the work performed and we are so glad we made the choice to keep the care of our heating system with Dave's Heating and Cooling Services. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

They were kind, professional and efficient with diagnosing and repairing the plumbing issue. DISAPPOINTED BY THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND CUSTOMER CARE!…read more I hired Impact Plumbing & Heating Ltd. to install a new hot water tank. During the initial assessment, Mike spent a good amount of time discussing options with us, and their pricing seemed fair and good value for the service. While the installation appeared to meet code requirements, immediately after the work completion we noticed that the "relief valve discharge pipe" was positioned directly above a drywall surface--creating an obvious risk should any discharge occur (picture attached). Despite my repeated and reasonable requests for clarification on liability and suggestions to reposition or extend the pipe to mitigate potential damage, I received dismissive replies. The company refused to adjust the work without charging additional fees. Even after I raised concerns about the risk of future property damage, they stated the matter was "closed" and asked me not to contact them again. I had hoped for a cooperative and safety-conscious resolution. Unfortunately, Impact Plumbing did not take ownership of the concern or prioritize customer satisfaction. I would caution other clients to be very clear up front and not assume post-installation support will be available. Wouldn't recommend the company.

And this one was a pretty major project running two cables to install a pair of electric vehicle chargers. Had to run the cables half way across my house, cutting into the ceiling drywall in one room and in the garage. Overall they did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend 24/7 Electric. Both for little jobs and for getting your Tesla ready for super fast home charging with a Wall Connector!

I have hired Aire serv for HVAC issues several times because they are an excellent company to work…read morewith. When I say HVAC issues, that means to clean up problems which other HVAC companies couldn't fix or created. If I had known of Air Serv from the start, I would have hired them on the spot. If possible, I would give them 10 stars out of 5. The reason I would recommend them is for the following reasons. This company runs like a well oiled machine. The office staff is good at communicating and answering questions when needed and always returns your calls They are polite and courtesy. If there is a problem that others have told you is unsolvable, Nick from Aire Serv will come over and lay out solutions and options to fix the issue. He will conduct comprehensive tests to verify that everything is correct. Then he will guide his workers like Kevin, Dennis, and Cameron to implement the solution that he came up with. These workers are very knowledgeable, clean, and polite. They take so much pride in their work that they forget to take a break and eat. While they are correcting the issues caused by others, if they find another problem that may be dangerous, they fix it; for example pipe is loose and not supported well, leak in the exhaust pipe, etc. At the end of their work day they cleanup flawlessly. I am embarrassed to say that they left the work work area in cleaner and better shape than before the job was started. Also, these workers know every single thing about the HVAC system, and what each component does. The reason I am saying this is becauseI have come across other companies previous to this company that thought the motherboard, thermostat, etc were bad, which was incorrect diagnosis. When you describe to these workers the issue, they know exactly where the issue is and fix it. Raj
