I have not used this company for plumbing services and never will. One of their drivers drove very dangerously at high speeds, tailgating me for a considerable distance. I had a hot water tank installed by these guys. I noticed that there was some water in the pan. I called to get a service. The admin woman told me that they would not come service the tank - at my location. I am in sooke. They installed it! Refused to service it. I was told that a manager would be in touch with me Monday - well several Monday's have gone by .... not a call from anyone! Worse customer service ever! read more

This place is a complete rip-off. Somehow a $93 drain clean cost me over $1,000 plus an annual SuperPlumber membership subscription I did not want. This place is predatory. They sent a high-pressure salesperson dressed as a plumber first and charged me over $1,000 for a Jet Flush (Angie's List says this typically costs $300-500). I would not recommend this service to anyone. The reason they are super responsive in booking your appointment (which was a positive aspect of their service), is because they probably have the budget for lots of support and salespeople due to the prices they charge. I followed up twice to inquire why the price suddenly got so high and they never got back to bad. Terrible after-sales service. read more

These guys are totally awesome. I had a hot water tank fail. They were timely, cleaned up very well, answered my question. The service was great from their answering service to work done. I will be using them again .... for sure. They even texted me the photo and name of the staff that would be coming - a great idea! The Super Plumber is SUPER unreliable. We have attempted to use them on more occasions that I would like to admit due to having a credit with them. They do not come when they tell you they will come. Sometimes, the don't come at all! They expect you to wait around your home all day to then call you at the end of the day and tell you they need to reschedule in a couple of days time (this was for a leak that had done substantial damage). They are unreliable and overcharge. In they end they referred us to another company?! DO NOT USE THEM!! read more

I chose this company because they came up on a site that listed it as one of the three best plumbers in Victoria. Google is not always right! My plumbing problem seemed minor. The hot water on the faucet in my kitchen sink had very little pressure. The plumber arrived on time, but spent over an hour and a half looking at his iPad and going out to his truck before touching my faucet (I think trying to figure out how to fix my plumbing problem). His behaviour did not instil in me a lot of confidence in his ability. He quoted me three options that ranged from $179. to $1,100. I was shocked as he had yet to actually look at the faucet. In the end it seems I needed a whole new faucet, but found their price of $680. to be extremely high. I bought a high end Moen faucet for my second home for $279. and had it installed for $95. They say their price includes a ten year warranty, but I have found faucets usually last well beyond that time span. Finally managed to get them to replace my faucet for a reduced price (if you can call it that) of $500. with only a 90 day warranty. I needed a working faucet and was fed up with the plumber being in my house for three hours. Don't use this company unless you just like wasting money. The plumber was courteous, but the protocol of giving three estimates before actually taking apart plumbing problem does not work. Update - Because of my complaints the company did refund me $150. from my bill. The faucet that they installed is working well and they assured me that if I ever used their service again they would send a senior plumber. read more

Here's the facts: Shysters. This company will arrive quickly, but then attempt to overcharge you through the nose. I called about a very simple leaky faucet/pressure issue which I wasn't sure how to fix myself. He wandered around my house looking for the water shut-off (it's literally under the sink), couldn't find it, loosened my outdoor hose connection (?) and then emailed us a quote for a new faucet install at $650 bucks before taxes, with a suggested "membership" plan with dubious benefits for another few hundred for a tidy sum of over $1,000. Are you laughing yet? A GRAND to REPLACE A FAUCET. Cool quote! Very neat. Google how to remove + replace a faucet. It takes 10 minutes, if that. You need a wrench and half a brain. Nobody needs a membership plan that means absolutely nothing. He also tried to upsell us on a variety of other things we apparently needed (unrelated to the actual repair) with a second quote totalling over $3000. I bought a new faucet fixture on sale and popped it in myself. Total cost: $70. Total time: less than 30 minutes. Do not call this company unless you want to be parted with your money. read more
