Met with rep in May of 2022 and was assured the pump we wanted was in stock and would be installed in mid-June. Cancelled our place in line at the first company to go with 360. Never heard anything from them until I called them at the end of June and was informed we were "fourth in line" to get the install done....sometime in September. Spoke to head of the sales dept and he was to call me around July 8 (after my sons wedding) to see if we were going to cancel or keep the Sept date. Never heard back and I've since left three messages just to know if we are even still on the install list. No courtesy of a phone call - but man alive they were damn fast calling me back when I was looking to buy a unit! Thanks 360 for convincing us to give up our spot with another company just to deal with your epic fail.

There is no diagnostic equipment that I've seen used. I have seen cellphones used to access manuals but no inspection or diagnostic. I have been told my furnace "is possessed" and "I don't know what is wrong with it" yet I am charged full service charge every time. This is outrageous. My next step it Technical Safety BC to submit a formal complaint. This company is not honest.

Much to my surprise he called within the hour saying he was 10 minutes away and could pop by and at least take a look at my heat pump. He quickly found the issue and had a replacement part to hand. He explained everything and even estimated what it would cost to run it for cooling as I had told him I didn't use it much due to the imagined cost. In less than an hour I had a/c again. What a star! Efficient, personable, professional, conscientious and kind. What more could you ask for?!

24/7 just wrapped up their second great job for me. First a while back was a simple light switch…read moreconversion. And this one was a pretty major project running two cables to install a pair of electric vehicle chargers. Had to run the cables half way across my house, cutting into the ceiling drywall in one room and in the garage. Overall they did a fantastic job. Kept the area clean and put it back to as close to normal as possible (they told me in advance that they put the cut drywall pieces back up, but don't repair the cuts). Would definitely recommend 24/7 Electric. Both for little jobs and for getting your Tesla ready for super fast home charging with a Wall Connector!

But there was some confusion and mixed messaging from them which caused some concern. That got sorted and techs arrived mid afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Dale got involved and the job was prioritized since it required panel, meter base, and mast replacement - a big job. The crew showed up the next day and coordinated with BC Hydro. It was a long day for them, but, by 5:30 we were back up and running. Very happy with the tech crew -Hannah and Ken - who worked diligently all day and were very pleasant to deal with. And very happy with Dale who recognized the seriousness of the situation, communicated openly with me about options, then prioritized the job. Happy to recommend 24/7 and very happy with the outcome.

Replaced a very old heating fuel furnace that was at it's "end of life" with a new gas furnace…read more Received a quote from Angelo less than 3 hours from his visit. Becky at the office, answered a few questions and altered our order to include a programmable thermostat with no problems. Sent updated information, and confirmed the install twice, at time of order, and again the day before. Their friendly crew were on time, paid attention to details, kept me informed as the install was happening, answered all questions. They double and triple checked the install. Checked the registers. Insured the gas stove was operating fine before wrapping things up, as the gas was shut off to run a new gas line. Removed the fuel line, shut off the fuel from the old tank and capped it as well. Ran through the thermostat settings. Cleaned up everything and used drop cloths. Place heats quickly, fan is much quieter and can actually be set to lower speeds if desired. The programmable thermostat helps reduce heating costs. So far, I am quite pleased and toasty warm. If I don't update this review, the furnace if working fine. ;)
