They protected my floors and carpets, they took time to ask questions and make sure everything was going where I had hoped it would and the contractor Bun, spent a significant amount of time with me once it was installed to run me through the smart thermostat and show me how to work it. I am delighted with the service I received yesterday!

So our fan motor burned out on our gas fireplace and I called to have it repaired. We were very…read moredisappointed that it failed so fast, after only having this unit installed for less than 4 years. They sure don't make things like they used to! When our repair man came from Four Seasons, our first impression was very positive, he was so conscientious, happy and very knowledgeable. He explained so much and took the time to inform us on what was being replaced and how he would do it, he ordered the new motor and departed. Unfortunately when he returned the new motor received was not compatible with our specific installation. Instead of blaming the factory, or just leaving us by saying another fan must be ordered, he called the main office to see what they could do? They made it happen by removing a fan from a new unit they had in stock and installed the new fan that same day. We will for sure be using Four Seasons for all our future service and new purchase needs. U are truly a gem of a company!! Thank U Ben, ( I pray that's your name) the most knowledgeable and courteous service man I have ever encountered! Cheers Rob and Lisa

I highly recommend this plumbing company, I am very impressed with their services…read more My elderly clients were without toilet services and had sewer backed up into their shower. My manager called three plumbing company's yesterday to get their plumbing serviced. When I heard that no one had come, I called Wade Roberts plumbing this morning. I was assured that they would have a plumber out very soon. A plumber called to check in, with a time frame of within 1 hr. Sure enough, two plumbers arrived within that timeframe. Brock and Easton were very professional and both courteous, respectful and patient with my elderly client and myself. Every step was explained, price quoted and agreed to prior to commencing, as they worked through the diagnostics and resulting cause. They churned through invading tree roots, clearing the clogged pipe and expediently restoring services. I wish we had called you yesterday. Thank you for your excellent service.

Richard quoted a very competitive price (best out of 3 other quotes) and their was no surprises or extra costs, even when they had to do more work than anticipated to jackhammer out a buried cement drain basin. He was able to dig out my drains with my deck still attached and upgrade my drain system to a two pipe system. Richard was very communicative and answered all my questions. Perimeter drains are not the most exciting home renovation project, but if you need them done at a fair price and with quality work, contact Richard and his team
