Darryl is absolutely amazing. I emailed him today presuming that, what with the heatwave of late,…read morehe would not be available for a week or two. Much to my surprise he called within the hour saying he was 10 minutes away and could pop by and at least take a look at my heat pump. He quickly found the issue and had a replacement part to hand. He explained everything and even estimated what it would cost to run it for cooling as I had told him I didn't use it much due to the imagined cost. In less than an hour I had a/c again. What a star! Efficient, personable, professional, conscientious and kind. What more could you ask for?!
