I called and Josh answered made an suggested time of arrival and promised to call me to keep me apprised. He did. He called a couple of times to give later ETAs as he was on a job that was going longer. I was in trades too and am aware that jobs can get complicated. What I really liked was that he called and kept his word. When he arrived he was friendly, open and a pleasure to work with. He fixed my problem which ran on longer than we thought, charged a fair price, cleaned up after himself and said thanks for the work. Paying him was simple. The job was done very well. He was a good man all round. I will use him next time. If you need an electriction you should call J F Electrical inc.

I still do not have even an installation date. Each time there's a new story, and no heat pump. As this pump is under warranty, I am at a loss to understand why he won't just replace it. He has left me no choice other than legal action, and a campaign to share my experience with my community. I cannot go through winter without a functioning heat pump. It's already been 7 months after all. He doesn't seem to care that my elderly parents (88 and 94) and me have no heating or cooling. And he still has not provided me with any documentation. This is so difficult and frustrating for me. I have tied to be fair, but I can't wait any longer.
