We had no heat or hot water due to a neighborhood wide power surge and outage that fried the electronics on an on demand unit. Asked for a quote for replacement of an existing unit that is 9 years old and the quote for the recommended replacement part. Expressed to all we spoke to the urgency of the situation. Only replacement part quote came in- told that it may not work at $1000. No option but to try it given the situation. Apparently it is not possible to just give us a quote to replace a unit that was sized right and worked fine until a power surge blew it out for 9 years. The quote required the "comfort sales guy" organizing a visit with us, no date offered, told he wasn't available. No replacement quote a week later. Of course the recommended replacement part (over $1000) no guarantees and no return did not work. After that part failed the tech identified other issues with the unit that were clearly visible at the initial visit indicating the unit was already failing. Just got a very terse call from the owner saying it was us that were unreasonable in expecting a quick replacement quote. Just wow! Can't say more, as I have to prioritize getting heat and hot water into the house, still none 8 days later!

They protected my floors and carpets, they took time to ask questions and make sure everything was going where I had hoped it would and the contractor Bun, spent a significant amount of time with me once it was installed to run me through the smart thermostat and show me how to work it. I am delighted with the service I received yesterday!

When our repair man came from Four Seasons, our first impression was very positive, he was so conscientious, happy and very knowledgeable. He explained so much and took the time to inform us on what was being replaced and how he would do it, he ordered the new motor and departed. Unfortunately when he returned the new motor received was not compatible with our specific installation. Instead of blaming the factory, or just leaving us by saying another fan must be ordered, he called the main office to see what they could do? They made it happen by removing a fan from a new unit they had in stock and installed the new fan that same day. We will for sure be using Four Seasons for all our future service and new purchase needs. U are truly a gem of a company!! Thank U Ben, ( I pray that's your name) the most knowledgeable and courteous service man I have ever encountered! Cheers Rob and Lisa

And this one was a pretty major project running two cables to install a pair of electric vehicle chargers. Had to run the cables half way across my house, cutting into the ceiling drywall in one room and in the garage. Overall they did a fantastic job. Kept the area clean and put it back to as close to normal as possible (they told me in advance that they put the cut drywall pieces back up, but don't repair the cuts). Would definitely recommend 24/7 Electric. Both for little jobs and for getting your Tesla ready for super fast home charging with a Wall Connector!

But there was some confusion and mixed messaging from them which caused some concern. That got sorted and techs arrived mid afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Dale got involved and the job was prioritized since it required panel, meter base, and mast replacement - a big job. The crew showed up the next day and coordinated with BC Hydro. It was a long day for them, but, by 5:30 we were back up and running. Very happy with the tech crew -Hannah and Ken - who worked diligently all day and were very pleasant to deal with. And very happy with Dale who recognized the seriousness of the situation, communicated openly with me about options, then prioritized the job. Happy to recommend 24/7 and very happy with the outcome.

DISAPPOINTED BY THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND CUSTOMER CARE!…read more I hired Impact Plumbing & Heating Ltd. to install a new hot water tank. During the initial assessment, Mike spent a good amount of time discussing options with us, and their pricing seemed fair and good value for the service. While the installation appeared to meet code requirements, immediately after the work completion we noticed that the "relief valve discharge pipe" was positioned directly above a drywall surface--creating an obvious risk should any discharge occur (picture attached). Despite my repeated and reasonable requests for clarification on liability and suggestions to reposition or extend the pipe to mitigate potential damage, I received dismissive replies. The company refused to adjust the work without charging additional fees. Even after I raised concerns about the risk of future property damage, they stated the matter was "closed" and asked me not to contact them again. I had hoped for a cooperative and safety-conscious resolution. Unfortunately, Impact Plumbing did not take ownership of the concern or prioritize customer satisfaction. I would caution other clients to be very clear up front and not assume post-installation support will be available. The technician who came then tried to supposedly contact someone about it, but with no success. He informed me he would contact me later in the day or the next day after he reached whoever he was trying to contact. Recently I received a bill for $94 and a threat that if I didn't pay it within 5 days they would add 25% to bill, monthly until it was paid...they claimed they tried to contact me earlier about the bill? He showed no sign of slowing, no sign of checking traffic, either oncoming, or from the angles. Just sped right through, as recklessly as possible. As this area has a lot of seniors walking and driving the youngish male driving the car was very lucky he didn't kill someone. We turned at that intersection and watched him speed down Mt. Newton X, right through a well marked Hospital Zone. How do we know he was speeding all this time? We were going the speed limit and he continued to put distance between us, that's how. Does this person reflect Coastal Heat Pumps? Let's hope not because this jackass was not only acting in a criminal manner, but was reckless and pretty stupid as well. We have been considering a heat pump, but after witnesssing this criminal in action, we'll go elsewhere.
