If possible, I would give them 10 stars out of 5. The reason I would recommend them is for the following reasons. This company runs like a well oiled machine. The office staff is good at communicating and answering questions when needed and always returns your calls They are polite and courtesy. If there is a problem that others have told you is unsolvable, Nick from Aire Serv will come over and lay out solutions and options to fix the issue. He will conduct comprehensive tests to verify that everything is correct. Then he will guide his workers like Kevin, Dennis, and Cameron to implement the solution that he came up with. These workers are very knowledgeable, clean, and polite. They take so much pride in their work that they forget to take a break and eat. While they are correcting the issues caused by others, if they find another problem that may be dangerous, they fix it; for example pipe is loose and not supported well, leak in the exhaust pipe, etc. At the end of their work day they cleanup flawlessly. I am embarrassed to say that they left the work work area in cleaner and better shape than before the job was started. Also, these workers know every single thing about the HVAC system, and what each component does. I hired this team to clean our bathroom exhaust ducts and attic circulation unit. Unfortunately,…read morethe experience required a lot of hand-holding and ultimately caused more problems than it solved. The first crew didn't remove the exhaust fans to clean the ducts until I removed them myself, and they left a significant mess in the bathrooms. After they left, the fans stopped exhausting air entirely. A second crew was sent out days later to clean the clogged roof screens, but after they left, one vent was still completely blocked. I ultimately had to hire an independent HVAC company ($210) to troubleshoot the issue. The HVAC tech found that the second crew had incorrectly reinstalled the roof screen, jamming the damper shut and completely blocking the airflow. After reviewing the HVAC invoice, they did reimburse me for the repair cost. I appreciate them taking accountability financially, but due to the lack of training with the field crews and the frustration involved, I wouldn't use their services again.

So, funny story...a few weeks ago I get my carpets professionally cleaned by ServiceMasters (they…read moredo the common areas in my condo building and give residents a good discount, so it makes sense). I also had them clean my shower floors' grout, which had never been done. They did a great job but informed me of a crack in the grout in one shower, causing potential for water leakage and water damage (NOT something to mess with when living in a highrise!). They do not repair or seal grout, but they strongly advised me to get this issue tended to ASAP. Of course I freaked out. A neighbor recommended COIT, saying they re-grouted both her showers prior to moving in and they did a fabulous job. She referred me to James. I left a message for him right away, and I was so impressed that he returned my call promptly. He came by a day or so later to inspect the shower and give me an estimate (I asked to add on my master shower too, to be proactive before the grout cracked there as well). He emailed me the quote and I called and booked the appointment right away. I got lucky that there was an opening (I think there had been a cancellation), and one of their senior techs, Melissa, came the following afternoon. And she was AWESOME. SUPER knowledgeable, super professional, so so nice. Like James, they know their stuff. She totally resealed all the grout in the problematic shower and then she did some aesthetic grout work on the master shower and ensure both were water-tight and good to go. The day after Melissa worked her magic, I got a phone call from James, just to follow up and see that I was happy with the job. Now THAT'S customer service for you! I couldn't be happier with the service from COIT, from the quick response to my initial call, to the prompt service in getting the actual job done, to the quality of the actual job, and to the follow-up customer service. Top notch all the way.
