This overstimulation made it almost impossible to control, and we had to pick very odd times to walk him to be able to avoid seeing anyone. We have worked with Dan for a month now and the change is amazing! He used to run over dogs in his excitement, and often bump into people as well. He now walks well on a leash, we can see when he starts to get excited and actually stop and redirect him. We can call him, and even have a dog run perpendicular across his oath, and he still comes directly to us. We are so excited that we can now take him places with us and meet all of his doggy cousins!!! Dan is great to work with, and with his instructions and our daily follow-up training, we have come so far in a very short period of time. I cried the first couple of classes, because we could not control our dog. I cried at the last class, because we had complete control over him. The only con was a strange phone call I received from them at 9:00 pm with no message and no way to get in contact with the staff until morning, this caused me to be somewhat concerned for her overnight also they could not complete her nail grind in the time frame she was staying told us we had to leave her until 1:00pm in order to trim her nails. Everything from Pomeranians to Labrador and Golden Retrievers and every breed, temperament and personality in between. It's easy to find trainers but it can be really hard to find a GOOD trainer! Over the years, we've spent thousands on dog behavior veterinarians, breed specific trainers, and your basic pet store group classes. All of these can work for some dogs, but not all. We lost our two black Labrador brothers this past summer to age related health problems. We were completely devestated. We didn't know if we could do it again until Jack decided for us. Jack is a male Bichon mix rescue, but who rescued who? Jack rescued us - literally ! When we got Jack home we wanted to start out on the right foot immediately. We used two online trainings - waste of money and time. We asked, searched and found several self-proclaimed and "guaranteed results" trainers. You had a time limited training. At 12 months she began exhibiting signs of resource guarding and the intent to be the house alpha. Her positive treat based reinforcement group training wasn't getting us to where we needed and luckily we found Kaleb/All-Pro. She (and we) has been receiving personalized training with Kaleb since August 2025. She has come so far, and my (20 year old) daughter is doing the work needed as this is a high energy dog who needs more activity. Kaleb has introduced her to a variety of environments to build her tolerance and adaptivity. We've also used Kaleb for boarding several times now, and our experience is that he treats each pet as if it were his own. The location also provides plenty of room for the pets to receive nice outdoor supervised play time. All-Pro is definitely our go to! My only hesitation about writing this review is that I might struggle with availability for training and boarding as others seek out All-Pro. After that, she became aggressive, reactive, and completely stopped listening to any commands. We were heartbroken and unsure if we'd ever get our sweet dog back. Enter Kaleb. From day one, he was professional, knowledgeable, and confident in his approach. He took her in for a month of intensive board-and-train, and we just got her back -- the difference is night and day. She has done a complete 360. She's calm, well-mannered, responsive to commands, and -- most incredibly -- she can now be around other dogs with no issues at all. Kaleb even brought out other dogs to test her reactions, had them barking and creating distractions, and she never once broke focus. GoodRX pet vs office payout. I am an Army veteran, 100% disabled and live on my enlisted military pension, not getting rich, more on the poverty side. At the office each pack of 30 costs 50.00 and I have two dogs taking two pills daily, so I need them every two weeks costing me 200.00 a month just for this pills. Now at GoodRX pet these drugs are 25.00 for 30 tablets, meaning it would only cost 100.00 a month to order these drugs from GoodRx... let me tell you the rest of the story. So GoodRx says we can call the vet and have them approve this or they can give you a script and send it in, I chose have them call the Vet. Vet office tells them we no longer do this over the phone he must pick up a script.... No problem, called and said can you do the script, yes you can pick it up later. What does the script say, good for only 2 fills! Meaning every month I will have to get a new script from the office send it in and have possible delays in getting the med or pay the 200.00 cost, just making this inconvenient for myself. These times we are in, we all feel the crunch... now if you don't want me getting mail order drugs, then lower your price, GoodRX is still making a profit at 25.00 a pack, lower your price to 30.00 and I will pay that at your office. What I feel is by making me send a script in monthly to get my dogs meds, you are trying to penalize me for trying to save 100.00 a month, I am real confused. You can say, well the dog may not need the meds and that's why we limit you... yet I have to take my dogs in monthly for a blood test to make sure it's needed and not harmful to my pups or at the well check.... So if you tell me at the appointment the dog doesn't need the meds do you think I will still give it to them? Really confused. Maybe I am asking too much, a fair price to help me save money. I know folks think us military folks are not the brightest, I will agree I may not be as smart as someone with a degree... but something just doesn't seem right. I have no problem spending thousands a year on my pets health and wellbeing, I think this office treats my pets well... I am just lost why I need to pay 1200.00 extra a year for just one med.

Grooming: I took my dog here for the first time recently. It started off with Isaac being late for…read morethe appointment and the other people working there weren't willing to check us in. So while I'm waiting around for this man to arrive for his shift I have plenty of time to notice how utterly filthy this place is. I get it that dogs are groomed here but there were tufts of hair from the entrance all the way to the back of the store where grooming is located. The check in area hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Because the groomer was late the appointment took way longer than it should have which just caused stress for my dog. Someone else (must've been a manager) finally checked us in and said she would give Isaac the notes on my dog for his groom. I didn't have a lot of confidence but overall it came out nicely. I have a short haired dog so no haircut or shaving was required. He just needed a bath, brush and nails but it still took 2 hours. (Scenthound does this is 15-20 minutes). PetSmart: #1: require that your groomers show up on time for their shifts #2: fix the check in process so that whoever is standing around can perform this task (but if #1 is handled there wouldn't be an issue) #3: increase your standard of cleaning and require at least an hourly vacuuming of the hair. I was absolutely covered in long hairs by the time I left this place and was sneezing from everything that was floating around in there. Gross. The store in general: it is usually well stocked and I'm able to get in and out with what I came for. There happened to be a promotion for a free toy with my purchase and I don't think it's too much to ask for the cashier to mention it with ALL the other upsells, donations and round ups I was asked for. The basket of toys was right there and it was only a few more words to say "you qualify for today's promotion- do you want a free toy?" That would have gone a long way with your customer service after me spending hundreds of dollars here every month. I didn't see it until I was walking out the cashier is like oop you missed out. WITAF. Not cool. I come here because it's super close and I don't have time to run all over town to get my pet supplies and grooming. I will be switching to delivery for supplies and food but I hope they get this place cleaned up. There's random dog foods on the floor that my dogs enjoyed as we walked through the isles. No idea what kind or how long it had been there but this also shouldn't be the case.
