Upon entry, it's nice to see that it's a nicely sized store- not too big or too small, just right...and there are two cats that kinda roam free and hang out (aka they nap at the front and chill). I think it was a good indication that it's not a chaotic place since animals can be really sensitive to that kinda thing. When I met the groomer, I explained my crazy and over protective pet parent concerns, and they listened attentively and helped to ease my mind. Gizmo was very excitable but he didn't seem nervous- that also reassured me because I cared more about his experience than my own. The grooming process took between 2.5-3 hours, which I think has been pretty standard in my experience. Gizmo smelled and looked amazing when he was done, freshly groomed puppies are my favourite! The price point isn't bad, either. I was worried it would cost more than my previous spot (PetSmart) but in the end came up about 10-15 dollars less. Amazing! Gizmo seems really happy, so I'm sure we will be back again for his next grooming. Kudos!

They have a reasonable return policy and I had to return a cat carrier here once and it was very simple, they returned it even though we put my cat in it for a few minutes. They always have the cutest little puppies for sale, they cost A LOT, but I made sure to ask and they purchase them from reputable breeders and are against puppy mills. So please make sure you know where your furry friends are coming from! Don't support puppy mills! The puppies always seem happy and playful, which is a good sign when buying a puppy. I requested that I be called once the paperwork was available and I never heard back from anyone. I was refused contact with the manager and the staff was mixed (some helpful and nice, some not - they also don't seem to be well trained). I walked past the store today and the kitten is still sitting in her cage, unsold. I've never been to a pet store who refused to give me papers for a pet that I was ready to pay for then and there. Ridiculous. The smell in this store isn't the only thing that won't have me coming back.
