It is much easier than taking the dogs into the car and bringing them to the groomer and them sitting in a crate, sometimes all day, before it's their turn! B) The van was clean! Clean clean clean! I have been to many groomers and their place looked dirty! Not this one. This van was so clean! When you get your groomed puppy or dog back, they smell fresh and clean, not perfume!!..But clean smell. :) And if your dog ever gets sprayed by a skunk, they can get the smell out...no more bathing them in tomatoes! C) The woman who groomed my dogs, Janet, was friendly, professional, very courteous, very patient and helped me so much by fitting me in! I had to send puppies by plane late that night, so it was very necessary to get fit in at the last minute. When their manager came over, they basically told me, "No, we can't accept it because I don't know if you really bought it or not." That was extremely insulting to me. I was honestly surprised because I was literally buying about $50 worth of new items from them right then. I just wanted to return something I'd previously bought that my bird didn't use. I explained that an employee had told me earlier I could return it if my bird didn't like it. The manager just said, "I'm sorry that happened and that you got incomplete information," but didn't care about my satisfaction at all. They could have easily fixed their own mistake and kept a paying customer happy, but they chose not to. Honestly, it was a really bad experience. I was just about to leave a review and I noticed a lot of other people have had the same issues with this store. I think it's really the rude behavior of the managers and staff that's the problem, not the store itself or its products. It's a big, well-stocked store, but I'm just not happy with the service at all.
