I had someone from the store reach out to me on Google and talk about my experience and from the phone conversation I feel disappointed. Doesn't seem like they genuinely cared at all. I won't ever go back to any of these stores! read more

I bought a dwarf frog from here. It was the only alive one left in a tank full of dead ones (which should've been my first clue) but I felt bad for the little guy so I brought him home anyway. It was only two days later that he died. So I took him back up to the store where a manager with a long pony tail down his back proceeded to tell me that I couldn't have bought it at that store because "They don't sell frogs". What?! So, are you calling me a liar? That's what I was thinking, but I simply said, " Yes, you do and here is my receipt". He gave me my money back without saying another word. No apology, no kind of explanation, nothing. The rudest, most awkward, encounter I've ever experienced. How can you manage a store and have such a lack of customer service skills is beyond me. But because of him, I will not be returning to any location of Pet Supplies Plus ever again. UPDATE: I GOT HOME & MY REFUND WASN'T PUT BACK ON MY CARD. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT COULD TAKE A FEW DAYS, BUT IT DOESN'T EVEN SHOW AS PENDING. I SEE NOTHING. OH MY GOSH, WHEN WILL THIS PET SUPPLIES PLUS NIGHTMARE END! read more

Staff very helpful and courteous. Store has most of requirements for pets reasonable priced.

this location rocks!!! always friendly, knowledgeable & once you place an online order (in my experience) they give you an eta & i have always received my order sooner than expected!!!! kudos to this location, the only store to shop!!!! read more

My boy appreciates all the treats I bring back and honestly anything from here. I call it the Target for dogs because they have everything you could ever need and are extremely clean and organized. I love that every time I call or show up in person they will drop everything to help you out and explain in detail how products work. read more

This is the best pet supply store in town! Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Move over Amazon!

This location has the self-wash dog stations. I love it! It's clean and well maintained. I have a corgi and he has thick hair - their shower head and blow dryer are both strong enough to penetrate through his double coat. I got a punch card which makes each wash about $8?! They offer shampoo varieties and towels - I bring my own brush but otherwise they have it all. read more

Thanks Lydia you are a rockstar!! Came in last Sunday to buy some dog food for my new puppy and senior doggo. Lydia was so kind and helpful she went over all my questions and concerns without rushing us off. You can tell she really loves what she does and genuinely wants to help us pet parents! Lydia recommended the Redford salmon and brown rice for our new puppy and Dr Marty's for our older dog who sometimes struggles with chewing. They love love love the food and it's great on the tummies! 10/10 This will be the only pet store we shop at for all our pet needs in the future! read more

Turk was SUPER helpful and creative in helping me find items for our fundraiser this weekend. What a fun shopping experience! The gift baskets I'll put together are going to put smiles on a LOT of faces...some with two legs and some with four--place benefit two very worthy charities: Patriot Paws and Amelia Air Animal Rescue. This store is so convenient to me, and being able to fill all my needs there makes them EXTRA good neighbors. read more

Best team ever!!! Caring staff and always eager to assist! Thanks Pet Supply Plus!!

Found the cutest travel bag ever. The prices are reasonable. They have lots of stuff in-store. Didn't get a chance to see the whole place as I was looking for something very specific. I will definitely return when looking for pet stuff. read more

Located at Preston and Beltline this is one of the newer Pet Supplies Plus stores this is one of the newer Pet Supplies Plus stores in the area. It is light out a little different than the store at Beltline and Coit that I usually go to. But it does not take too long to figure it all out and get your bearings straight and find what you need. Upon arrival today I was greeted by very friendly staff who also handed me a special Black Friday flyer with specials on it. Pet Supplies Plus already has some great prices but they had even more amazing deals today. For example my cats absolute favorite fussie cat was only $0.59 a can as opposed to its normal dollar $1.19. Obviously there was some amazing deals today and that's one of the things I like about this place is that when they have a sale they have a sale! I've also always impressed by the friendliness of the staff! read more

The staff at this location always goes above and beyond to help. Excellent service and prices! I also love the coupons!

I've been a PetSmart customer for over a decade, but I've been trying to shop healthier for our pup and Pet Supplies Plus is a phenomenal place to find all-natural treats for our pup to enjoy! Not only is there a wide variety (from baked peanut butter treats to dehydrated chicken feet) but the prices are also amazing, so I can stock up on treats without sweating the cost. Beyond the pet supplies themselves, the employees here are so warm and welcoming! I love bringing my dog in to browse the aisles and choose a new toy for himself, and the staff always treats us so well. It was actually an associate here that suggested the chicken feet to try, and they're now my dog's favorite ever! (And they're only $0.68 each!) Absolutely love the Pets Supplies chain, but also this location is always great! read more

Friendly helpful staff... good sales and nice selection of products!! I go here for healthy cat food

Everyone at pet supplies plus is awesome! They remember me - or at least my dog - every time we come in. I love taking Archie there to get his bath. It's so easy to bathe him even though he's a large dog. I always wash the bath down after because they're so much fur everywhere. But they always tell me I don't have to. All of the associates are very helpful! And Archie thinks the treats are self service now. He knows where the secret stash is by the register. read more

Like another reviewer, I was actually on my way to Dirty Dawgz, but when I arrived there at 6:30pm, they notified me that they took the last bath at 6pm. Luckily, Pet Supplies Plus was just around the corner in the same plaza. It was my first time bringing my 70 lbs husky to a place to bathe - we usually do it at home, but I wanted to use the industrial dryer for his fur. The associate there was really helpful and walked me through everything. They have everything you need there: the restraint, apron, shampoo, conditioner, dryer, towels. Plus, it was a great price! Their normal price was just about Dirty Dawgz's Groupon price, so I traded in that Groupon for something else. I'll be coming back here for his baths. read more

Katie rang me up for 48 cans of food when I was only buying 24. She didn't catch her mistake. Luckily I did before I paid $175 for 24 cans of food. She didn't acknowledge it nor apologize. Then turned her back on me. She also stated she was the store manager and the owner Dillon would call me to discuss this experience. Never coming here again. And unless you want to be double charged and then dismissed, I suggest you avoid this store as well. read more

The cleanliness and overall diligence that the Pet supplies plus facilities and staff have is like a spa for your furry companion. Me no clean. See furry critters. Follow in fast. Get in waterfall super wet. Smelly smell gone. Me put on bubble juice. Smelly smell good. Overall my experience was above and beyond expectations. read more

I love all of the Pet Supply Plus stores in DFW so far-your staff is honestly, the best in every single location! I came by The Preston St location today to take home some Stella & Chewy for Howie after my Dr appt and got some super awesome savings along with amazing personable service as well. I really love you guys! Thank you! read more

Wow! I was greeted by the nicest man as I came through the door named Bob. I had my dog with me and she was in need of a good bath. Bob greeted my dog and escorted us back to the bathing area and showed us all the shampoos and towels, when finished she had an "extra", treat thanks to Bob. We had a great experience and thank Bob for all his attention. read more

Alina was wonderful! She helped me find the right training treats for my dorkie (aka 11 lbs. of adventure)!

I normally don't review places that aren't restaurants but this place deserves a shout out! This location just opened up down the street from where I live and is awesome to check out. All the employees are always very helpful and friendly and there are always specials and samples for your pet to try out. They also have a doggie bath area too. I'm a big fan of this location and store now! read more

I normally go to the location near my home. Ever since Ive walked in I became a loyal customer. This location is no different. I have been wanting to visit this new location since they opened, since i was in the area for a vet visit I decided to go in and see what it was about. When you come in you are greeted by friendly faces who ask you if you need anything. Since I was only browsing I didnt need any help. Walked down the isle towards the front and my dog and I were greeted by another employee who asked to greet my dog (I never have a problem with bc she loves all human and dogs). He was very friendly even though my dog barked at him which she normally doesnt do. He asked if she could have a treat and i said yes since she loves treats. he was very friendly. Later as he was stocking shelves and my dog was all over the place he gave her a biscuit to help keep her focus. I love going here and just looking around there are always good sale items sometimes I go just to see whats on sale I got lots of items on sale for about $13. Since I am signed up for their reward program they send me coupons for every weekend. I don't typically redeem them but its always nice to get coupons. I have yet to have a bad experience going to any of their locations. read more

Everyone that works here is awesome!! I bring my dog here for the self bathing stations and they are always clean. If a dog leaves they run to clean them before we go in. My dog is VERY picky when it comes to people and she has never had an issue with them (never growled or felt she needs to protect me). Love this place!! read more

Love this place, especially the dog bath area. So much easier than bathing our pup at home, they supply the towels, shampoo and treats. Always find what I need and they have a great loyalty shopper program. read more

When I came to this location, it was basically ran by a bunch of kids. I mainly came to this store to see what kind of fish they had. I needed to get some Assassin snails, when the aquatic person helped me. I wanted to make sure there were snails in the shell, because it looked like there wasn't anything there. The guy just lied and said yeah ...long story short. It's been 3 days and the snails haven't even moved from the spot i put them on the first day. HIGHLY disappointed. Basically got robbed from a pet store lmao. read more

Best place ever , Best customer service ; we live 2 hours away and travel through frequently, we needed to get a few things for the furry guys and gals , I had never shopped here before . As soon as we walked in we were amazed how clean and organized the store looked , but also how the Products were so healthy and organic and different than any big chain store we have ever been to. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE is what made the deal , Cat was our manager that met with us and led us through the store answering every question to our liking , we were amazed at her enthusiasm and knowledge of the products , so good to see people enjoying what they do and taking pride ,because of her outstanding service , we stayed and shopped for more , when time to Ck out another young man Eli , was very helpful and just as well mannered and professional as you would want , I hope the owners or area supervisor get to read this , I want them to know this store experience was excellent , thank you ! read more

Love this store! The staff is always so helpful and polite! They make bathing my dogs so much easier than other places! It's always spotless and there are plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this location! read more

Wow all I can say is how thoroughly impressed I am with this new location!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The manager checked up on me to make sure I was doing ok and see if I needed help finding anything. She was gracious and very attentive. Terrell is a ROCKSTAR! He asked to hold my items in the front while I looked around and offered to help me special order a food. He also recommended a raw food that my dog may like. Overall the experience was very pleasant and I will only come to this location for excellent service! They also let me know about their grand opening party this weekend!! read more

I was originally headed to Dirty Dawgz within the same mall but they falsely advertised there Sunday closing time. I drove 30 minutes to get there. Luckily, we noticed there was a PET SUPPLIES PLUS store with self serve dog wash. We decided to check it out & I'm actually glad the other place didn't work out. Pet Supplies Plus had an awesome variety of shampoos/conditioners available & unbeatable prices. We liked it so much that I ended up purchasing 6 dog washes. They also had a huge selection of toys, treats, food, accessories etc & the employees were very friendly & helpful. Can't wait to bring my doggy back here :) read more

One of the best pet supply stores I have ever visited. Great service and the store is clean and welcoming.

Their customer service is exceptional compared to other animal supply stores. You will never walk through without someone offering to help you, and their PSP card (like a Kroger card) ensures you save money essentially every visit! read more
