I bought a dwarf frog from here. It was the only alive one left in a tank full of dead ones (which should've been my first clue) but I felt bad for the little guy so I brought him home anyway. It was only two days later that he died. So I took him back up to the store where a manager with a long pony tail down his back proceeded to tell me that I couldn't have bought it at that store because "They don't sell frogs". What?! So, are you calling me a liar? That's what I was thinking, but I simply said, " Yes, you do and here is my receipt". He gave me my money back without saying another word. No apology, no kind of explanation, nothing. The rudest, most awkward, encounter I've ever experienced. How can you manage a store and have such a lack of customer service skills is beyond me. This location has the self-wash dog stations. I love it! It's clean and well maintained. I have a corgi and he has thick hair - their shower head and blow dryer are both strong enough to penetrate through his double coat. I got a punch card which makes each wash about $8?! They offer shampoo varieties and towels - I bring my own brush but otherwise they have it all. read more

Lydia was so kind and helpful she went over all my questions and concerns without rushing us off. You can tell she really loves what she does and genuinely wants to help us pet parents! Located at Preston and Beltline this is one of the newer Pet Supplies Plus stores this is one of the newer Pet Supplies Plus stores in the area. It is light out a little different than the store at Beltline and Coit that I usually go to. But it does not take too long to figure it all out and get your bearings straight and find what you need. Upon arrival today I was greeted by very friendly staff who also handed me a special Black Friday flyer with specials on it. Pet Supplies Plus already has some great prices but they had even more amazing deals today. For example my cats absolute favorite fussie cat was only $0.59 a can as opposed to its normal dollar $1.19. Obviously there was some amazing deals today and that's one of the things I like about this place is that when they have a sale they have a sale! I've been a PetSmart customer for over a decade, but I've been trying to shop healthier for our pup and Pet Supplies Plus is a phenomenal place to find all-natural treats for our pup to enjoy! Not only is there a wide variety (from baked peanut butter treats to dehydrated chicken feet) but the prices are also amazing, so I can stock up on treats without sweating the cost. Beyond the pet supplies themselves, the employees here are so warm and welcoming! I love bringing my dog in to browse the aisles and choose a new toy for himself, and the staff always treats us so well. It was actually an associate here that suggested the chicken feet to try, and they're now my dog's favorite ever! (And they're only $0.68 each!) Absolutely love the Pets Supplies chain, but also this location is always great! read more

Everyone at pet supplies plus is awesome! They remember me - or at least my dog - every time we come in. I love taking Archie there to get his bath. It's so easy to bathe him even though he's a large dog. I always wash the bath down after because they're so much fur everywhere. But they always tell me I don't have to. All of the associates are very helpful! And Archie thinks the treats are self service now. He knows where the secret stash is by the register. read more

Like another reviewer, I was actually on my way to Dirty Dawgz, but when I arrived there at 6:30pm, they notified me that they took the last bath at 6pm. Luckily, Pet Supplies Plus was just around the corner in the same plaza. It was my first time bringing my 70 lbs husky to a place to bathe - we usually do it at home, but I wanted to use the industrial dryer for his fur. The associate there was really helpful and walked me through everything. They have everything you need there: the restraint, apron, shampoo, conditioner, dryer, towels. Plus, it was a great price! Their normal price was just about Dirty Dawgz's Groupon price, so I traded in that Groupon for something else. I'll be coming back here for his baths. read more

I normally go to the location near my home. Ever since Ive walked in I became a loyal customer. This location is no different. I have been wanting to visit this new location since they opened, since i was in the area for a vet visit I decided to go in and see what it was about. When you come in you are greeted by friendly faces who ask you if you need anything. Since I was only browsing I didnt need any help. Walked down the isle towards the front and my dog and I were greeted by another employee who asked to greet my dog (I never have a problem with bc she loves all human and dogs). He was very friendly even though my dog barked at him which she normally doesnt do. He asked if she could have a treat and i said yes since she loves treats. he was very friendly. Later as he was stocking shelves and my dog was all over the place he gave her a biscuit to help keep her focus. I love going here and just looking around there are always good sale items sometimes I go just to see whats on sale I got lots of items on sale for about $13. Since I am signed up for their reward program they send me coupons for every weekend. I don't typically redeem them but its always nice to get coupons. I have yet to have a bad experience going to any of their locations. read more

Everyone that works here is awesome!! I bring my dog here for the self bathing stations and they are always clean. If a dog leaves they run to clean them before we go in. My dog is VERY picky when it comes to people and she has never had an issue with them (never growled or felt she needs to protect me). Love this place!! read more

When I came to this location, it was basically ran by a bunch of kids. I mainly came to this store to see what kind of fish they had. I needed to get some Assassin snails, when the aquatic person helped me. I wanted to make sure there were snails in the shell, because it looked like there wasn't anything there. Best place ever , Best customer service ; we live 2 hours away and travel through frequently, we needed to get a few things for the furry guys and gals , I had never shopped here before . As soon as we walked in we were amazed how clean and organized the store looked , but also how the Products were so healthy and organic and different than any big chain store we have ever been to. Wow all I can say is how thoroughly impressed I am with this new location!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The manager checked up on me to make sure I was doing ok and see if I needed help finding anything. She was gracious and very attentive. Terrell is a ROCKSTAR! He asked to hold my items in the front while I looked around and offered to help me special order a food. He also recommended a raw food that my dog may like. Luckily, we noticed there was a PET SUPPLIES PLUS store with self serve dog wash. We decided to check it out & I'm actually glad the other place didn't work out. Pet Supplies Plus had an awesome variety of shampoos/conditioners available & unbeatable prices. We liked it so much that I ended up purchasing 6 dog washes.
