    Loved this!! Lots of reptiles and snakes. We learned a lot, and they also host birthdays. They also have rare animals, even animals from around the world. Overall, amazing and awesome, definitely coming back!!

    Went here to browse the snake options! I'm planning to get a pet snake for myself for Christmas and have been researching them for a while. This place has a great selection of snakes and other reptiles and amphibians. Pricing was decent for the snakes I seen. A little more pricey than your average pet store but I believe the prices are fair for what I've seen everywhere. The staff was really nice but it was very busy inside so I didn't ask to hold any of the snakes. I plan to go back and hold some and see which ones I like handling more over time. I like that they also require you to have proof of your set up before purchase! Location isn't too far from me but would love to see another location of this store if they continue to grow!

    I stopped by for the first time recently to get some isopods and was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff and their fantastic customer service! Vesper was very helpful with getting me a Springtail culture, and everyone was just so friendly! As a queer individual, I was also very happy to see that the shop is welcoming to LGBTQIA+ folks and it's clear they are committed to making every customer feel welcome. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I definitely plan to go back soon. My pods are quite healthy and have made themselves right at home! I highly recommend them!

    Recently bought a Pac-Man frog from this store. Before purchase, I noticed the frogs lower lip was a little odd. This is a symptom of metabolic bone disease. Common with these frogs and is usually related to a calcium deficiency. I asked the employee about it and he assured me it was just the coloration. It's not. He in fact has MBD. I believe it's because they don't feed an appropriate diet to their frogs. They feed only crickets which is ok occasionally but they can cause blockages. I bought the frog anyway even though they tell you no refunds. It's getting a varied diet with calcium added. We will see. At least it has a chance. First pic is the day I got him and the second is now.

    This place is top notch. Staff is super helpful with a huge smile as they geek out with you about your reptile. The manager Greg Power is super friendly and works with you on different things to teach you, I live in west Fort Worth and make it a point to go to Plano just for this store.

    My nieces birthday at DFW reptarium was amazing! I don't know who enjoyed it more.

    My niece had her 5th and 6th birthday party at DFW reptarium. Every year it just gets better and better. Thank you Crysta! She is so wonderful with the children.

    The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in making the decision for which snake to get my granddaughter. Highly recommend.

    This rating is purely a reflection of their dog washing area, which has dropped off a cliff over…read morethe last couple of years while the cost to the customer has increased. -The floor is always drenched with water pooling in certain areas, and globs of dog hair swimming around in the water. - The tubs have dog hair on the walls and clogging the drain. - While the hoses have been recently replaced, one of the tubs doesn't have a place to secure the hose, and there are other issues like broken sliding doors, missing leashes, broken step-ups, etc. - The towels are so ratty you will leave covered in white fibers. - It's just gross in there. I'd love for them to put a protocol in place for keeping this space cleaner. I imagine some customers are very inconsiderate and don't clean up after themselves, but that shouldn't be a problem for the next customer. For example, after each customer leaves the cleaning room, a staff member could go in, sanitize, wash the walls, put the equipment back where it belongs, squeegee the floor. I can't imagine Pet Supplies Plus wants the liability of someone slipping on standing water...? This process would only take 5 mins and I'm sure most customers would be totally fine with the wait rather than dealing with the mess. I know this is harsh, but I've been going to this location for years and will not return once I use up my current dog washing card (prepaid).

On that note, after reading a few of the comments, it reminded me of a time that I had taken my two yorkies in the store to get a bag of dog food (yeah, the big one) and the cashier at the time didn't offer help take it to the car. The reality is I shouldn't have those expectations for help. If I needed help, I should ask when it's not offered. Lesson learned! IMO there needs to be consistency in providing good customer service.

    I brought my dog to Woof Gang for the first time today for a grooming appointment that included a…read morebath, tooth brushing, and nail clipping. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I arrived 15 minutes early to check in. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a cashier who informed me that they could take my dog in right away. Before leaving, I asked how long the grooming would take, and the cashier told me it would be "around an hour." Based on that estimate, I returned to the store at 4:10 PM to pick up my dog. I approached the same cashier and asked for an update on how much longer it would be. She went into the back, presumably to check, and returned to tell me it would be "around 45 more minutes." I reminded her that I had been told the process would take about an hour. In response, she explained that "big dogs take around one to two hours," which was not mentioned to me when I dropped my dog off. The store closes at 5:00 PM, and I ended up receiving my dog back at 4:45 PM, nearly two hours after the appointment time. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of clear communication and disregard for my time. Had I been informed upfront that the grooming could take up to two hours, I would have planned accordingly. I do not recommend this establishment, as they appear to operate without consideration for their customers' schedules.
