Pet Pros is a great pet supply store! I've passed by this store before and always wanted to stop. And now that I have a puppy, I can! And well, I could have before, but I didn't know they carried so many great cat supplies too. They just went through a huge remodel and there is tons of great space and a really nice layout to the whole store. They have a huge variety of food here for dogs. I didn't see any refrigerated food but I forgot to ask. Their toy section was great too. I got an incredible harness here for my puppy. It was soft material and comfortable and he's taken to it quickly. And they have some great beds. He fell in love with a simple lamb's wool one. The cat section is huge too! Lots of food, toys and beds for them as well. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. It's just a great store for pets! They did seem to carry some fish, bird and rodent food. Not a huge selection but good if you need something quick.

If my pups are taken care of, then I am taken care of!…read more I have been to a number of mud bays around the Seattle area, and while they are all awesome, I really like the Greenwood location for a number of different reasons. First off, I have never walked in the door without being greeted with a huge smile and hearty hello by one of the staff members. I always feel so welcome and when I have my dogs with me they are usually doted over and made to feel like the most special dog that walked into the store that day. Additionally, I have had multiple, LONG, conversations with many different staff members regarding a number of different, meaningful topics - food, behavior, toys, etc. The knowledge the staff have, and the fact that they go above and beyond just to help their customers out is a big testament to why I feel so committed to spending my doggie dollars at Mud Bay. They really know A LOT and really care A LOT about making sure you're making the best choice for your animals. They might be a little expensive, but I would much rather walk into a nicely lit, well decorated, invested-employee establishment and feel like my dogs are truly cared for than a large corporation that barely talk to you, and don't know nearly as much. I'll continue to shop at Mud Bay for all my pups needs.

The staff were super warm and friendly, they couldn't get enough of Calvin in his new raincoat. They helped me find the size for my bigger dog I needed, and were chill about Calvin wanting to try treats. They made the experience very pleasant. The store is in a convenient location, easy to find, has plenty of parking for those who need it, and is bright and open. Highly recommend.

Baci's favorite shop!!…read more You can park anywhere in the university village and my puppy will bring you here with his little nose. I mean! How can you not love this spot. Sadly, we come here almost every week just for the bones and ice cream. I still cook all his meals at home! So what's the best part about this spot besides the happy puppies? You can park downstairs in the village or up here in the smaller lot. It's a smaller store but they have the essentials that we always get: goat milk gelato, bacon and chedder swell's puppy ice cream, peanut butter ice cream! The smoked bones, Icelandic fish skin, the bully sticks, the chewy yak chews and the occasional little treats from their treat bar: we got the tub! You get discount per pound with the tub. He doesn't like them as much since they are mostly flavored with grains so we get a handful sometimes. But beef jerky, taffy, bbq smoked bones! Can't go wrong with them. Baci loves this place and so do I!
