Pet Butler - Pet Waste Removal Near Me - Fairfield, California

Our pet butler just cleaned our yard and they are so thorough. I recommend Pet Butler and the gal that comes by my house, is the best.

Amazing service i cant say enough good things they do a great job and send me a text when they arrive im so glad i found this service

Pet Butler provides weekly pet waste cleanup services for us. They do an excellent job with attention to detail on a once a week visit for our yard. read more

I have been using Pete Buttler's services for about three and a half years now, and I can honestly say it's been a game changer for me. As a dog owner of larger breeds, having a yard made entirely of hardscape rather than grass can make cleaning up after them quite tedious--definitely not my favorite aspect of dog ownership. However, when I discovered Pet Buttler, it truly felt like a blessing. Jason, the franchise owner in the Bay Area, has been incredibly kind and approachable. I have also had a number of technicians who have all been kind, courteous and engaging.Whenever I have a concern or issue, he addresses it directly and promptly, which I really appreciate. I currently use their services once a week for my multi-dog household, which includes mulch, larger rocks, pebbles, and sand. I've had no issues and have been very satisfied with the service. I look forward to continuing my partnership with them, as it has made my life significantly easier. read more

Pet Butler - Izzy my working Mal with Mr. Jasons Truck - Pet Waste Removal Near Me - Fairfield, California

Inconsistent best describes this service. Poor communication and odd scheduling makes you think it's intentional They don't notify you that they are coming to allow time to unlock the backyard gate. I shouldn't pay them only to do it myself. read more

Fantastic service! I am so happy we decided to give it a shot because I was genuinely tired of picking up my two dogs business They came promptly every Tuesday morning and never made noise, so the dogs remained asleep while they did their thing. I highly recommend this service to anyone and everyone, it's well worth the price! read more

they showed up for the first appointment but not the 2nd appt. getting ahold of pet butler was harder than it should be. texted the provided number to be sure they showed up today but so far no response. Not too thrilled with this. got a call that explained I had not signed up for auto responce or notifications so raisintgt it to a 4 star review. read more

We've been using Pet Butler for over four years. We have three large dogs and it's one of the best services I could add to my household. The technicians are all clean and polite and always remember to close the gates. They're very thoughtful and we appreciate all the work for all these years! read more

My dog absolutely LOVES his scooper! He knows the day of the week and the time his scooper comes. We call it his visit. He jumps with all 4 feet...4 feet in the air on Wednesday morning. Our scooper takes a couple minutes out to scratch his ears and give him treats. I started with Pet Butler after an injury. Then when I was able to scoop poop myself again...I just couldn't cancel it because my dog loves his visit so much. And they do an excellent job of scooping, too. But honestly, my dog's enjoyment of his scooper visit is worth more than the clean yard. The no poop part is just a bonus. read more

Love this company! I wish I could have known about them sooner! They are always on time! Super punctual and the communication system is amazing, super responsive. My yard always looks clean thank to them. read more

Signing up with Pet Butler was one of the best decisions we have ever made! With a Great Dane and two small dogs, keeping up with the yard cleanup was a lot! Pet Butler swooped in and saved the day and now our yard is always looking clean and smelling fresh. They are reliable and consistent and everyone we have met on the team has been so nice and lovely! We highly recommend pet butler to anyone with pets!! read more

Thanks to Jason who does a great job, very professional and courteous. Highly recommend if looking for this type of service.

I would totally recommend Pet Butler! The service has been excellent and I don't remember the servicers name but he is always on time and the clean up is quick! It feels great that I don't have to run outside to clean before my next meeting! Or struggle with cleaning because of all the rain. Totally happy with the service! read more

I'm still appalled by the reaction from the actual owner of this company. I had zero issues. Called them one time during the total time (6 months?) I've used this service that they missed some. Today, I noticed he was here for less than 5 mins. There's no way, no way you can do a service in less than 5. I immediately saw some waste, called customer service. She said since I called they'll come back when they can to come to pick it up. Great. No problem. I then see the truck pull up, and he comes barging in saying "you said every week?" I said, "I've noticed a few times some waste being missed, but not every week." Then I pointed to where it was, and clearly, dried waste that he missed. Tells me it must've fallen out when he was leaving. Then proceeds to stand in the corner while my brother in law and I walk around the entire backyard to see if there's anything else. He leaves and there's still waste right where he was standing that was missed AGAIN. I could've easily picked up the few pieces myself, not the issue. The service isn't necessarily cheap so I want to make sure it's worth paying for. I wouldn't recommend purely from the experience I had with the owner. read more

I really love this Pet Buttler poop scoop service. What a relief to have a clean backyard without having to constantly deal with doggy messes along with our busy schedules! They are prompt and thorough and I really appreciate the notifications prior to arrival and at the start of cleanup. Trustworthy, on time and reliable. It is a great deal for the $$ too! read more

Pet Butler - Clover thanks Pet Butler! - Pet Waste Removal Near Me - Fairfield, California

My weekly service was done today with Jason as usual. I got a text at 11:30 that was my service was being started. Which was false, so that was flag number one. He actually arrived according to my ring camera at 11:41 and left at 11:46. Mind you I had never received a 5 min long service for my yard before. So I walked the yard and noticed many areas that were not cleaned of the waste and took photos. I called customer service and he came back in about 30 minutes. He knocked on the door and had me walk the yard to show where he had missed. I thanked him for coming back so fast and showed him the first area where was missed. Throughout walking the first area of the backyard he continued to say oh these little pieces, let me get those! Where else? Where else sir. I showed him and he said oh my eyes are bad. The continued where else sir in a very sarcastic attitude, made feel unappreciated and that he had an attitude. I told him I didn't appreciate the sarcasm and told him I was going to just cancel the service. We had a little back and forth, and I asked him to leave my home after yelling at me. Of course the service was left unfinished. This was a service I pay for weekly and I expect a good amount of time to be spent on it to make sure it is done properly. I wish he didn't knock on the door to have me walk it with him. And that he just came in by himself to re-walk the yard and clean a little more thorough. I imagine having a customer out with you as you picked up animal waste made him feel belittled or less than. But that is not my intention. Walking the yard with him made me feel awkward. I'm a very humble person and am not interested in making someone feel a way. Which I imagine he did. I know how I would feel if I were in his shoes. But he made me feel like my business was not appreciated and that I was complaining over minor areas missed. But it was quite a bit that missed. Overall, I had a good experience up until today and cancelled my service with pet butler. read more

Jason my Pet Butler guy is very nice. Always cleans up all the areas of dog feces. So glad to have him help us out. My dogs love him

I'm moving and unfortunately where I am moving you guys don't do services there. I wish you guys were all over the Bay Area because I dont want to lose you I hope you make this change soon! It was really helpful having our butler come every other week to pick up our dogs poop and also spray the smell away. I'll be following you in hopes to continue your services in the future. #PetButler (heart) read more

Believe it or not, pet waste removal services are super helpful and worth every penny. Personally, instead of paying for a dog walker I rather pay for this especially if they take the poop away and not discard it in your trash can - something I appreciate very much. I've used Petbutler for now 2 years. I've witnessed Jason Varas de Valdes grow his business; his team is wonderful and friendly. Jason really cares about his business and I truly appreciate that, especially since he is an animal lover. Mike is the technician that comes weekly and he is very respectful, kind and a hard worker. Keep in mind, Petbutler has a few franchises and I am only speaking for Jason's franchise. In addition, I like how I can work directly with Jason because the central customer service of Petbutler isn't reliable from my experience. I will continue to use Petbutler so long as I love here in the East Bay. Definitely hire Jason and his team - you won't regret it!! read more

After 6 months of using this service, I want to say I am completely satisfied with Pet Butler. Only regret - I didn't do this years ago! So worth the money. I also love the fact that they send notifications if they notice recent "deposits" that are runny or may indicate that your dog may be having tummy troubles. This alerted me to something I had not noticed. Anyway, I love this service so much and so does my partner who no longer has to do poop duty every weekend. read more

This service is amazing! I've tried to train the new pup to use doggie lawns, or go in one area of the garden, but no luck. Our previous dog was just extra special I guess. We don't have grass, and it's a multi-tiered garden. I got sick of trying to keep up with it and found Pet Butler. I'm so glad I did! The price is amazing affordable. It's just so amazing how quickly Mike is able to get it all done. And he gets EVERYTHING! So worth it! read more
