Customers like us use mobile services for the convenience and therefore, have to pay more. Thus, I expect high quality service. This was not the case with Luv-n-Sudz. When I contacted Cheryl for another grooming session (less than 1 month later), she didn't even remember me or our dogs. When I reminded her, she took a long time to respond. I should have known she would be like this as when I reached out to her the very first time as a potential new client, she said she would get back to me that night. She didn't. I followed up with her the following day and she didn't even apologize. She simply stated she was out late to dinner. On the plus side, the actual bathing and grooming part was top notch. It's unfortunate the customer service doesn't match. Reminds me of a child's lemonade stand. In conclusion, do not give this woman your business. She will give you the run-a rounds.
