I just started with them in October and they've done a fantastic job. Just yesterday,my pick up day (11/20/25), Aaron phoned me to asked me if I had a cat. I don't but knew exactly why he was asking. I have two vivacious, 50 pound male littermate boxers. They love all animals but don't realize their strength and they scare other animals to death, literally! The cat was not a cat but an opossum. My dogs periodically catch them in the back and play with them until they expire. I'm sorry each time. Poor Aaron. I can only imagine. He graciously took care of the problem, discarded of the poor animal and since it was so late. And he couldn't see because it was already dark. Said he'd do back first thing in the morning to pick up the other stuff. I highly recommend this business not only are they efficient Professional but actually care about their customers. Go Evergreen Pooper Scoopers.!!

The groomer arrived earlier than initially expected which worked out nicely for us. (He reached out via text the morning of to see if he could come earlier.) Upon arrival he was kind, personable and so good with our pup. She took to him pretty quickly. This was our first grooming experience ever. And I didn't realize how valuable it would be to have someone come to your home, greet your pet and groom them onsite, but it was such a time saver for us. It allowed us to do some much needed home maintenance with the pup out of the house. I received a text when the groomer was done and then shortly after there was a knock on the door with our freshly groomed pup. I do have to note that the shampoo products smelled strongly. It was a good smell but a bit overpowering, at least for our liking. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend.

She takes the dogs out for over an hour of actual time hiking and playing - a huge plus over other walkers that charge the same for a quick walk around the block! I always come home to a happy and tired pup. She is also really flexible with scheduling and is great about accommodating last minute requests whether it's a cancellation or adding an extra walk one week. She's helped me out in a last minute situation many times. You can tell she genuinely loves and cares for the animals in her charge - she even sends photos of them having fun on their hikes!
