I wish this could be 6 stars! Elvis has grown to love spending time at Wag On Inn. The care and comfort that Cindy provides goes so far above and beyond what I imagined when Elvy first started staying over. He has found a second home and receives genuine love and support every time he stays over. I give this business the highest recommendation as a place for your dog to stay! read more

Cindy is such a tremendous boarder! Ryder absolutely loves Wag on Inn, and has been boarding here for over 2 years. His whole behind actually wags when we drop him off, which is how we know how much he loves coming here. We receive regular photos showing how much he's enjoying his day, and they also do an exceptional job helping with his special needs medications. We love it here! read more

Cindy is just amazing! She has taken care of our furry babies with unending love, attention, and care. We couldn't have asked for a better carer over these many years. We would recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation. You'll be glad you did! Thank you, Cindy! read more

Cindy was absolutely amazing to my fur baby Leo I was admittedly nervous as I was going to be gone for two weeks. But I had no reservations after I saw her him and how much she adores her pet guests! She would send me photos regularly while I was away I know he was in good hands while I was away. Do not hesitate to leave your pets with Cindy! read more

We recently had Cindy and her husband care for our rescue pug. As a note, I am a bit neurotic about who cares for my pets as we rescue dogs with not so great histories. Cindy did an amazing job and exceeded all of my expectations!!! Everyday she sent an update with pictures, which put me at ease to see how happy our dog was there. When we picked her up she was very clean and seemed to miss Cindy and her husband when she got home with us... It was cute, I do believe she grew bonded to them in her 10 days she spent with them. I know she had a great stay and will be returning in the near future for another stay. read more

Our family highly recommends Wag on Inn. Cindy and her husband are so amazing. This was the first time we left our dog alone without our older dog who recently passed. We were so worried and had nothing to worry about. She sent us photos and updates which showed clearly how comfortable and happy he was there. A big Thank you for taking care of our little guy! read more

Highly recommend. My dog Sadie takes a while to warm up to other dogs. And she gets scared easily. Cindy was very nice and helpful and she sent me pictures and updates every day. Cindy accommodated our schedule change dropping off and picking up. I will definitely be bringing my dog back when we are out of town again. read more

I cannot recommend Wag on Inn enough. My neurotic mini Aussie is a tough one to take care of. Cindy did it with ease and lots of love and patience. Tucker has a hard time trusting people and has separation anxiety. Cindy and her hubby took such good care of Tucker that he actually didn't want to leave! In the past when we have picked him up from other dog sitters, he's running for the car and shakes in the back seat. When we picked him up from Cindy's, he tried to drag me into her house! He was loved on, fed well, played in their lovely dog friendly and safe yard, and slept like a champ! It feels really good knowing we have a safe loving home to leave Tucker when he can't come with us! read more

I was worried about leaving my dog overnight for the first time and really didn't want to board her. Luckily, we found Wag On Inn. We felt comfortable leaving her with Cindy because she's a dog lover and has a ton of experience with them. The dogs just hang out in the house, on the couch and in the backyard with her and her husband. Much better than being in the crate all day! Cindy texted us twice daily updates with pictures and videos. My vacation was a lot more enjoyable knowing my dog was also having fun! read more

Our usual friend who watches our pooch was unable to, so we had to look for someone to board our mini poodle last minute. We did not want to kennel her so I contacted Cindy from Wag On Inn and made a site visit last week. She was responsive to texts, has a lovely backyard for the dogs to play in and you can tell she loves dogs. The pricing is reasonable and if you have your dog stay a certain amount of days she will give you a discount. We were going to use her services but a family member was able to watch our pup for us. We will definitely keep Wag on Inn in our contacts and if friends/family cannot watch our dog for us in the future, we will have her stay with Cindy. Thanks again Cindy and hope you guys have a Merry Christmas read more

Cindy is an amazing person and a true animal lover. She deserves more than 5 stars!!! She cares deeply for her doggie guests and gives them lots of love and time. I feel so fortunate to have found Cindy and Wayne. Cindy gave my 14 1/2 year old blind and deaf Golden, Sasha, all the attention and care she needed. My new wild child Golden, Riley, loves to go to Cindy's. Riley gets so excited when she realizes where she is. I cannot recommend Cindy enough! read more

Cindy the owner of Wag on Inn was referred to me from my vet who was very familiar with Cindy and her husband's great care and love of animals. We had rescued Astro just 5 months before we were leaving the country for 3 months. I wasn't planning on adopting a dog until we came back home but Astro's living conditions were not good so he quickly became a member of our family. I couldn't have been happier with the care Astro received at the Wag on Inn. He was treated as a member of the family. The interactions between other dogs was great but since Cindy keeps it small Astro was never overwhelmed. Cindy's husband took him for walks and everyone relaxed together every night. I would highly recommend this place to all and I look forward to using them again! read more

We're so lucky we found Cindy. Our dog, Oscar, hadn't spent any time without us in a very long time, and hadn't ever spent much time with other dogs, so we were worried about how he would behave and whether he would be able to adjust. But Cindy took great care of Oscar and made his stay very comfortable. She sent us pictures every day and kept us up to date on how he was doing. Our trip coincided with a lot of rain in the Bay Area, but even when he wasn't able to go outside much, he did just fine. It was sort of funny, Oscar bonded with Cindy's husband and followed him everywhere! The pictures she sent gave us peace of mind and when we finally came back and picked him up we could tell he was healthy and happy. We simply could not have asked for a better place for him to stay. read more

Our pup loved this place! Cindy treated daisy like her own dog. It's so nice to have a place to board her that feels like a home instead of a sterile facility with cages. I was so thrilled to find her ! read more

I am so fortunate and thankful to have met such wonderful and kind hearted people like Cindy and her husband. At first, I was very nervous to have my dog stay at another place. I had never ever boarded my dog in our 14 years together. I was even more nervous that my dog would be rejected because she was part pit. I was glad I found Cindy. Cindy treated my dog like a member of her family. It didn't matter that she was part pit. My dog had a chance to run around in her beautiful backyard and enter the home when she wanted to. My dog loves sunbathing. My dog even slept in a petbed in their bedroom. My dog also lounged in their couch most of the day. I have a couch potato dog! Cindy even bought her add on meat for her dogfood since my dog is spoiled and likes eating human food more than dog food. Cindy helped me feel more comfortable being apart from my baby by sending text messages and pictures. She really got to know my dog and gave her massages to ease her anxiety from being apart from me. She recommended getting a thunder shirt for my dog's anxiety which helped. She walked my dog everyday. She sent me updates multiple times a day. I was so thankful for that. We still keep in touch even after we moved out of the area. She is very genuine and is one of those people that you gravitate towards because she has a pure heart. In the end, My doggie and I gained an extended family. Sometimes my doggie gives me this look like she is looking for Cindy. I know in my heart that she misses Cindy. Thank you Cindy for opening your doors and creating a real home for Lily. We will forever be so grateful! read more

I found Wag On Inn through Yelp and I am so glad I did. Cindy is amazing with my four smallish dogs. My dogs love going to her house and get all excited as we pull up and they are so happy there. Cindy provides photos and regular communication regarding their status and of course, more love than they can handle. They come home energetic and happy and healthy. Cindy goes out of her way to maintain their schedule and I am so grateful. If you need someone who will love your dogs, maybe even a little more than you do, she's your person. I trust her with my four little lives and that's a beautiful thing. read more

5 starts does not adequately represent how wonderful Cindylou is!!! We moved an hour away which is the only reason we no longer use her service. I would recommend Cindylou to anyone how wants the best for their dogs. I have known Cindylou since we moved to Concord in 2000. She was our dog walker for ten years, for a total of 5 dogs and 3 cats over the years. Words cannot describe the love, care, and compassion she showed our family, or the love and trust we had/have in her. Our dogs LOVE Cindylou. When I say love, I mean love. They know the sound of her truck, they go WILD when they heard her voice. Cindylou was extremely flexible in meeting the challenging needs of our dogs. One of our pups has extreme fear issues, so Cindylou would use her "walk time" to play ball in the yard and tire her out. Our other dog was attacked by a pittbull on a walk, so Cindy would take him in her truck to the park to walk, where it was safer and more comfortable. She was our weekday dog walker, and pet sitter when we travelled. During the year my dad was dying, Cindylou was there to help my family during the numerous times we had to drop everything to fly to New York. She helped to hold our household together and keep our dogs sane and stable through this time. She also stayed "on call" for us when I went into labor and she came to stay with our pups in the middle of the night while we took off to the hospital. My favorite story is when she dogsat our dogs at her house. I found out our very lazy beagle spent the stay cuddled with Cindy's husband who was in bed sick all weekend. Cindylou hand fed the beagle in bed, because the beagle didn't want to get out of bed!!! When we got home, our beagle was truly pissed that she had to come home!!! When my oldest, and most treasured and loyal dog was very ill with cancer in the middle of July, Cindylou came over and shaved her (beautifully) to make her more comfortable. Cindylou is a retired groomer and the best groomer I have ever met. Finally, Cindylou was and still is the only person I would trust to make health (including life and death) decisions for my dogs, on my behalf and in my absence. So please trust me when i say, this is the woman you want caring for your pets!!! read more

Cindylou will treat your dog with as much love and care as you yourself would do (if not more). She has been walking our pups since July 2012. Our two rescue pups warmed up to her quickly - especially our reactive spaniel/chi mix who doesn't like anyone. She's patient and very kind to our furry children as well as their two legged parents and she is extremely flexible in working with our ever changing work, school, vacation and emergency schedules. She also provides pet sitting services at a very competitive rate. Our newest adoptee - a small terrier puppy - is very skittish and shy and had a very difficult time going on walks at first when she was younger (especially without me there). Cindy worked with the puppy and myself, coaxing her along to show her that walks were fun and not scary! She is now much more confident and loves exploring on her walks with her big brother. Cindy has been a lifesaver in more than just becoming an integral part of our puppy family - she's saved the day more than once when I had to work late, we had to rush out of town for a family emergency or just for my husband and I to get away and have a break from the "kids." Definitely give Cindy a chance - your pups will thank you! read more

Cindy and her husband are AMAZING! I have 2 small dogs and travel often for work. I brought them to Cindy - they had full reign of the house and yard, she made them some homemade treats to eat, slept with them on the couch because they were nervous away from home, took them on individual walks and sent me daily pictures on how they were doing. Additionally the limit in number of dogs allowed was comforting - I knew my babies would get a ton of one on one attention - and they did!! I cannot make a higher recommendation!! If you want your babies to be comfortable and well taken care of choose Wag on Inn - they will get the love attention and affection like they are at home!! read more

Trusting someone with your pet best friend is a very vulnerable situation to be in. Cindy is super awesome and really really loves all animals but especially dogs. She takes great care of them and usually has a funny story or two to tell upon return. Her rates are very reasonable and I feel totally relaxed knowing that they are in her care. read more

Cindylou has gone above and beyond in caring for our pups. I can't recommend her enough. She genuinely enjoys spending time and playing with them. They always rush to greet her so I know they approve too. She is also willing to be flexible whenever my schedule changes last minute. Thank you Cindylou! read more

Cindy has been walking my dog for almost 4 years now! That is a testament to what a truly great service she provides. On the occasion that I am home on a day that she walks my dog, my dog starts barking and gets so excited to see Cindy! My dog is bouncing off the wall as Cindy comes to the door. As a pet owner that loves my dog...what more could I ask for! Aside from that, Cindy is extremely trustworthy and mindful of the well being of my dog. She regularly sends me texts if something seems off with or tells me stories of cute things that happen on their walks. I appreciate the service she provides and the love she gives my dog! read more

Relax, Cindylou's got the pets! We have had the pleasure of knowing Cindylou since 1999. Our Rottweiler and 2 Lab mix Pups loved her, would wimper whine and dance all around when they heard her come in our house. She pet sat for us (we had 3 cats at the time too) and everything was always taken care of, we knew we could relax when we couldn't be home. She cried with us when all of those pets eventually passed and she was always concerned and helpful with medicine when they needed it. Cindy was with me when our last Lab Shadow was passing away and helped me decide it was time to take her trip to the sky, (I was so emotional it was difficult to be make a rational decision about it) she cried with me and even helped carry her to the car (I was alone). Now that those pets have all passed she now helps with our new pets including puppy visits for our Cattle Dog who couldn't go out in public until he was 16 weeks. She would let him out of his pen/crate/playyard and take him potty then gave him llove and lots of tiny treats while making sure he was polite (easy Mac!) and sitting. We would trust Cindy with our pets, home and our kids any time, she is an amazing person and we are blessed to have her in our life. Her rates are reasonable and actually priceless when I know I don't have to worry at all about our animals when I have her help. Vanessa read more

Cindylou took care of my Diamond girl with the love, care, and concern as if she was her own. Diamond will be forever bonded to her and I am so grateful for that. I can not say enough how thankful I am that I found Cindy to watch my dog when we took a trip recently. I had left my dog at a kennel that a friend recommended in the past but I worried about her my whole trip, and she had kennel cough when I returned. When I was preparing for a recent trip, I spent hours researching places and making phone calls, but I never felt comfortable about any of the places. That is until I found Cindy and Wag On Inn!!! From my first contact with her, it was obvious her love for dogs. She reassured me from the beginning...even invited me over to bring my dog to make sure I felt comfortable!!! Every day on my trip I received texts and pictures with updates about how my dog was doing. It was so reassuring for me and my whole family! Those updates from Cindy became favorite moments of our trip to Hawaii. I did not worry for one moment that my dog was in the best hands! As much as I hate to be away from her, I look forward to another opportunity to travel so that my dog can again experience the amazing love and care she received from Cindy at Wag on Inn!!! read more

Cindy is the best you will find. She has helped me by playing with and then walking my very shy dog. She is very patient and started out with just throwing the ball for my dog and giving her treats. Then when my dog's confidence began to increase and was more comfortable with Cindy, short walks. Now long ones. We were both happy the first walk all by themselves. She is very caring and truly loves dogs. She is very reliable and I trust her. To my dog she will always be Aunt Cindy. read more
