He was incredibly difficult to understand, possibly that his English wasn't that great. It's disappointing when they talk to you. It's very transactional, like I couldn't afford to take care of my dog. The vet tech, however, was incredibly friendly and outgoing, and a very pleasant man to deal with. If it weren't for him, I would give zero stars for this place! The front desk lady made me pay for a service before they would do it and before knowing that there could've been more added to it, I would've had to made more than one transaction on my card. The front desk lady didn't even say goodbye as I left. No wonder why it was easy to get an appointment the same day that I called. Lastly... This place sold my email address and without my consent! Ever since I have been getting bombarded with emails from some company named koala insurance, that partners with Dry Creek!

The dogs were terrified and needed to get vaccinated and chipped before we sent them to Canada. Annie's tiny paws in Canada contacted WAR directly, requesting that we send them ASAP to provide disabled veterans a Christmas miracle. Veterans would receive dog training to help them regain the ability to live independently for the rest of their lives. The community rallied around and supported the cause. They also provided financial support to transport these dogs to the new rescue in Canada, at no charge. I have to say the veterinarians and staff at Country Oaks provided Christmas miracles to these Veterans' families and their dogs by quickly addressing all their medical needs before transportation on December 20, 2025. We thank them all for them for providing what we call "The Christmas Miracle"

First, the kennel is a field trip away from our house, but it is well worth the ride. The area, and the grounds are amazing! Lots of room, shady trees, outside kennels, and fields for the dogs to run. The inside kennels are spacious and clean, with heated floors. My Max is still young and crazy, but Patti had him eating out of her hand during our first visit to tour the kennel. When we went back for his stay, he walked right in without looking back. They provide food, but we took his regular food in a bucket for them to use. They also provide grooming and training, and this is definitely our go for upcoming travel and family events.

She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the day after! She was kind enough to stay a few minutes after to give some after care tips until he needs another haircut. ** I've seen this in the previous Yelp comments so just to address it: She obviously is a mobile grooming service so she will need to hook up to your house. Some outlets in our office wouldn't turn on during the session (obviously) but everything resumed completely back to normal once she unplugged and left. Lastly, she's super affordable. For $105 she bathed, trimmed the hair, cleaned his ears, cut his nails, brushed his teeth and put a cologne at the very end leaving him incredibly soft and smelling amazing. Overall great experience! Definitely recommend as I will surely be booking with her again

René is great with dogs! My wife and I had to fly out of state to visit friends in Missouri and…read moreneeded someone to watch my dog, Nia, for 6 days. Rene did a great job getting Nia comfortable with the environment prior to her stay! The first day visit, we did a meet and greet, she allowed Nia to go to the backyard and sniff around first and then brought her dog out. Usually, my dog would start being territorial and defensive, but the way she did it made Nia aware that this is not her territory. Slowly, my dog got comfortable! Another day, we then did a night trial to see how Nia will be. The moment Nia got out of the car, Nia was eager to go inside! During our trip, I like how I was updated multiple times a day to inform me of how Nia's doing and even though I was not able to inform her of everything, she figured out my dog. One example is that I forget to tell her that my dog likes to get tucked in. Otherwise, she'll keep wining. I also recieved photos/videos of Nia knowing that she's surely doing fine!
