My husband & I were very pleased with Vanessa's services & felt her prices were very reasonable. I called her on a Tuesday and she was able to come out to us that Thursday. She was very upfront with me during our phone conversation & let me know what she could & could not do which I was grateful for & respected. Once she arrived to groom my pomeranian I mentioned to her that my husband would like his enormous, greatly shedding, German Shepherd & her medium sized sidekick groomed next time I made an appointment and to my surprise she was ready and willing to do all three of them then & there. She added 2 more dogs to her workload & a whole lot more stink to her van all at once while being pregnant too. It took her about 2 hours and I couldn't believe the difference in our German Shepherd after having her de-shedding treatment! We had been battling massive shedding all year & no matter how much we brushed her it was a never ending battle so I was thrilled to see such a difference in just one grooming. It has been even nicer to not be cleaning up soccer ball size fur balls in my house every morning! I'd also like to mention that I read her Yelp reviews before calling to book an appointment & the reason I choose to call and give her a try was because of how awful a couple of people were in regards to her van. It really hit home because both my husband and I have been owners of multiple businesses & if our services & abilities were judged when we were fairly new based off of our equipment, we would have never gotten to where we are now because it was all old and well used to say the least. Everyone has to start somewhere & most of us aren't born with silver spoons in our mouths an a ton of capital to start state of the art businesses. I also know how very expensive a van equipped to groom in is to aquire. I've personally helped a couple of my employees open their own businesses (the same type I own) because I love seeing people succeed & build something from the ground up with whatever they can afford to start out & feel like young people with the ambition to start somewhere deserve a chance to build a business that eventually will give them the ability to upgrade their equipment. Bottom line is that I wish people would not be so judgemental of others based off of things that really don't change the service they are receiving. I'm confident that my dogs received the same groom in her older van that they would have received if she had a brand new van. It was frustrating to me to read reviews that said she did a good job on their pets groom but then proceeded to rip her apart for the age of her van - how does that even matter if the bottom line is that you were pleased with her services? Tried calling and they don't pick up. One time they did and we asked for appointment for grooming the cat and they said they needed to check on the availability of their other clients. They never called back, so we tried calling them again later for an update but they don't pick up their phone. Even tried texting and no response. Vanessa was amazing and she did a great job on my 6 month old goldendoodle! It was his first grooming session and I was honestly scared for him at first but he came out the van his usual hyper, go lucky self. She's also super flexible. She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the day after! She was kind enough to stay a few minutes after to give some after care tips until he needs another haircut. ** I've seen this in the previous Yelp comments so just to address it: She obviously is a mobile grooming service so she will need to hook up to your house. Some outlets in our office wouldn't turn on during the session (obviously) but everything resumed completely back to normal once she unplugged and left. Lastly, she's super affordable. For $105 she bathed, trimmed the hair, cleaned his ears, cut his nails, brushed his teeth and put a cologne at the very end leaving him incredibly soft and smelling amazing. Overall great experience! Early this week I had my French bulldog groomed by Vanessa. I called a few days before to set up an appointment. Vanessa was very straight forward about treatments, costs, payments, and how long a grooming would take. In addition I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as local authorities I am not taking this matter lightly. I legitimately asked questions and showed pictures. I think its beyond unprofessional to continually blame each and every client who give a bad review. Horrific! Please excuse any typos as I'm extremely frustrated and dissatisfied while writing this review. I trusted this woman 2 bathe and groom my pets, my fur babies WHO ARE MEMBERS OF OUR FAMILY. She did nothing short of a hack job by a con-artist thief who claimed to be a groomer. She was well over 45 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. Vanessa text me 3 minutes after our scheduled appointment to tell me she was heading in from out of town (30 minutes minimum). I gave her images of my pets, both who had 0 fleas, she claimed she found eggs on one of my pets but no live fleas. My dogs both are in my home regularly and we spray our yard as well as well as treat our dogs with flea and tick meds. My poor Pomeranian/Yorkie mix look like he got in fight or ran over with a with the lawn mower. He has laserations, did NOT get his ears cleaned. Instead of brushing him out and grooming him she haves him NEARLY BALD on top of that SHAVED HIS EARS?! He has NEVER had his ear shaved. We ALWAYS keep them long even if he has matting behind the ears from playing with our other dog in the 7 years of both dogs lives this has NEVER happened. She took advantage of knowing I wanted a "mobile groomer with good reviews" to get my babies back to looking and feeling their best. I was astonished to see and SMELL my babies upon getting them back. She did not bathe either of my dogs, after petting one of my dogs I could visibly see pet dander. Unfortunately I paid her and did not complain as #1 we did not want retaliation as she knows our home address and #2 we didnt want her to attempt to fix what she had done. My heart breaks for my pups, they stink and have some sort of aerosol chemical smell to them as if sprayed with home cleaning chemicals, I have asked numerous times for certification and or license info that she REFUSES TO PROVIDE, in addition she insists on calling me over and over when Ive made it clear that I was in a meeting and could not talk and would just like her to send me a picture with proof of Licensing. I will happily post the text messages to Yelp as well where she is Claiming to "have it on board" yet when I knocked at the door I was not allowed on, she wouldn't even open the door... stood looking at me speaking to me through the clothes glass doors. My old guy cannot be locked away in a crate because he just flips out and tries to eat his way through the bars so he hasn't been professionally groomed for almost a year. Not sure what the ladies name was but she was so gentle, super nice, and my dog looked so happy after. I usually take my dog to his vet for grooming services. I decided to try someone new and came across Anytime Mobile Grooming, here on Yelp. Their 4.5 stars seemed pretty sweet and I thought the concept that they travel to your location is very convenient! Prior to the appointment, Vanessa expressed how she understood the task of grooming my Siberian Husky, since she also has one of her own. I felt assured that my dog would be in good hands. The appointment was at 12:00pm, I arrived 2-3 minutes early and parked in front of a residential home. I must admit, the area was a bit sketchy and it made me skeptical about her services. I thought I'd still give her a chance since she does her services inside a separate vehicle. Vanessa pulls up to the driveway of the home, 12 minutes late, in a old large bus-like white van. The decal wording on the vehicle is hand painted and overall unpleasant looking. Vanessa did a good job grooming my dog. But thats it. Could be sanitation issues with her facilities or products used. But my dog smells like powerful aerosol hairspray from an elderly woman's hair salon. No bueno. Lastly, I did not appreciate the way she handled my dog. I was very understanding that she took an extra hour longer than she said she would. After all, grooming a Siberian Husky well, does take time. I even went into the van to help calm my dog because he (like most dogs) do not like his nails being buffered. She took my dog's paw and squeezed it way too hard to the point where I told her to stop even when she wasn't finished with his nails. It made me question my dog's experience during the time I wasn't there. So I finally brought my dog out, paid her and got the hell out of there. Lesson learned, I should've went with my first impression of this place. Instead I gave it the benefit of the doubt. This business needs improvement if its going to satisfy future customers. 2 stars is pretty generous for the unprofessional appearance and way she treated my dog. I won't be returning. read more

RUN SCREAMING... READ THE REVIEWS!! The bad ones are scary... :'( I can't complain about the actual groom. Vanessa did an ok job. The truck however, was a rolling dumpster and I don't doubt that the inside and tools have rarely (possibly never) been cleaned. (1st red flag). I asked if she cleaned everything between pets... She laughed and changed the subject. (2nd red flag). I talked with Vanessa about my puppies matting and we decided that she should probably be shaved. I told her that I got her $15 yelp coupon (worth $25 in services) and asked what the total price would be. She told me $50 and I asked if that covered everything and was told yes. That included the shave, bath, dry, nail trim and blueberry facial. I was never told about a separate "mobile fee" for coming to my house. (3rd red flag). It says nowhere on the website that there is a SEPARATE/EXTRA fee for coming to your home with a "mobile" business. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she had such a high rating on Yelp. When my baby was done I gave Vanessa the voucher (worth $25) and $30 cash. $50 total (like we discussed, still no mention of EXTRA mobile fee) and $5 tip. She unplugged and left. When I got my poor baby inside she immediately started dragging herself along the couch and scratching. I could tell she was uncomfortable and thought she might have razor burn. I gave her another bath to try to soothe her. During this time Vanessa texted and called me to ask how much cash I gave her. I told her $30 cash & the $25 voucher, like we discussed. NOW she tells me that the price was $50 IN ADDITION to the $15 (coupon/voucher) which covers the EXTRA MOBILE FEE (NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE OR PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED). She said she was coming back to the house to get the rest of the money... that I still owed her $20 somehow... (her own $20 tip????). I argued the point that the EXTRA mobile fee was NEVER MENTIONED prior but gave her the money anyway. Anyway, After an emergency Mother's Day vet visit (allergic reaction to flea bites most likely exposed to on the Mobile Grooming van as she NEVER had problems with fleas/bites before that) and a second vet visit a few days later to follow up, my baby has had to take 2 different medicines and use medicated shampoo & conditioner as well (all issues AFTER the Mobile Grooming). So... here we are several hundred dollars and an extremely uncomfortable pup later. If you love your pets and consider them family think before you support this business. I really don't understand how she has such a high Yelp rating... May 30 RESPONSE TO VANESSA: You are unbelievable and didn't even address what I said. Please post pictures of my baby and I will post pictures of her razor burn and skin lesions, bright red skin, flea bites (from your truck) as well as the inside of your UNSANITARY truck. You're right, if you are going to let precious animals into your vehicle you should NOT let the owners see it. They will run screaming as I tried to do. I was coming out to get my baby and stop you but she was already half shaved by then. I'm sick to my stomach that I let you anywhere near her, I am guilty of that...NEVER AGAIN! You also didn't even talk about how your prices are NOT POSTED ANYWHERE and how you were vague and misleading when you spoke to me. Best of luck, you're going to need it! I wanted her to come by my house, check the dry food and water, give them some wet food, change the litter, make sure the house looked fine. We left last week in the middle of a storm and I knew our backyard furniture would probably be moved, it blew around so much last week it was awful. She came and it was all blown around. She went way above and beyond and moved the furniture back and put a ton of effort into making it nice again, she put together a pot that had fallen before we left and was all crushed and she put it back together amazingly well. So, so, so impressed. She did all that was expected and then some. She texted us on the trip so I wouldn't be worried, which really helped with my nervousness of leaving them. She left things in great shape, everything was perfect. I feel totally and completely safe in leaving them in her care whenever we go away again, which I think will be more often because I know now I have her to care for them when we are away. Since they are cats and several of them are scared of people it isn't like we need someone to stay with them all the time, they prefer being alone. I DID say she may have some matting, however I did not know how much, her body didn't seem matted when I played with her and the nails were NOT curled under as I had inspected them to trim myself with the tool I have for this purpose, but they were long, so I decided to let a groomer do it. If my dog was so badly matted that there was going to be an increase in the price quoted I should have been notified and I was not. She did, however, text me from her van in front of my home for a $30.00 fee for flea treatment ($15.00 per dog) which I declined as I have the shampoo, house spray, yard spray and topical ointment on hand for such purposes. When she showed me my dog the hair was different lengths all over and at this point I had no choice, so I said to 'even her up'. I was not expecting her to be shaved. In my opinion, this groomer uses 'bait and switch' type tactics for increased fees. Another reason I will never use this business again is the condition of the van. Very, very dirty and I'm not talking about dog hair. The dirty floor was very apparent, dust on everything, along with the dry rot on one of the steps into the van that startled me when I stepped up onto it. read more
