Two weeks ago, my dog suffered a broken blood vessel in his eye due to a grooming harness that was not adjusted properly. While being dried, he attempted to jump off the grooming table. Although the groomer caught him, there was a moment when he was left hanging by the harness. As a professional grooming business, I would expect staff to anticipate that dogs may try to jump and ensure proper safety measures are in place. My niece picked him up and contacted me right away. When she sent me a photo of his eye, I was heartbroken. After I called and left a voicemail, an employee named Carla returned my call and initially stated that my dog had arrived with the injury. If that were true, I question why grooming services would have been performed on a dog with a visibly red and swollen eye. Later, after reviewing the video footage, Carla called back and acknowledged that she could see where the injury occurred. She advised me to take my dog to the veterinarian and stated that the expenses would be covered. I did exactly that and provided both the veterinarian's notes and my receipt. I only requested reimbursement for the grooming service ($100) and the veterinary bill ($125). However, the owner has since claimed that the incident was my dog's fault and has refused responsibility. If you love your pet, I encourage you to carefully consider this experience before bringing them here. My goal is simply to prevent another dog from suffering the way my Teddy has. PS-They don't deserve a single star. It's the lowest level you can select with Yelp.

I JUST NOW received a text message stating that I was outside of their area. So I gave them a call. I was met by a VERY SNARKY man who said that there was no way they could tow their hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment down the road to my house. He also sarcastically told me that maybe I should take my cat to the vet. He was so rude that the owner took the phone and started crying about feeding her family and then they hung up on me. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have ever encountered. My cat is in dire need of grooming and I looked forward to this appointment all week. Please stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this so called business.

Peggy is just amazing with the pups. I take my english bulldog Elvis over there for a grooming and he always comes back looking and smelling fabulous even for a bulldog :) My grams has a little doggie named Chewy and weve been taking him there to get groomed once a month for many years now. Couldn't ask for a nicer fun loving person to care for your dogs make sure you check it out great service and reasonable prices :) read more

Every single one we went to had the annoying habit of scheduling a boatload of people at the same time so when I show up with my pup, it was utter chaos and insanity. While the last two groomers all did a decent job on our fur baby, I didn't like that they only worked M-F and not Saturdays. I totally get that, I only work M-F and don't work Saturdays either, but taking time off on a weekday morning to take my pup in and taking more time off to pick him up is not convenient for me. Anyway, went on the Stockton Reddit thread and got several recommendations, and Paw Prints was one of them. I called on a Friday and had no expectations of getting an appointment for the next day and would have been fine with the following Saturday, but the owner, Jeanne, told me she still had availability for this Saturday. After explaining to her my issues with previous groomers, she told me it would be fine if I wanted to bring in my pup between 9:30-10, to avoid the rush, which I did and it was so nice because I was the only one there. Picked up my fur baby a few hours later and he was sooo handsome and adorable. It had been seven weeks since his last grooming (hubby was calling him Ragamuffin) and he looked so good! Jeanne and her crew did such a wonderful job. I scheduled Bandit's next appointment before I left.

It's about my third or fourth time and I really like how thorough they are and listen to what the owners request. Literally they go above and beyond for their clients. I usually alternate washing him at home but definitely not good at grooming him. I've tried petco and they're never consistent with the cut.
