I had a great experience with this company. They came 2x a week to pick up after my two large dogs in big backyard. They always send confirmation texts before coming and they show up within that timeframe. They also send photo confirmation that they closed any entrances they used. They work efficiently and I never found any undiscovered poops! If I wasn't moving out of the area I would continue to use them! read more

I had a great experience with Doo Doo Squad from start to finish. The technician texted me to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning my yard. It looked great when he was finished. I also want to give a special thank you to the receptionist who helped me sign up for the one-time service. I had just lost my dog of six years after she unexpectedly had a seizure and passed away. On top of the heartbreak, I had to pay for her cremation, so I couldn't afford the higher prices that some other companies were charging. When I called Doo Doo Squad, the receptionist was incredibly kind, respectful, and empathetic during such a difficult time. Her compassion meant more to me than she probably realizes. Thank you, Doo Doo Squad, for not only providing excellent service but also treating me with genuine care and understanding. If I ever get another dog in the future, I will definitely come back and use your service again. I truly appreciate everything you did. read more

Professional, communicative, punctual and they do a good job. Would recommend to a friend

This is why we love The Squad: - They responded quickly to my inquiry - It was super easy to get my questions answered and pricing. One I decided to try them out, I got scheduled quickly. - Their communication is superb. It's frequent, but not annoying. It's just right for what you need to know, like when your Squad tech is heading your way (so if you spazz-out like me and forget to unlock the gate, you get a moment to do so) - They do a thorough job, yet are so stealth that you would never know they were there. The only thing I don't love is that they give you a text option to tip your tech. I know we are tip-happy in the US, and I don't want to feel like I have to tip every week on top of the fee. I would rather they charged more and that was it. I know it's a service, but it's a weekly service. I don't tip my gardener each week or my housekeeper. I give them bonuses around the holidays. Is it just me? But otherwise, they are great! read more

I was a client for a few years until my dog passed away in 2023. I recently got a new puppy, and restarted service with Doo Doo Squad. They are great and take care of the yard wonderfully. I seem to fall in the schedule to be one of the first houses in the morning, so once a week me and my puppy get up, go outside, and both have a moment of "oh the poop is gone!" And she starts the collection for the next week! Communication has been great, and they always make sure the gates are closed and latched, and everything is cleaned up. read more

Service window of 8 hours? Waiting with no idea of when the tech will arrive? Blaming "the system" for this style of scheduling? No thank you! My time is just as valuable as yours and blaming a system that you set up as the cause of an 8-hour scheduling window is kind of spineless if you ask me. Too bad but it's your own fault. I tried dialoging with you to no avail, just more excuses. Always excuses. I'm done. Thank you and g'bye. read more

Doo Doo Squad has been great and I should have done this YEARS ago. While it seems like a small chore, it's just been so nice to have it done. Super fast communication to set up service, absolutely reasonable fees and reliable service. What more could you expect?? read more

Doo Doo Squad took over following our last person retirement. So far so good. Yard is clear. I receive text that they are on the way. Dooing a great job! read more

Set up was easy and they come weekly to pick up all the doggos' business. I opted to have the deodorizing spray as well, but I can't really tell the difference. I'm sure it helps. Great if you have multiple/big dogs, or just simply don't want to monitor/do it yourself. Price is reasonable and you get a text message alert for when they are coming and when they're finished. read more

Doo Doo Squad just makes things easy. They do what you would expect, when you expect and there use of technology makes it worry free.

I tried to contact 5 other services but they would not do front yards or wanted to charge extra. I explained I only one dog but to no avail. Doo Doo contacted me a solved all my problems. The assistant manager was so kind and caring. Their prices were great plus they didn't charge for my front yard it was included. Happy days. The next day Troy showed up. He was a godsend. I showed where my dog had been going. He was fantastic my search was over. Thank you Troy and Doo Doo squad for helping this Vietnam veteran who is disabled. read more

Love this service for a large 16 unit complex I manage. We have had issues with feral cats for a while now but the folks over at Doo Doo Squad come by once a week and pick up the mess. They always do a good job and on the rare case they miss something, the techs are great about coming back and following instructions to take care of anything we ask for. Would definitely recommend their services for convenience and to avoid worse problems that can arise from leaving animal waste around a property. read more

Troy is AMAZING!!! Still happy with Doo Doo Squad. Highly recommend! Service is great, just call if you need to make any changes. Or better yet call and start your account read more

Tara works in the office at doo squad and she has been amazing during my husband's hospitalization for two months. She gave us time to rearrange the payment information and the dogs absolutely love the people who pick up their poop. The price is reasonable and if you have a disability or too many dogscleaning up poop might be $100 $120 a month. It's worth it. read more

I called and spoke with a lady today and was quoted for $174.66 and everything was set up and sounded great. Then I received my sales receipt and it was $274.32. I immediately called them back and asked why this happened and they explained a price breakdown with a total that was not discussed in the previous call. I was able to speak to the lady that initially quoted me and I said "why did you tell me I would only be paying $174.66 today and then charge me $274.32" and she said that she didn't recall telling me that. I asked them for a refund and they said it takes 5-10 business days. I informed them that I don't mind paying the $274.32 for the services but I don't appreciate the way they handle their business or their customers and how they quote different prices than what they bill for and that is why I have requested a refund. Maybe next time they will be more honest, when telling a customer pricing info but I do not recommend a business that does this to its customers. Update: Unfortunately, the below response from the company is inaccurate as well. I repeated the amount back to the lady on the phone several times as I was writing them in my notebook. I even mentioned to the lady that I was writing them down so I can remember what she quoted for the pricing. I also do not have a baby I have children ages 3 and up so that doesn't make sense either. Best of luck to those that decide to go with this company. read more

Doo Doo Squad has been great. Especially Lee, our rather larger overgrown backyard. He's extremely thorough, kind and friendly. I have personally watched him walk up and down our yard to find the two labs nuggets. Good weather and bad. Thank you Lee & DDS for him and his incredible work ethic. Dogs love him too !!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not train their employees how to do the job. Then they come after you for a lawsuit and a financial shake down. The text alert for when the person arrives is NEVER correct. Always 30-60 minutes after the person has arrived. read more

I love this business because I play Fortnite all the time so I have no time to clean my dogs poop so thank you so much to doodoo. Squad and if you haven't you should sign up today. read more

They are very unprofessional. The manager hung up on me while trying to get a issue resolved and then cancel my account without telling me what the final bill would be if I chose to cancel my account then deleted my account blocked my number so I was not able to reach him anymore. I think that is the most unprofessional way to handle business, especially if you're giving me options and you're not allowing me to choose what option best suits me and you make the decision for me. It's pathetic. Half of their technicians are nice not all of them. They don't follow directions. Clearly they left our gate open where our dogs could get out they don't know how to lock the gate, which is bottling common sense definitely the most unprofessional business I've ever had to deal with. I was not rude by any means. All I did was ask question and tell your manger what happened and what did not happen and informed her I have cameras so I know what was done and she hung up in the middle of my sentence that was disrespectful. read more

Kyle was very friendly and got the job done! Looking forward to doing business with them!

Thankful for their service because it's hard to clean up after 2 dogs. Plus we don't have mosquitos around our house anymore.

Have been using this service for three years now. Worth every penny for my three fur babies. Let's face it, part of having fur babies is the unpleasant things like clean up. Weekly pickup is so helpful. We have gotten to know our techs over the years and they love our doggies! read more

The service is outstanding with professional quality, on time arrivals rain or shine. However if you have a complaint they don't want to hear about it. Good value service. read more

I reached out to set up service and was informed there was an enrollment or set up fee of $25.00 as well as paying $21.00 per week, for a total of $109.00. They do have a promo that if you pay for two months up front you receive a month free of service. I don't pay enrollment fees. Why should I have to pay you for your business to put my information into a computer system? Just like tipping, this is getting out of hand. I called and asked for the enrollment fee to be waived and was told that they could only waive $5 because they have the promotion of the free month if I paid two months in advance. How did they know I would want to do that, first of all, and second of all, it no longer makes the month free, now does it. I went with a local company that was $14 per week with zero start up fees. Your loss Doo Doo Squad. read more

I have been using this service since earlier this year and never had an issue however a few weeks ago animal control showed up at my home stating I was reported for neglecting my dog and no one but Doo Doo Squad technicians have access to my backyard or dog. I have had my dog for almost 2 years and never had an issue until now. The company denies calling animal control and I requested to cancel my services and the company still is charging me for services I'm no longer receiving. I would not use this company or trust them especially with your money because being billed after canceling services is horrendous and disgusting. I have since had to rehome my dog due to fear of it happening again. Not only did we have to give up our family pet we are still being charged after this awful experience. Don't use them! read more

Doo Doo Squad is an efficient and well run company. My technician Justin does a great job and is very polite.

This is no easy task and i appreciated that they didn't just run through and miss anything. If you're need of some help with your dogs waste, call this company. What a great service. I had some health issues, and as a result, dig feces had built up in the back yard. We contacted Doo Doo Squad, and arranged for an initial cleaning with weekly maintenance afterwards. The young man who came for the initial cleaning worked hard to pick up every single pile of feces in our back yard. Let me just say...it was a lot. We are impressed and happy with the service. Glad we called. read more
