When he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning my yard. It looked great when he was finished. I also want to give a special thank you to the receptionist who helped me sign up for the one-time service. I had just lost my dog of six years after she unexpectedly had a seizure and passed away. On top of the heartbreak, I had to pay for her cremation, so I couldn't afford the higher prices that some other companies were charging. When I called Doo Doo Squad, the receptionist was incredibly kind, respectful, and empathetic during such a difficult time. Her compassion meant more to me than she probably realizes. Thank you, Doo Doo Squad, for not only providing excellent service but also treating me with genuine care and understanding. If I ever get another dog in the future, I will definitely come back and use your service again. I truly appreciate everything you did.

I appreciated that sentiment since I had two other dogs and still wanted the service. The next month I paid the same amount that I was paying before, just one less dog since he had passed and that's what I had understood from the conversation with Vic prior. Unfortunately I understood wrong. Vic blew my my phone up today about his new prices to the point where it was obnoxious. I honestly was offended by him not sticking to his verbal word and chose not to continue the service, effective immediately. I told him to keep the money for the upcoming weeks because clearly he needed it and went on with my day at work. Vic went absolutely unhinged and harassed me for several hours by calling me, sending dozens of text messages, and also sending videos of himself even after I asked him to stop contacting me. Vic continued berating me over the course of an hour and went as low as insinuating that I was racist towards Mexicans, that I enjoyed having slaves, and he also belittled my personal finances/ housing situation.... Absolute nut job. This man cannot take no for an answer and his behavior to rejection is incredibly threatening and concerning. Employ this weirdo at your own risk.

Got straight to the point because I didn't have time to sit there and have a full on conversation. Ended up finding another business that I decided to go with so I texted him to cancel and this is what he responded back with, which is super weird for a businessman . Looking at the previous reviews and the way he responds doesn't seem like he takes his business seriously anyways. 10/10 would NEVER book with this guy!!! Go with poop911 or doo doo squad they're more professional Ewww and then what a creeper he sent me another message on another number and left me a long video so disrespectful so disgusting. We highly recommend Rose, Always Available Pet Sitting…read more Right from the beginning Rose was organized and business-like, taking note of the names of each pet, the amount of food, times of day to be fed, locations for food, treats, etc. Rose cared for our 4 dogs and cat for 9 days while we went on vacation. She did not hesitate to come an extra day when our flight was canceled last minute. Rose did a lot more than just feed our fur babies. She spent time playing with them as well as watching their behavior to make sure they got along and played together safely. (We have 3 large dogs and a small beagle.) She even called us to make sure we were comfortable with what she saw. She left notes from each day and also texted us notes and photos. It's clear Rose loves animals and has experience with animal behavior. We felt so much more at ease on our vacation knowing Rose was watching our pets. We will be using Rose's services again.
