The next month I paid the same amount that I was paying before, just one less dog since he had passed and that's what I had understood from the conversation with Vic prior. Unfortunately I understood wrong. Vic blew my my phone up today about his new prices to the point where it was obnoxious. I honestly was offended by him not sticking to his verbal word and chose not to continue the service, effective immediately. I told him to keep the money for the upcoming weeks because clearly he needed it and went on with my day at work. Vic went absolutely unhinged and harassed me for several hours by calling me, sending dozens of text messages, and also sending videos of himself even after I asked him to stop contacting me. Vic continued berating me over the course of an hour and went as low as insinuating that I was racist towards Mexicans, that I enjoyed having slaves, and he also belittled my personal finances/ housing situation.... Absolute nut job. This man cannot take no for an answer and his behavior to rejection is incredibly threatening and concerning. Employ this weirdo at your own risk.

He's in such high demand that he only walks dogs in Laguna West. He was SO prompt in his reply and professional. When my dog and I met him for our complimentary meet and greet a few days later, he was very polite, gentle, and calm with my dog as she is usually friendly but anxious-shy with anyone new right off the bat. He spends a full 30min with your dog during the walk rain or shine, and he charges the lowest rates I've seen with all the dog walkers in the area.
