Clean Kept Lawn Care knocked all of that out of the park (and outta our house!) Gerald was very friendly and easy to work with. I am so happy with their service!…read more We moved into our new home a little over 4 years ago that had some bushes planted around the front lawn and a few poorly placed rose bushes. We made the mistake of letting the bushes grow out to the point where we couldn't tackle the job on our own. We contacted AV Lawn Service and Landscaping and someone came out within a few days to give us an estimate. Not only was the price right for all that we needed done but he also gave us tips and suggested on a few things; but he wasn't pushy at all. He made his suggestions but didn't push us to do anything more than what we were asking at this time. We agreed on the job on Wednesday and they were out the following Monday (which worked best for all of our schedules). It took two men a few hours to get everything done, even exceptional clean up and removal of the lawn debris; they also went over and cleaned up fallen debris from our neighbors yard due to the bushes being along the fence. The also removed the rose bushes that should have never been planted where they were lol. It looks great! We're very happy and I've already recommended them to family members that are looking for some work done as well. They're nice, did a great job, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again in the future, possibly for bigger work as my mind is reeling on what we can do to give our entire front a new look :) Thank you, AV Lawn Service & Landscaping!!

Our yard had gotten away from us after years of neglect, and with a new dog in the family, we wanted him to have a safe, open space to enjoy. After doing some research, I found The Grounds Company and decided to reach out -- best decision we made! Sebastian, the owner, is incredibly professional and just an all-around great guy. He came out for a consultation, walked the entire yard with us, and within a few hours we had a clear, itemized estimate that was very reasonable. The breakdown included everything: overgrown weed removal, tree trimming, debris haul-away, and even stump removal. Rain caused a couple of delays, but Sebastian was always quick to communicate and had us rescheduled within days. On the day of service, Sebastian and another crew member arrived earlier than scheduled and got right to work. They worked fast, efficiently, and did a tremendous job transforming the yard. What used to be an overgrown, cluttered mess is now clean, open, and dog-friendly. Our dog was absolutely stoked once the work was done -- the backyard is officially his turf now! If we ever need more work done, we're definitely calling Sebastian again. Highly recommend The Grounds Company if you're looking for honest pricing, professional service, and amazing results.

I was really struggling to find someone who could repair our old galvanized sprinklers, so was relieved when Baldev at Jass Gardening returned my call right away and came over to check things out. He even stopped by afterward on his day off (with his sweet wife) to be sure they were working properly. I only have great things to say about this company!…read more I had a leak in the feed line for my drip irrigation split. A small and simple repair job. I sent out the project details locally and got quite a few responses. Unfortunately the majority of these folks wanted anywhere from $150-$250 minimum fee just to come out and patch a 2 inch split. I must say I was very disappointed, I'm retired on Social Security and every penny counts and there's no way I could afford even $150 just to patch this small leak. Then I got a contact from these nice folks and it really made my day. Although what I had budgeted to spend was below their minimum, when I explained the situation they were happy to work with me. They kept in contact throughout the day and alerted me when they were on the way. When they arrived they examined the situation, knew exactly what it would take to fix the problem and resolved it, they had all the tools and parts necessary to effect the fix. On top of that they were super nice and friendly and allowed to watch so I could try to fix the next leak by myself, I really appreciated that! Now my flowers are happy again, there is no massive lake in my backyard and I was very pleased at the amount they charged, it was very fair. If you need help with sprinklers or landscaping I would highly recommend this company.

Silly as it may sound, both times I was so happy with his work I wanted to cry. I have a rental property that the prior tenants pretty much left a mess. I planned to sell the house but life happened and unfortunately it sat for about 8 months. I called Wilson again and he was available for the cleanup and once again did a beautiful job. There was one tree I attempted to cut myself but ended up calling him once again and he was quick to help out. Super impressed with his work and I would recommend him to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Now the house is ready to finally go on the market and I couldn't be happier.

Ivan was working on the sprinklers I asked him to take a look around the yard and give me an estimate to do a complete cleanup and what he would charge for the monthly maintenance. His cleanup cost was lower than anybody else and his maintenance is very reasonable. Unfortunately I did not have before pictures to go with the after but I can tell you that everything in these pictures was easily 80 to 100% larger than it was in the picture and it had all gotten away from me because I'd hurt my back and was unable to get out and do maintenance for the couple months after we moved in. The backyard was covered in leaves from the oak tree, the ivy was grown across the the stepping stones, The grass edge and the side next to the backyard work studio had 6 ft tall dead weed stems which set off my allergies so I was very happy to see that go. I was also happy that he didn't completely cut back all of the plants and things and left everything a decent size so that it still looked pretty. After Ivan's team finished up everything looks great and we enjoy walking around in the yard when it's not raining like today, so instead I get to post reviews Ivan's team will be able to keep it maintained much more efficiently than I can so once this storm has moved on I'll schedule him to come back.
