One of our cats is a special needs, older cat with a heart condition and it so reassuring to have Elizabeth there with him and the other two cats. We appreciated the attention to details, extensive experience, proactive and problem solving recommendations, and communication style she provided. We also appreciated having the owner of a local business work with us rather than someone sending an inexperienced and seemingly disinterested employee instead. We will be using Elizabeth in the future and highly recommend this pet service!

During hot weather, she put a cooling vest on our dog and showed us what size to get for him if we wished. She sends us photos of his smiling face when she greets him. Someone - not Ashley - contacted me and showed up to the interview. Couldn't tell me how much the service cost or provide references. Another candidate was chosen, as they had a lot more experience and solid references. Yet I continue to receive emails with schedules and contract information and now an invoice. I've asked for this to stop and it hasn't, it just continues. Very irritating. I cannot recommend this business.

I have had 100% excellent experiences with Kelsey and her team taking care of Our previous cat and our current cat when my spouse and I are out of town: great communication, excellent care provided for pets, and very reasonable pricing for the services provided. My previous cat had some health issues later in her life, and Kelsey and her team did great with giving her medication and special food, and they all clearly love animals. Our current cat is incredibly shy with strangers and often hides, but she loves everyone who visits from Kelsey's, and getting pictures of her getting attention and love while we're gone makes being away easier! I truly cannot recommend Kelsey's enough!

I am a very honest reviewer and honestly honestly, I'm a very difficult reviewer…read more I have done so many reviews of various places, and I've usually been disappointed with a service in this country and the level of food for example . Let me do a review of this place now and I hope you listen as I am not sponsored in any way shape or form for this review . I need difficult time finding other places to watch my dog. Too many of the dog kennels had people running it. They were running, ragged, unprofessional, and unwilling to work with me. Then I came upon this place . I visited the place looked at the reviews, and actually had a chance to talk to a customer that had used them in the past.. The customer had glowing reviews of this place . I was still kind of hesitant, but we decided to board our precious dog at this place. She is my service dog as well, but I could not take her with me on this long journey that I went on. I had changes and requests beyond normal. I thought they would become angry in response and it was my fault. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and direct the communication was. They were soooo accommodating and it eased my mind. They helped and were so kind in how they responded. Our dog also eats a raw diet, which is about twice the amount of food as normal due to digestion because it's raw she needs to eat more. We do this diet, not just because of health reasons, but because it keeps her teeth perfectly white and clean. they were able to accommodate her special diet. I think they were not used to doing before because most people feed their dog kibble. Even when we picked her up, everybody was so nice to us and how they spoke with us and treated her very kindly as well as us. We will definitely be using them again. I can't say that about the other places we've used in the past of all. All those other places actually treated us like they didn't need us. They were unwilling to accommodate in any way shape or form, and we're demanding. Please consider using this place above the others and yes, we even visited the place down the street and we're unwilling to deal with that place with how they treated us. This place is not very expensive, but even if they raise their prices some we would still use them. Thank you!
