Her ACL issues were determined by her vet at South Davis Veterinarian as manageable and not qualified for surgery. Her Doctor informed Us if we broguht her a day later, it would have been late Elizabeth fed my dog her own dog food without discussing it with me first knowing well that I wrote twice in instructions that she is very sensitive , She Took her on hourly runs when she had healing partially torn Acl and was told specifically not to walk or play more than 10 minutes. My dog lost 6 pounds while staying for few days. She conformed it in texts that she ahs been taking my dog on hourly walks and dog park playtimes everyday. Mochi was no longer able to walk on her hind legs, indicating over usage of her legs . we have to have ACL surgery now. if you love your dog or pet please avoid using her services . when I was asking ehy my dog is not able to use her legs she told me to " give her bed rest rude, DISMMISIVE , UNPRIOFESSIONAL AND greedy. read more

I was really looking forward to having this be our local pet sitting service for our golden retriever - but we won't be coming back. We dropped our puppy off to stay with Elizabeth for the weekend and based on the five star reviews, were expecting him to be much better cared for. Upon arrival, I was told there were many other dogs inside and to leave him and his things outside. I couldn't even see where he would be spending his time and what the other dogs were like. The updates provided were very basic, I had to ask specific questions to get more detail. I was sent a few cute pictures but it seemed like I was an annoyance every time I texted to check in. Upon pickup - our puppy was FILTHY! I've never seen him look and feel so dirty! Elizabeth told me that one of the pipes had burst at the dog park earlier that morning. I asked her if she could please give him a bath before I put him in my car to take him home. She responded "Sorry, no". As soon as I got home and I had to spend an hour trying to wash the filth off our puppies fur, clean out his ears and nails. I texted Elizabeth expressing my disappointment - she venmo'd me $20 for my troubles. I expected much better from Elizabeth. We won't be going back and I do not recommend this pet sitting service. read more

Elizabeth has been looking after our dog (and now two dogs) -- both for daycare and overnight boarding -- since I started a job in Davis in 2017. We were desperate: my partner and I both worked long days with long commutes, and there was no way we could leave Siduri, our energetic 10 month old cattle dog puppy, at home alone all day. However, in general, Siduri is not a huge fan of new people. I didn't know what to do, but I found Elizabeth online and gave her a call. When we took Siduri for a meet and greet with Elizabeth, we knew right away she was different and understood our puppy's unique personality. Siduri seemed to immediately respect her -- no barking or growling in evidence. That respect soon grew to love, such that Siduri was thrilled to abandon me when I dropped her off every morning. She returned in the evening delightfully tired out from a day of explorations with Elizabeth. Since COVID, my work arrangements have changed and we live an hour and a half away; we still drive to Davis to board Siduri (and now our other dog as well) with Elizabeth any time we travel without them. There really isn't anyone else we would trust so completely to love our dogs, to demand (and earn) their respect and good behavior, and to ensure their mental and physical health in my absence. Beyond being a wonderful and concientious caretaker of our dogs, Elizabeth is always responsive and so flexible.
