When I picked him up he looked lovely, and I could just tell, he wasn't traumatized as he sometimes can be a bit when he has to go to the groomer. My instructions were followed to the letter and the groomer listened patiently to my concerns about my little Levi and his issues. Even though this groomer is quite far from my home, the experience for Levi was so positive, I'll be taking him back!
