He was patient with all of our questions, very knowledgeable, and extremely polite and professional. We highly recommend Citra Pest Control to anyone looking for an excellent pest control company. We reached out to Critter Control and they offered to come out that day. I couldn't make the appointment, but they came the next day and evaluated the area, noting where the raccoons were likely coming from. They set up a trap in the most affected area. We caught a poor local cat the first time and they released it. Then caught three raccoons. They're responsive, professional, and do a great job. Highly recommended! PSA: don't mess around with raccoons. I'm a biologist and discovered that a lot of raccoons in the area have a parasitic roundworm. Eggs can live in the soil for two years. Resistant to bleach, ethanol, cleaners, etc. Almost the only way to kill the eggs is to heat them to 143ºF/63ºC. A weed torch (being careful around any flammable structures) or boiling water can be helpful.

They sent someone the next morning for an assessment and got us scheduled right away! In the interim, they gave us recommendations to deter the rats, which worked. Carlos and his crew arrived on time and finished quickly. The price was reasonable (honestly, on the cheaper side yet the quality and professionalism was great!). There was an issue with a short circuit because a rat chewed through the insulation that we didn't notice until the weekend, but Carlos responded immediately and came over to fix the issue. We are so grateful to Carlos and the Attic Crew for helping us with rats in the home, helping us feel more confident about keeping them out for the foreseeable years, and for all of their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise! Would definitely recommend!

The communication was excellent, even on a holiday weekend I got called back within an hour of reaching out with questions, which I certainly did not expect! They arrived promptly for appointments and were thoughtful about avoiding tracking dirt into our home. They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. I could not be happier with my choice to hire them, and plan to work with them again when I'm ready to replace my attic insulation.

Donald has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and a genuine willingness to partner with us in effectively managing our pest control needs. We recently sold our home, and we're convinced that our long-term relationship with Killroy played a major role in avoiding the need to "tent" the house for termites. In fact, our home was one of the very few in the entire neighborhood that did not require termite treatment -- a direct result of the consistent, proactive service we received. Thank you again to the entire Killroy team, and especially to Donald Thomas, for your dedication and excellent work over the past two decades!

While others were positive I was seeing a wingless subterranean termite, they identified the insect as harmless. Since I am nonetheless nervous about termites, I decided to take advantage of their free inspections, which is typical of the industry I believe. And a good thing. About a week later and just a couple days before they were to come over, there was a big deposit of Frasse in our bedroom. I took a picture and posed the question to Gemini and Meta AI, which both identified it as from dry wood termites. When Robert came, he did the same. Robert explained the immigration details well. Kept in touch. Fumigator who put tent on also was communicative. Does not appear that I received a call in advance from person who took tent off. Would have liked that. Overall, I am happy with the results so far. Well, at least I feel like they did the work and I am hopeful that I will not see any termite Frasse in the next three years, which is their guarantee.
