Listo El Pollo has these three sauces, the yellow, white and the green, when you put them all together on the Lomo it is absolutely delectable, amazing flavour. If you dine in, it's a small room with enough tables to accommodate most of the time, they bring out your drinks, plates and sauces to use, great service. They have a large TV and the dining room is a dark brown, very cool experience. Absolutely delicious Peruvian food, give it a try if you're in the area. Parking can be limited as it is a small lot.

I got a whole chicken with the sides and I decided to try the Peruvian ceviche. The chicken was good, seasoning was there. It was already precut for me so that's was kind. I was really looking forward to the ceviche and it was not good. The lime juice or the leche de Tigre was very bitter, and it just didn't taste good... Something was off about the ceviche, perhaps it spoiled quickly as my drive back home was an hour, i unfortunately had to throw it away because it did not taste edible. Service is quite friendly, and quick. I'd come give it a second try for the ceviche, maybe it was not the freshest batch or my commute was too long but I don't think food spoils that rapidly. Either way I definitely recommend the rotisserie chicken with the sides!

Food was sub-par, the waitress was nice and attentive, given I walked in 15 minutes before closing she did well ZERO complaints here. $20+ Dollars for a Lomo Saltado that I did not enjoy AT ALL! Doe #1 my plate has LITERALLY 7 pieces of Lomo, that were about 1" to 1-1/2' long and about 1/2" wide (I Had To Add Measurements So You Can Visualize), Because I Forgot to take a picture. This in my opinion was highway robbery, to be honest. If I am paying this kind of money at least add more protein that veggies and French fries. I don't think I will come back and give this place a second chance, I don't believe my review will make any difference to ownership, so why waste my money again. I have this place 2 stars because I had a glass of a Cabernet Sauvignon that was quite surprisingly delicious, and the service was good. Not super excellent but good enough to not demean that service. Sorry for the bad review, just want you to know that I would have written a review even if my expectations wasn't bad, I would have left a review either way and unfortunately it had to be a negative one.
