Personal Touch Minute Lube staff were incredibly kind and understanding. After being turned away by some other places because not many shops were comfortable driving my hand-controlled van, I came here for an inspection and oil change. They took me without hesitation. As a wheelchair user, my van is equipped with hand controls, so getting routine vehicle service isn't always as routine as it should be. The staff didn't make it a big deal. They listened, understood how my controls worked, handled my van perfectly, and had my inspection and oil change completed in under 30 minutes, even with two people already in the waiting area. What made the experience even more memorable but also made me speechless, was something completely unexpected. Another customer at the shop was ahead of me and, without saying anything to me, quietly paid for my entire visit and his own, then left. I never even got the chance to thank him. (Thank you amazing human for your genuine kindness.) Between this man's incredible act of kindness and the way the staff treated me with absolutely zero hesitation, I left feeling genuinely cared for and at a loss for words. Sometimes accessibility really is as simple as saying, "Yes, we can help you." Or "let's try to see how we can help!" I absolutely recommend Personal Touch Minute Lube. 10/10 will go back and keep going back. Thank you to the amazing human who performed the most selfless drive-by act of kindness I've ever experienced. read more

Great place with fast service and reasonable prices! We highly recommend them! They do state inspections, oil changes and fix flats for $15!

DO NOT GO HERE... SCAM.... They came out and told me that my oil pressure sensor was going out on a 2019 acura. Needless to say I came home put my snap on scan tool on it and wouldn't ya know... oil pressure is perfect... next I checked my engine bay and found the oil dipstick laying across my battery. Didn't air the tires up. Basically half assed it all. Called seriously 6 mins after leaving and asked how they checked my oil pressure.. thier answer, we have had several cars through since you left and our tech cant remember. Hahahahah liars. Needless to say yall came your shop chumps techs. Thats a far cry from veing a tech... lost this customer for life read more

Went in only for an inspection since it was close to work. Poor customer service. You're paying for convenience over quality.

No upselling friendly and fast! I have used Personal Touch for multiple vehicles now and have never had a bad experience.

We have been going here for years and there was an issue with the oil plug after they changed the oil. They've made the repair and when we returned for our next old visit, they said they can no longer change the oil in our vehicles because of the plastic plug they put in the oil pan. They don't stand behind what they install. I wouldn't use them. It seemed the guy behind the counter might've been impaired. read more

I won't be back. I've been going to Personal Touch since they opened up over on Hundley Dr. That's a long time. The place is under new management and you can tell. They have been out of my oil filter for a week. The previous owner, Mr Wheat: A. would not run out. B. would have gone across to Walmart and bought one. But I was informed Mr. Wheat no longer owns this place. You can tell. I've notice attitude problems the last few times I was in there, now I know why. read more

A bit nasty on the attitude. ........................... Just a very unwelcoming atmosphere. It's true, bunch of the guys that will there just stand there and pay no mind to the customer. read more

Have been going to this shop for a long time. Personal cars and my work van for the company I work for. Mr Wheat and Joe were two of the best people in the area and very caring. Since they are no longer with us, this place has gone down fast. Thirty years of supporting this place and I have finally made my last trip here. Not the same as it used to be. Counter person is rude not helpful at all and looks as if he doesn't want to be there. Really wish someone that knew how well the Wheats treated customers would have taken over. So sad. read more

Normally I don't have any problem with this place, the last few times i've gone have been fine. This time it was completely empty, nobody inside and all of the employees were in the garage just chatting (I get it, it's slow). I stood in the lobby waiting for someone to come talk to me so I could get an oil change but after a few minutes of just standing at the desk and making eye contact with multiple employees with still nobody ever truly acknowledging that i was standing there i finally just left. read more

Not very helpful at all. I had to wait for more than an hour and a half for a state inspection. Jason the inspector never actually signed the paperwork. The DMV wouldn't accept the paperwork. I will never go back there are plenty of other places that will appreciate your patronage. read more

Ok I asked the guy in the front hey can you please check my daughters tires ? Sure no problem now she's 700 miles a way with bald f ing tires. You my friend should be fired. My fault for trusting him read more

No BS and quick. I'll be getting all my oil changes and inspections here from now on!

This place is amazing! They're always speedy and super nice. I've taken my car here for years and it's always been great.

Extremely disappointed. I got an oil change recently. Someone told me they are hearing a ticking sound from my car, and recommended to check my oil. I check it, and I have no oil at all in the car. I should of had plenty in there but totally dry. I bought a 5 quart container to put in my car and my car was so low on oil it took all 5 quarts. A little more time and my engine could of blown. Extremely upset, and will not be back. read more

Been using personal touch for oil change and inspection for years. Always fast friendly service, honest and reliable.

Honesty! Honesty! Honesty! These are the first attributes I look for in a repair shop. Make no mistake, these guys are what your looking for. Thanks to the whole crew on taking care of my Transmission Fluid Flush on my old '98 Jeep Wrangler. They did it right and the cheapest anywhere! read more

They take very good care of my car for a very fair price. Great service from nice, friendly, smart people. It's easy to see why so many people in the area get their oil changes here. read more

From beater to showroom car, this is the only place I will go for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. I have never had a negative experience with these people. Fair prices for quality work. Today was my first day trying this place and I loved it. Went in for an oil change and state inspection and was in and out within about 15 mins-20, maybe less. They didn't try to sell me anything else, they just did what I came in for and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend! read more

Another great experience from Personal Touch-Minute Lube in Corinth Saturday. We consistently get quick, honest, quality work done from these guys, for a reasonable price too. My dad has been in the auto repair and parts industry for years and he was the one who first turned me onto this place. Glad he did, and my wife and I both get our oil changes, inspections and checkups done here. read more

Drove in and got my oil change and filter/fluids check up. Took me right in. 20 minutes and back on the road! I'll be back!

Went here today to get my vehicle inspection. The guy told me they cant inspect my vehicle because the ground is too wet from the rain and they need to check my brakes at 20mph. WHAT? Brakes work in the rain and on wet roads! I did drive the 2 year old, working car to the shop, perfectly fine. So I went right across the street and had it done. Literally right across the street. read more

Personal Touch-Minute Lube - Outside - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Corinth, Texas

Went to get my oil changed and I knew my oil pan plug was super tight from a quick lube place that changed my oil the last time. After fighting with it for some time, they put the tire change impact gun on it and it came loose. Needed a new plug, which they said that see all the time. They didn't charge any extra for the extra work. I've used them for years for inspections, but now they will do all my mechanic work. read more

Always a great, personal experience. These guys always get me in and out with very little wait. Highly recommended for oil changes and inspections. read more

I've taken my car there for several years for inspections and have always been very pleased. This year they replaced my windshield wipers for less than $15.00. The dealer wanted $50 plus labor. read more

I have always taken my car here for inspection and never had issues. Yesterday I dropped my car off for inspection and came back later to pick up. They said they couldn't inspect because the machine would not connect to my car and I needed a mechanic to look at it... Well my husband is a mechanic and found nothing to be wrong. He decided to take it to Anderson's for the inspection and they had no problem getting it to read. Anderson's tells my husband that Personal Touch marked my car as a fail even though they couldn't connect to it! Not sure why they would that. Luckily I had no issues at Anderson's and will take my car there from now on read more

So literally pulled up for an oil change. Three guys just standing around in the bay. I'm waiting to be guided in so we can knock it out. They look at me and continue their convo. No one approached me, gave directions etc. After sitting there without being acknowledged I left. Major customer service fail. Can state I am genuinely disappointed after reading the great reviews on this place. read more

My family and I have been going to this place forever. They are honest, friendly, and quick. I had my inspection done yesterday and it took 15 minutes! Highly recommend!! read more

What a hidden gem. With three choices within 1/4 mile, I have never looked for them. I decided to stop in for an inspection and was very pleased with how friendly and courteous everyone was. I will be back! read more

Went here the other day and they were fast to get the oil done. It was no 19 dollar oil change but the $39 dollars seemed to go a long way. They did basically a check on everything on the car and did it with a smile. Def be bringing my car back here. read more

I am a former employee, I'm writing this although I've moved on to bigger and better things. I still can't thank this company enough for everything, the experience and good times and being able to help people with their cars with a smile. If you want your oil changes to be headache free put your trust in these guys, they do good work and they know what they're doing. You won't find a better lube shop around the Lewisville-Denton area, these guys won't try to bullshit you into buying things you don't need, nor will they show you parts from another vehicle claiming it came from your car. These guys will go out of their way to help make your visit as painless for you as possible, I promise you that. read more

They are quick and very friendly. I have only had inspections done here but their attitude will make me give them a shot at any repairs I need done. read more
