wish it could be zero. To any ladies considering this shop, If you don't mind being bullied and yelled at as you spend thousands, then this is the perfect place for you!! It's been about 48 hrs since being yelled at and hung up on. I would prefer to forget this ever happened, but can't look my granddaughters in the eye if I don't call out the shockingly bad behavior towards this 66 year old grandma. In addition to spending thousands, apparently I was also supposed to put up with a kid who felt free to insult me ever time he didn't have an answer to a question. The work was maybe a little expensive, but fine, but Whatever you do don't stand up for yourself. If you do, you may be screamed at for for a few minutes and then hung up on. I have came here twice, 1st time there were very few cars and I was told they were busy. The 2nd time it was right at opening time the gentleman inside made me wait about 5 mins before he acknowledged me when I told him what I needed he told me they were too busy despite no vehicles being in the bay or parking lot. I also thought he had an attitude problem so make sure you have an appointment maybe you will get better treatment than I did. I haven't had problems with any other Firestone locations, in fact I drove down the road to another Firestone and received excellent service. read more

If I could put 1 star I would....DO NOT GO HERE!!! Let me explain to you my experience... (sorry for the long explanation but I want you all to know every detail) I took my car in for an oil change, I have a 2013 Ford Fusion with 72,000 miles on it and it's in perfect condition, I've never had a problem with it and get regular checkups to ensure it stays in good shape. I usually take my car elsewhere for an oil change but was going out of town to Norman, OK to visit my boyfriend and needed it done quickly. I called to make an appointment on Friday 1/20 for an oil change, they said they could get me in on Sunday 1/22 for a drop-off (my mistake for agreeing) - I dropped my car off on Sunday morning and was called that afternoon to come pick it up, I do think $90 for an oil change is quite absurd but I paid it and left (the tech who did my oil change was Keelan). I drove it off and everything seemed okay, I heard a mild thumping noise coming from the engine but was driving on a lil bit of a bumpy road at the time so didn't think too much into it. The next day (Monday 1/23) I drove my car to work, that thumping noise came back even louder every time I'd get above like 50-60mph and by the time I drove home from work the thumping noise was so bad it was vibrating my floorboard - obviously I was concerned so I immediately took it back to Firestone letting them know that something went wrong - my car was perfect before the oil change and after it was making this crazy noise. They said that I could leave my car with them and they would take a look in the morning so I once again left it in their care (another mistake on my part but I wasn't about to pay for something they messed up). The next day I get a call around 3pm from the technician quoting me in $1200 worth in repairs - apparently my water pump was busted therefore my coolant was leaking everywhere, my engines internal thermostat was broken, and the vibration was because my tires were badly unbalanced. Let me recap this for you - my car was in PERFECT condition - no leaks - my tires were brand new (bought them in November) - and non of my engine lights nor my temperature gauges were signaling ANY signs of any of this. Now I'll admit I don't know the most about cars and now not trusting Firestone I opted to take my car to my family's trusted mechanic to confirm what they said. When I went to pickup my car the woman up front (Briana I believe was her name) could NOT find my car keys and paperwork for 15 minutes - she called the tech that worked on my car, no answer. Called her manager twice and they had no clue where they were. After asking her if they lost my keys she replies "I don't want to say they're lost but we just don't know where they are currently" - don't know what your definition of lost is but that sure sounds lost to me. Finally after another 5 minutes she found them in a backroom - proceeds to hand me the keys for me to leave, I asked her "where is my car parked?" she said my car was still in the mechanic bay and that the bay doors were locked. I asked her how she expects me to get my car out and a light bulb finally goes off in her mind "Oh yeah I guess I have to go bring it out for you" oh yeah you think?? Complete stupidity. After I got my car away from idiot town and took it to my trusted mechanic low and behold - NOTHING is wrong with my car! NOTHING AT ALL! Other than the fact that my coolant was very obviously sucked out - my mechanic went through my entire engine piece by piece and NOTHING was wrong whatsoever so it's very obvious they screwed something up with the oil change, then fixed it, and to cover up their tracks they came up with all these repairs (draining my coolant to make it more believable) because they saw I was a young girl and probably assumed I wouldn't question their recommendations of repairs. I've never been so disgusted in my life at the quality of service of a place and how complacent and just plain stupid they are. DO NOT TRUST THEM, since this happened I've had multiple people share their stories with me of Firestone doing the exact same thing to them! read more

Had a tire warning light appear! Made an online appointment Sunday morning for Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Had a message to call them with further information, they actually wanted to reschedule for The following Tuesday!! I do quite a lot of daily mileage so didn't want to temp fate with a warning light on! I refused the appointment and will go somewhere else. I have taken my 2017 Chevy 2500 a few times. I purchased the 1 year alignment 11 months ago. I had my alignment checked and tires rotated that day. They broke one of my wheel studs that day. I figured it was weak and when they torqued down the lugs it snapped. I went back again today to get an alignment and tire rotation. AGAIN, they break off another wheel stud on the same wheel. These guys are either over torquing the lugs or doing it on purpose to make extra money. They wanted to charge me $130 for one wheel stud. They also told me they could not align my truck because one of my inner tie rods had too much play in it. I had my truck lifted 3 months ago and also had new tie rods installed. Like the others stated, this place is dreadful. I purchased tires from TireRack. Prior to doing so, Firestone said "no problem, we'll install them". I made an appointment for early in the morning to get it done quickly. Upon arrival, I was told that even though had an appointment, I was gonna have to wait until all the other cars were completed. "Could be hours before we get yours in. IF we can get in today." Even after they did, I was treated like a nuisance, not a paying customer. I truly felt like since I didn't buy THEIR tires, I was a third-class customer. I've never been back and discourage everyone I know to got to Personal Touch (two blocks away). read more

Utterly atrocious experience here. Came in to get tires changed and after 30 minutes waiting around doing nothing, I was told they didn't have the appropriate jack to lift my vehicle? Didn't offer any solutions, said they could do "one corner at a time but it would take longer, so sorry, we can't do it." What? I was dumbfounded - strangest customer service experience I've had in my life. Took my tires and left. Wasted my night driving up there and back and now I'll have fill my flat again in the morning and find another place to have the work done. I've never been to a Firestone location before and this'll be the last time I ever visit a Firestone location. This one experience has ruined the entire brand for me. read more

I'm very disappointed with the service I received last week. I asked for a brake flush and a radiator flush which I paid over $200. The work they performed was so unsatisfactory. I just took my car to get rear brakes done and the tech told me I need a brake flush and a radiator flush. I always take my car to Tommy's because I trust them. The tech showed me the contaminated brake fluid which was at 3 percent and the the radiator bulb measuring weak fluid at under -29 freezing point when it should be above -34 to -37. I know people make mistakes but this has happened to me in the past here. I can't wait to file a complaint with the district manager of Firestone. read more

I stopped in for an oil change and got handed a sheet recommending 2k worth of repairs. It's an older car so maybe but what proved to me that this place is completely dishonest was when they recommended that I replace my wiper blades that I had just replaced the day prior. Sadly the technician told me this whole story about how bad they were and how he strongly recommended they get replaced. When I asked if he was sure he handed me off to another employee who said that they stood behind his recommendation. This place took forever and were completely dishonest! I just wanted to take a minute to let you know about my experience at this Firestone location. I made an appointment online the previous day, and it was very easy to do. When I arrived Tim was the person I dealt with. I asked how long for the service, and Tim said 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I asked what was the point of making an appointment if it's going to take so long. Tim said he had one car getting an alignment now, and he would get mine done as soon as he could. I admit I was a little frustrated, because I thought it meant it would be an hour or an hour and a half before he would get to my car. Anyhow, they did the alignment and the technician told me what he did. Overall I was in and out in less than an hour, so I really thought that was OUTSTANDING service. I will definitely be back to have more service done when I need it, so THANKS Tim for taking care of me. read more

Went in to get a valve stem replaced Technician was Slow and Rude to me. Told me there is fix a flat in the tire, when I told him there was NONE in there he marched off Mad and didn't come back for 30mins. Took Him 1:30 to replace a valve stem . When done Technician tried to park my Vehicle in the back of the parking lot instead of up front where it should have been parked. Very unprofessional and Rude Service For a Franchise that is well known!!!!! read more

Do NOT go to this place. They will rip you off and the employees are terrible dishonest, and inexperienced. They broke a rim lock on our truck, and said WE had to pay for it! THEY BROKE PIECES ON OUR TRUCK AND THEY WANTED US TO PAY! The 'manager' was unavailable, and the employee was by far the stupidest individual that had no idea about anything on a vehicle. The technician also stripped all of the lug nuts, because this stupid dumbass doesn't know how to tighten it correctly. Unbelievable. Now we can't get our truck back until Monday. read more

My wife and I have been loyal to this Firestone location since 2013. We keep up with oil changes, tire rotations, and recommended repairs (tires, filters, etc.) on a regular basis. I ask them to check my brakes EVERY TIME I walk through the door and EVERY TIME for the last 6 months, they have been telling me the brakes are good. Even after I complained of a slight wobble as I press the brake pedal, they told me the brakes are fine. This time, all of a sudden, the rear brakes are worn down to the metal and the front brakes are not far fron that point. Because I have the Firestone credit card, I am asking them to do the repair, but I you can bet I will have another shop check their work. I no longer trust them to carry out inspections and will NEVER use Firestone in Corinth again. read more

I've been really disappointed and wrote negative reviews for this location before but have to say things have drastically improved. Had my tires rotated, oil changed and rear breaks done. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my car in last week, it was acting very strange, loosing power, ect. I asked that they do a diagnostic test and specifically mentioned I was worried it might be a problem with the alternator. I got a call back saying my car was 100% fine. No problems found, everything was great, no worries. Well, today my car completely died and has guess what.... ALTERNATOR problems. When I called they blatantly lied to me. They swore that I never asked for a diagnostic test...are you kidding me!!!!!!! I'm fairly certain I didn't bring it in for a car wash....my engine is now shot. Went in to get an oil change with a perfectly fine truck came out with a broken truck not once but 5 times the first four were the radiator. The last one was my entire trucks engine axles brakes and so fourth the total estimate from all the damage was over 8k. it was so bad I decided to just buy a new vehicle. I payed for new brakes and to Flush out the brakes fluid and add new brake fluid 2 and half months before this last incident occurred when I took it to a different shop they said I didn't have back brakes and My brake fluid needed to be flushed again Unfortunately I don't have any proof of them damaging my vehicle so no lawsuit. I do have the receipt of the brake job still. Just know that if you take your vehicle here you might be buying a new vehicle that week or just have more broken parts. Liars and cheats! Do not take your car here ever unless you love taking it up the ass! Was quoted $150.00 each for parts I bought at OReilly's for $50.00 each. Was quoted almost $800.00 in labor to replace these parts! Variable timing solenoid. They are held in into the crank case by a single screw. The only labor required is to unplug the wire connector on the top, remove the single screw and the solenoid pulls out. Literally a 10 minute repair! Total repair was quoted $1100.00. Did it myself for $100.00 plus 15 minutes labor. Oh and they said I needed an oil change but the sticker in the window showed I still had 2000 miles to drive before I hit 3000 miles for next oil change. Im surprised they didn't tell me I need by brake fluid changed like the other crooked repair shops. Its amazing in this day and age when you can find out anything you want to know on the internet and they still try to fuck you over. read more
