This team saved me again. I had a blow out thanks to a…read morepothole, and had my car towed here due to not having a spare (modern cars). I called them when they opened and someone there Tim or Taylor? looked at my car and ordered a tire. Cameron took over and made sure that my concerns were addressed. I was able to swing by after work, pay and be on my way. Thank you again!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Discount Tire in Corinth, TX. I came back after noticing a…read morelug nut missing from my rear tire immediately after service, and instead of handling the situation professionally, I was basically treated like I was lying. The employee Thomas immediately started insisting that the lug nut was "already missing" before they touched my vehicle. Funny how nobody mentioned that during the original inspection. If a wheel is missing a lug nut before service, why wasn't that documented or brought to my attention before I drove off? What really irritated me was the attitude. Instead of listening to the customer or even acknowledging the concern, it turned into them trying to defend themselves and make me feel dishonest. One of the employees even went outside looking for the missing lug nut, which says a lot by itself. Then after arguing with me about it, I get told, "Well, I'll order you one." That completely misses the point. The issue isn't the price of a lug nut -- it's being treated like a liar over a safety issue involving my vehicle. Customer service and accountability clearly disappear the second there's a mistake involved. I expected professionalism, not excuses and accusations.

It was just a few minutes before 6 PM, when almost all of the tire shops close. But I saw that Just Tires stays open a little later and made a bee line straight there. The technician who greeted me was very courteous and helpful, and they were able to quickly determine a nail had gone into the tire at an angle. Fortunately, they were also able to patch the tire, and they double checked that the patch would hold given the nature of the puncture. I was back on the road in 45 minutes, incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and the kindness they showed me. Highly recommend!

I recently had an oil change at Just Tires, Highland Village on Justin Rd…read more Unfortunately, they did not properly replace the oil filter, which resulted in the check engine light coming on and the oil pressure gauge malfunctioning. Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I would not recommend Just Tires of Highland Village based on my experience.

They took me without hesitation. As a wheelchair user, my van is equipped with hand controls, so getting routine vehicle service isn't always as routine as it should be. The staff didn't make it a big deal. They listened, understood how my controls worked, handled my van perfectly, and had my inspection and oil change completed in under 30 minutes, even with two people already in the waiting area. What made the experience even more memorable but also made me speechless, was something completely unexpected. Another customer at the shop was ahead of me and, without saying anything to me, quietly paid for my entire visit and his own, then left. I never even got the chance to thank him. (Thank you amazing human for your genuine kindness.) Between this man's incredible act of kindness and the way the staff treated me with absolutely zero hesitation, I left feeling genuinely cared for and at a loss for words. Sometimes accessibility really is as simple as saying, "Yes, we can help you." Or "let's try to see how we can help!" I absolutely recommend Personal Touch Minute Lube. 10/10 will go back and keep going back. Thank you to the amazing human who performed the most selfless drive-by act of kindness I've ever experienced.

I drove to Oklahoma got under the car and what was hanging was the lower splash shield which screws to the bottom of the chassis. Now here's what's relevant, to do a full oil change the lower splash shield must come off. . The following day after buying a new splash shield i jacked up the car and went to remove the damaged existing shield. Thats when I noticed the existing shield was missing attaching bolts and worse had been partly zip tied to the front air dam.. Final thought I had, who last serviced this car before our kiddo went off for her junior year at OU, Firestone in town. I never brought it up because I wasn't gonna ever go back there again. This was one of a succession of things that made me think. This was not a place I wanted to do business with any further.
