Used these guys in the past to service some of our older vehicles including our daughters Acura during her college years. On a trip back from OU she called saying something was dragging from the bottom and had pulled into a truck stop. I drove to Oklahoma got under the car and what was hanging was the lower splash shield which screws to the bottom of the chassis. Now here's what's relevant, to do a full oil change the lower splash shield must come off. . The following day after buying a new splash shield i jacked up the car and went to remove the damaged existing shield. Thats when I noticed the existing shield was missing attaching bolts and worse had been partly zip tied to the front air dam.. Final thought I had, who last serviced this car before our kiddo went off for her junior year at OU, Firestone in town. I never brought it up because I wasn't gonna ever go back there again. This was one of a succession of things that made me think. This was not a place I wanted to do business with any further. Took our car here to repair a tire with a nail not in the sidewall and they told me they couldn't repair and we needed to buy a new tire. Asked the manager to speak to the technician, who was sitting on his phone in the garage, and he wouldn't even give me an explanation or the time of day. Took in down the street 2 blocks to Just Tires and their manager inspected the tires and located the nail and gave me a very thorough explanation on the repair versus replacement. I purchased four new tires from him and had confidence in the decision. Will not be back with any of my cars and understand why their rating is so low with so many bad reviews. read more

If 0 stars were available as a choice, I'd select it. Countless visits with multiple cars where this shop finds thousands wrong and the car comes out making more noises than it did when it went in. Many times we've had to take the car back so they could repair their own work. On March 1, we took a car in to have a rattling noise checked, for tire rotation and oil change; simple tasks for most shops right? The shop lied about performing the courtesy tire rotation that comes with purchasing their tires, and charged me for the full synthetic oil change that they never did. We ended up at Take 5 to get that simple task done but after looking at other reviews on various sites and the BBB site (F rating), I don't know how we were ever coming here in the first place. Don't contact corporate as they don't care either. To fix the rattle, they wanted $1600+ to replace front control arms and rear shocks. Needless to say, we'll never visit another location. UPDATE: I've been in contact with "socialcare@bfrc.com" for weeks and have been assured I'll receive a call from Firestone. No communication from the store or anyone else outside of "socialcare@bfrc.com" in weeks of correspondence. 3/25/26 Update: The vehicle has now gone through 2 visits at a 3rd party shop to perform extensive inspections to ascertain the source of the rattling. Firestone's assessment was that the front control arms / ball joints be replaced at $942.98 and for some odd reason, the rear shocks also be replaced at $627.38. That was Firestone's fix. The actual fix? $70 in MISSING hardware from the left front brake assembly! This practice lines up with everything I've read online. Assess and assign ridiculous amounts to fix the problem hoping it will. Had I agreed to the work with Firestone, the rattling would still be there. Do not take your vehicle here. If it's their tires you're after, go to Discount tire. At least there you won't walk out with thousands in recommendations on issues that don't exist. read more

Set up an appointment to fix a flat and get tires swapped. They got things taken care of in record time and for minimal cost. This is the second time I've used this location and I will definitely use them again, even though there's another Firestone closer to me. They are friendly and quite helpful, and they also offer military discount. Can't say enough good things about the team working there, not your typical surly tire shop employees by any means. I Dropped my sons truck off on a Saturday morning. We just needed an alignment. The man asked if we were going to drop it off, I said yes and planned on coming back in a bit to get it to take to paint and body shop. We drove by a couple hours later to go eat and they have not started on it. I called them at 4:00 to check on it, they said it should be another hour and half. So I called at 6:00. They said it's still in line and is next to go in. They close at 7:00 and we were going out to eat. I'm sure being the last one they would have rushed right through. I told them never-mind and we went and picked it up. It was a total wage of day. We should have went somewhere else. This was on a Saturday so we wound t have gotten the truck back til Monday because I do not believe they would have gotten it done. If you drop off a vehicle to get repaired for something g minor like this, they obviously put you at the back of the line all day as others come in. They suck!!!! My fault for going back, this was my 3rd time dealing with them. No more. UPDATED- went to Brakes Plus the next business day to have sons truck aligned. Walked in, told them we wanted an alignment, walked next door to wash my truck, came back hour later and alignment was complete. $89 tax included and printed report. read more

This is my first time here for tires. I have had good luck with tires from firestone ( except for the old Firestone 500 years ago ) and the store while new was stocked well with the common sizes. The prices where average and the salesman was helpful. The prices were about average. The only thing I would suggest was the wait was long a couple hours but there is a Starbucks nearby with wifi. read more

Got a call at 3pm saying they were unable to fix because they found a second nail and there policy prohibited fixing two penetrations. Then proceeded to try to sell me new tires. Update: Ever since I took my truck in for a simple oil and filter change it has been dripping oil. It never had in the past. I started investigating and discovered that the firestone mechanic installed the wrong size oil filter !!!!! It's not even close to the standard size filter! WTH !?! ( I will include pictures ) Needless to say, I am in shock. I have heard of striping oil nut threads and even forgetting to refill the oil ... but this was a new one. A professional mechanic installing a filter way to small for the vehicle and to small for the engine block base plate... hence the leaking oil . Tires i bought were at a good price. However, when they called me to say the car was done, they added in that i had a rack and pinion leak and other issues, and that they could repair them for $3500 or so. They cited safety issues. I thought they were full of crap (I know enough about car maintenance, mechanics, etc and had just had work done by my trusted honest mechanic) so I declined. To his credit, the employee checking me out looked embarrassed. I kept a copy of their repair estimate and took it to my mechanic who dismissed all their claims. Went in for a state inspection and a few other things. Failed the first time due to brake system not being "good enough". Was told needed brake fluid flush and/or master cylinder replaced along with new front pads and rotors. Heres the kicker and there are a few of them: 1. I asked for the copper strip for testing on the brake fluid, it was not provided. 2. I had already done the brake fluid flush less than 10,000 miles ago, no way it needed to be flushed. 3. This one is the BEST, I simply returned 48 hours later without doing anything to the vehicle and they PASSED me! What changed? Because I didn't do anything other than drive the truck home and then back to the SAME location 2 days later. Now I am left wondering if the oil and filter were even changed. Also got a quote from NuBrakes for my front pads and rotors and they were over $200 cheaper... Very disappointed in the dishonesty here and thinking people don't know what they are doing. I am very happy to continue repeat business which will generate way more revenue as a repeat customer but you just lost me and my 3 vehicles. read more

Then tried to lie to me and tell me it was a synthetic blend. After charging me the price for a synthetic oil change. Not to mention, they make up things wrong to try to upsell you. Very kind and considerate employees, I got my first flat tire and needed to get it replaced, they were super helpful over the phone with figuring out what kind of tires I needed and were able to answer all the questions I had, I can't remember his name but I think it was the manager, he was super nice and provided a very nice stress free experience. I came here to get an inspection last week but also to get my car looked at for shakiness while braking. Overall I had a really good experience with a woman named Rachel. She wasn't the actual technician - maybe the customer service rep? But she knew enough about cars to answer my questions, and also help me narrow down a brand for the next car I want to buy, based on a few criteria I gave her and feedback she had based on her repair experience (good or bad) with certain brands. I got a quote from another place that said I needed to get x & y fixed for $500. That place came highly recommended from a friend. Firestone told me that while I COULD do some repairs, it's really not necessary at this time. And Firestone's quote was about $150 cheaper than the other place. While I spent a lot more time there than I anticipated (2.5 hours for a state inspection but also a full-car inspection), it was worth the wait. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars and car maintenance, it's refreshing to hear someone tell you your car is in good shape and that you shouldn't put money into it at the time. Plus, Rachel gave me a range of quotes for different repairs I *could* do in a perfect world, in case I decided to do them in the future. I'll be back (again) to this location for sure. read more

They inspected my 2 1/2 year old Chevy Trax and they showed me the conditions that needed help. I got the premium oil change, brake fluid exchange, Rotated and balanced my tires,lifetime front and alignment which I would really recommend for anybody who's going to keep their car or truck, replaced my battery and wiper blades for $538. Always heard that Firestone was expensive compared to other places but my spare went flat approx 8 feet from the front door so I thought I would give them a try . Previously I had been to 2 other tire shops to get pricing but Firestone beat them and I got a much bigger tire for less money . All of these guys at this location have been here for well over 5 years and are a nice group did a terrific job on my truck . One of the guys drives from white settlement to this location. Simply because he likes this management and his coworkers. That's pretty cool to drive past 2 or 3 other Firestone's and ad over an hour to your daily drive for a great culture at work. While it doesn't really fit in with a typical review I always like to do business where the people are happy and have great attitudes. If you need tires or repairs to your car give this place a try . I have Firestone tires on my car and one is bad. I'm told that it is separating inside after only 21k miles. I expected a prorated warranty to pay for part of a replacement. I guess the bar is pretty low for service stations. I called to make an appointment, which was hassle-free and for the next day. The experience was pretty painless. The cost was...not cheap, I guess typical (typically high but not really unexpected). The waiting area is clean. Wifi is good. Personally I would have preferred they turn down the sound on the TV, or better yet, turn off the TV altogether. They made sensible recommendations and I plan on returning for maintenance soon. read more

The first advisor told me they probably couldn't get to it and since they were going to be closed Sunday for Easter it might not be ready until Monday. I've been here three times to get a flat tire fixed. Each time the person who helped was great. I had not purchased the tires there and the first two times they gladly patched me up and sent me on my way--I anticipated a sales pitch. Nope--what a relief. The 3rd time I stopped by two hours before closing with a huge nail my tire that wasn't fixable. My treads were already low so I decided to change all 4 tires. They were already busy, but the staff stayed past closing to get my tires on, including balance and alignment. Each person I've dealt with we're all fast and professional. Stopped by on Monday to get an appointment for the following day for a front end alignment. Appointment was for 10 AM on Tuesday. Dropped the car off on time and arranged for a ride. Was told by Corey that it would take about an hour or hour and half. He called me later and asked if i could wait until 4 as the heat had slowed his men down. (High 94°). Called me and asked if i could wait till 6PM. I agreed but already moved other appointments for them. I arrived at 6 the get my car and it hadn't been touched. I took my car to be looked at as my engine was noisy in the morning. They told me I needed 2 engine mounts and gave me a crazy quote and also told me I needed 2 new tires plus lots of other stuff. They tried to get me to agree to having the work done there and then but I said I need to go home and ask my wife and think about it. He then charged me a $25 diagnostic fee which I wasn't told about when I went into the store. As a result of them charging me $25 just to look at my car, I then went to a different garage who told me I only needed 1 engine mount and it was about $300 cheaper. They tried to charge me for an extra part plus labour which didn't even need replacing. Don't take your care here as they will take advantage of you. read more

My A/C was blowing warm air when standing still. so I Took my car in for an A/C check using a $9.99 coupon. I had a 9am appointment, but waited an hour before they got the car to the bay. After 2 more hours, the service advisor told me my freon level was "full" but my compressor was producing low pressure and needed replacing. Quoted a $1500.00 repair bill. I took the car to another shop which found the freon to be 1/2 pound low. After charging, pressures were in optimum range and A/C was blowing cold air.It still is. Given the outcome, I doubt that Firestone even bothered to check anything before trying to sell me the unneeded repairs. read more
