He and another mechanic told me to come by, and without hesitation they removed it for me completely free of charge. The customer service was incredible. I was in and out in less than five minutes, and they were so friendly and understanding, even with my less-than-perfect parking, lol! Jacob even let me know that if I ever needed help again, they'd be happy to help. On top of that, they took the time to show me exactly what tools and socket size I'd need if I wanted to do it myself in the future. It's rare to find people who are this genuine and willing to help without expecting anything in return. I'm so grateful for their kindness and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I have microfiber tan interior, and I had some small condensation stains, so I hoped to get those knocked out too. When I arrived on a Friday afternoon at 1 it was pretty quiet. There were maybe 4 cars being serviced and one young lady assisting customers that were rolling up. She didn't seem to thrilled to be there. The options were on a sign that was to my left. They ranged from acceptable ($15) , to perfect ($25), to absurd ($149). As she asked me what I would like, in a big hurry, I told her my option. Before I could finish she handed me my slip. I said, "by the way, can I add on the steam cleaning for my seats?" She looked rather annoyed. "Yeah, but no." she said. "If I add it one then after your wash you will have to get back in que and on a busy Friday there is no time for that, so you can just come back Monday and we will take our time then." You would think the place was about to close. "Actually, I am from out of town. I won't be back Monday. Can I just get ba..." She says, "Oh, okay. It's too busy today, but if you can make it back Monday we can do it then." I just drove off and got my wash. The shame is, it was a great wash, dry and vacuum. I was impressed with it when they were done. But those seats were my main goal. Unaccomplished. The cahsier was very sweet, the waiting/sales area was clean, and they had light snacks and refreshments. However, I really feel as though I should have been offered that option to get back in que. I had 4 hours, I would have taken it. I will not return.

I drove to Oklahoma got under the car and what was hanging was the lower splash shield which screws to the bottom of the chassis. Now here's what's relevant, to do a full oil change the lower splash shield must come off. . The following day after buying a new splash shield i jacked up the car and went to remove the damaged existing shield. Thats when I noticed the existing shield was missing attaching bolts and worse had been partly zip tied to the front air dam.. Final thought I had, who last serviced this car before our kiddo went off for her junior year at OU, Firestone in town. I never brought it up because I wasn't gonna ever go back there again. This was one of a succession of things that made me think. This was not a place I wanted to do business with any further. I make it a practice now to check every bit of work.That is done by anybody on our cars.Nobody is without error but this was clear negligence

I was thrilled there was not a wait. One man came out to my car and when I asked if I could get an oil change he said yes. No greeting, no smile, just "leave your car here, you can wait in the lobby...", all with an expressionless face and an irritated tone. When I came back to get my car, two of the men were still sitting, absorbed in their cell phones while the third man took my payment. He too just stared at me with a mean expression, never said thank you, or anything other than to tell me my total was $108.00. For an oil change; I was not aware they cost this much! Through that whole encounter he never said one positive word to me: not - thank you for coming in; not - good bye; not - please come again. He was unbelievably rude, staring directly into my eyes with insolence, responding to me with the minimal amount of words possible. I am still dumbfounded by their unprofessional behavior and surly attitudes when I simply stopped by for an oil change. Never again.

I Scheduled Service at this Kwik Kar online for a vehicle inspection (emissions test). When I…read moreshowed up, they said it would be an hour and a half wait. I told them I had an appointment time and they said, "You can't schedule an appointment in Texas for a vehicle inspection - it's illegal." I asked where it said that on their website. They ignored the question and added, "It's a $500 fine." I finally left, went down the road and got the check done at a Kwik Kar in about 15 minutes. I looked in the Texas Administrative Code, Title 37, Chapter 23 and the word "appointment" does not appear anywhere. I should have gone back and asked them if they are taught to lie in training for their positions behind the desk or if they do it on their own. I WON'T BE BACK. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING THESE LIARS TO SERVICE OR INSPECT YOUR CAR!
