I pay for this space and expect to be able to access my belongings when I need them--especially after normal working hours. Most people, myself included, work until at least 6pm. If I were late on a payment, I know you wouldn't hesitate to lock me out and auction off my belongings. Yet here I am, paid in full, and denied reasonable access. This is incredibly frustrating and frankly, I do not appreciate this level of service at all. You need to reconsider your hours or at the very least provide extended access to paying customers. This is not acceptable.

Carolina was especially helpful throughout the process and made everything feel easy and straightforward. I was able to get my reservation taken care of very easily, and honestly, it was such a weight off my shoulders. I was coming from a different storage facility where my experience with the staff was not nearly as welcoming or friendly, so the contrast was really noticeable. It was refreshing to feel like I was speaking with people who actually wanted to help and make the process easier. Moving and dealing with storage can already be stressful, so having a team that is kind, responsive, and accommodating makes a huge difference. Thank you, Carolina, and the A1 Storage team, for making this part of the process so much easier!

I just hired them again to move my things from storage into a PODS container without me being present. While it could be nerve wracking not being there Lyndon, Tanya, and Jesse put me at ease. Seriously, you can trust A-List with your most precious possessions without worry. I have moved several times in my life and NEVER has a moving company been as thorough, kind, customer-centric and professional as A-List. Yesterday, around 3pm, I needed to take couple of boxes to store in our unit which is on the 1st floor. They have 3 floors. Well, parked the car in their parking lot, went to get a dolly or some kind of a cart to load the boxes on it and noticed that they were closed. Couln't get into the office nor inside our unit. Boxes went back into my car. What a hassle. They sell boxes, to pack your belongings, U-HAUL van/truck is also available to move your belongings from car to the unit or vise a versa. Every unit has it's own prices, and overall the place is nice, medium size units. They also have small and large units. Depending what you are in for. They have surveillance cameras everywhere. The reason for my 4 stars is because of their business hours. Please check your hours, and stay in the office until closing time..
