Rented a uhaul from here with over 24 hr notice! When I arrived there seem to be no keys or lockbox. A staff member came out and told me they could not rent after hours when the uhaul site clearly said they could. He offered no help and really screwed my moving day. Avoid for all Uhuals!! read more

Be careful. No returns on boxes. Even unused... For clarity, they have a UHaul sign, but are not actually affiliated with Uhaul. The box prices are double to triple regular rates and then they won't even accept ones that are unused... Rip off. read more

We've had this storage space for 2 months now and have nothing but drama with their financial department. We paid the bill on time only to get some letter in the mail stating that they were going to "seize" our stuff. We called and they were like, "oh, whoops, that's our mistake." Gee, kind of a big mistake to claim you're going to seize someone's things! Fast forward to next billing cycle. We paid online and were charged twice. Then when my husband called, both the charges fell off our bank account. So basically it was showing that we hadn't paid at all. I called myself and the man on the phone was nice enough to take a card over the phone and let us pay it. I'm hoping that next month we can just pay the bill online and not have anymore issues.... so until that happens..... 2 stars for crummy financial department! read more

I've been here for literally years. They were helpful, the place IS clean and the hours are good. But now? In spite of the very nice people in the office, there seems to have been some change in ownership or management or something. Constant rent raises. AND if you find yourself in a financial bind, God help you. The fees are higher than any other storage place in the STATE! They won't take partial payments. It is understood that a partial payment will NOT keep a unit from lien or auction but they refuse them anyway. I was laid off and yes, I got behind and yes, it was my fault my payments were behind. I couldn't get the back payment to them until right before the auction date. The back payment was DOUBLED because of their "lock cutting" and "Inventory" fees...they charged almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS just for those two fees! Check around. Even Public Storage doesn't charge that kind of money. read more
