This Kiss storage is very close to my house. 5 minutes within driving distance. It is a nice space with elevators and a good, clean office. I have been there few times before. Yesterday, around 3pm, I needed to take couple of boxes to store in our unit which is on the 1st floor. They have 3 floors. Well, parked the car in their parking lot, went to get a dolly or some kind of a cart to load the boxes on it and noticed that they were closed. Couln't get into the office nor inside our unit. Boxes went back into my car. What a hassle. They sell boxes, to pack your belongings, U-HAUL van/truck is also available to move your belongings from car to the unit or vise a versa. Every unit has it's own prices, and overall the place is nice, medium size units. They also have small and large units. Depending what you are in for. They have surveillance cameras everywhere. The reason for my 4 stars is because of their business hours. Please check your hours, and stay in the office until closing time.. read more

The manager, Andrew, is most helpful and friendly. They have great storage units that are suitable for any of your needs, small to huge. They have security cameras on premises and security guards at night. They have boxes, and packing materials available for purchase and they even rent out a cart or dolly to help you move your stuff. I rent a unit at this location. I was shocked to learn my unit has been broken into tonight. A few weeks ago, my husband was taking additional item's back to our unit and noticed a unit occupied by someone appearing to have taken up residency.. I'll file a police report tomorrow and will follow with any legal recourse available. It's the managements' responsibly to ensure a "zero housing occupancy" within these rental unit's for obvious reasons. I find it incredibly difficult to believe the management on site is unaware of the theft and inappropriate use of their rental unit's. The management should show some level of responsibility and notify each individual renting from this location to give the renter's the opportunity to further secure their item's or remove them. read more

KISS deserves a KISS. They have the nicest manager, Dana, who was friendly and helpful as I signed on to rent again with Keep It Safe Storage. Based on my first great experience a few years ago, when I recently needed a short-term storage for valuable things, I returned to KISS. They have air-conditioned and non air-conditioned units, and are now giving customers an industrial lock with three keys! Every tenant has their own access code to the warehouse, and an elevator is a convenient way for me to get upstairs. This is the best place to store, and they usually work a deal for the first month. read more

I am giving these guys a low score because, someone is supposed to be on site for the day and wasn't. When I needed to get into the restroom (key is kept in office), the manager was no where to be found. After 30 minutes or so, he wandered in from lunch... thank goodness. Then about an hour later, when I tried to drive out, the code pad wasn't working at the exit gate. Gate wouldn't open. Rechecked my numbers, tried 10 more times. Tried buzzing office... no one there. Walked over to the office, it's locked up again, lights out. Went back to try pad again, no luck. A nice guy walking a dog passed by the outside door and I asked if he works there, he said no and that there was a note on the outside door, that read, be back at 4:30. It was 3:45! Really!? Gone again and no notice where I could see it. Someone is supposed to be on site all day. Got the the dog walker to try my code on the entry pad and it worked... drove my car over to entrance and went out the entry gate. Thank goodness for a nice Samaritan! I recommend you think about choosing a different place, one that has someone on site to troubleshoot problems. read more

The manager Andrew Lemus is incredibly rude. When I came to pickup my uhaul I had to take an important phone call and he was so impatient....though I was the only one in line. I'm sure he had other work to do but hello number one rule of a business THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. He said "I'll wait because I need your attention" I said, "you have it so proceed." He went through the contract then I asked him if we could do a walk through of the truck for previous damage and he said no. He said "that's why you have insurance" in the three years I've used uhaul every single time the person assisting me does a walk through and shows me that the previous damage has already been marked and filed and I'm not responsible for it. After arguing with me Andrew finally agreed to do a walk through. Every question I asked you could see his frustration. I asked where the gas tank was and he opened the door and the gas door and then slammed them both back. He was super fast and very rude. As African-American woman I've never experienced terrible customer service like this with uhaul. The people that work for uhaul are usually always so kind, clear, and helpful, but not Andrew. Now, I'm finally home and unpacked and I just reviewed my contract and he charged me for 25miles instead of 20miles AND he charged me 89cents the price for the big truck when I used the van which is .69cents. I expect for this to be adjusted as soon as possible or I will have to contact the corporate team at uhaul. The only reason he gets two starts is because the store was clean and in a safe area. Otherwise, I would give him zero if I could. read more

This is a very clean facility; not dusty, things are updated and maintained. I think the gated entry (7am-7pm) is a nice security feature. The units are decently priced for the size. The manager here is very nice and helped me out when I needed a storage unit day of. read more
