I cannot say enough about BUrbank Self Storage…read more I love Rhonda the owner. I love the spaces she offers. Big, clean, safe and easy access. I love that it's outside and you just roll up and get what you need when you need it! Customer service is out of this world. Thank you!!! Do yourself a favor and get a unit. You won't be sorry.

When I downsized my home, I decided to go easy on myself and get a storage unit. I know rationally…read moreit doesn't make sense because they say people don't really use the stuff they store, but what can I say? I like this place. I grew up in Southern California in the 70s and visits here feel like an experience from my childhood. There's a real woman behind the counter. It gets good reviews as far as pricing and I forget the percentage she told me, but she said she doesn't hike the price up much from year to year. Every door is on ground level and you drive up to it. It's clean and Security is good. I have an irrational urge to rent a bigger one!

Over a great many years in three states, I've had to use storage facilities. All were fine enough…read morebut not very personable. All that changed when I went to Extra Storage in Burbank. Located conveniently off the 5 freeway, it turned out to be a storage facility that has a staff that actually cares about their customers. Yolanda is the site manager and this intelligent and kind person made sure my storage needs were met. Even when I was just looking the place over, she never tried the "hard sell" approach. Her warmth and willingness to work with me made the decision to locate here the easiest one I've ever made. Ben is the Assistant Mgr who is always on his feet, constantly in work mode. Each time I arrive, he greets me by name. How does he remember my name? Anyway, he is so proficient at his job, always checking to make sure everything is functional and up to par. Amjad is also a site manager and this gentlemen is always walking inside and out, greets me as he passes by my storage locker and makes sure I have everything I need. What a trio of competent people. This facility has giant garbage bins (a first for me as I've never seen a storage place that has any for customer use) and a clean washroom for customers. I wish I knew about this location sooner. Take my word for it, Extra Storage in Burbank has a great location, indoor and outdoor storage lockers and a staff that likes their customers. They are competitive price wise and is a very secure site. I'm so happy to have my personal belongings there and you will too.

DO NOT STORE!! DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR $$$…read more They will not prorate you or make it extremely difficult to make your moving and storage experience like you went to Hell and stored your valuables. The devil is running this place! This place will not return customer service calls or emails regarding questions or billing concerns. Their customer service is horrible - nobody to figure things out in person. It is all completely automated. The only good thing is the automated lock and entry system and cleanliness. That's it. But you'll get hidden fees, rising rent prices every six to nine months without real notice and add service fees without notice. They are simply there to take peoples hard earned money without then knowing. Criminal. We finally moved out after this place got shady, wouldn't return billing concerns, and just were robbing us blind. We're done. Hate this place! Overpriced and under serviced. Horrible. UPDATE: the business owner reached out but this message comes too late. No one at this company could change my mind bc Trojan Storage has gone completely downhill. The parking lot was full the day we were there. So many others shared our same sentiments and they were moving out too. Push your customers enough and find your profits plummet!

I hastily stored almost all of my possessions here (as there seemed to be some common ownership and management with the moving company I used). My circumstances of the move were awful, but the moving company and this business that stored all of my goods for about 8 months while home repair was ongoing were very positive. The management was extremely courteous with me and made sure I was able to comfortably access my possessions while I was displaced, and ensured I would get them all back easily when I could finally move out. The facility appeared secure, no problems, I had little choice but to quickly store all my goods and am lucky this business was helpful.
