Hummus

Every item we had was Delicious and Fresh. Must try the hummus and Saffron ice cream. The hot sauce was surprisingly good and the rice was as fluffy and light as I have ever had. The sugar free ice tea was great also. A lot of Love went into that food.

A friend treated me here for my birthday as he recommended this place himself. This is a Persian restaurant that's in the University District, and there's plenty of street parking around. Since it was around 12pm on a Friday, my friend and I were the only ones inside and got seated quickly. I loved how our servers were very prompt with bringing the dishes out, including appetizers and water. The inside has many big tables, and feels somewhat fancy with the chairs, tables and glass cups around. My friend and I got the tahdig with gheimeh and the lamb rack. The tahdig is crispy rice along with meat, peas and cheese on top. It was really hard to chew on the crispy rice but it was tasty and savory and complimented the rest of the dishes very well as an appetizer. The lamb rack is pretty huge; there were five pieces of bone-in lamb chops and each one had a TON of flavor and meat packed into it. Most of the plate is basmati rice with saffron, however. The lamb rack was definitely my favorite part of the whole meal, and I'm down to try other things on their menu when I come back here.

My dad and I went there for Father's Day. The atmosphere was very casual and relaxed. We had time to look at the menu and ask questions. The staff checked on us every once in a while. After we ordered our food it arrived at our table quickly. My lamb was fall off the bone tender. The dishes were well seasoned with different spices. However, everything could have used a bit more salt to amplify the flavor.

Great food and service. The spot has changed a lot ever since I've been hearing new owner.

I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint! The food is always amazing and the portions are so big !!

The best Tah-Deeg and khoresh. The portion is so big and the khoresh is delicious. We also ordered the king's choice: kubideh, barg and chicken with an extra skewer of kubideh. This was a lot of food and we left totally satisfied and some to take with us. The dining room has a musty odor but the good food makes up for it. Wait staff is friendly and helpful. Overall great experience

Koobideh

Delicious and authentic! As someone who grew up eating Persian food, this hit the spot! The portions are generous and platter style with pickled cabbage, onions and basil on the side. I recommend the koobideh (beef) kabob. There is plenty of seating and the ambiance is great for dinners and get togethers. So happy I found this gem and I will definitely be back.

What's everyone's favorite vegan dish here?

Mine is the eggplant platter. The eggplant comes out as almost a purée paste. I'm not sure what spices they use, but it is delicious!

First, I'd like to start by saying, there was nothing wrong with my time or food here at K-street…read moreK-BBQ. We ordered the brisket and kings ribs. I can say the meat looked like high quality and tasted great! The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because I personally wasn't a huge fan of the banchan (side dishes) that were offered. There was salad, that had like the full bottom parts of lettuce in it, there was onions in some kind of sauce, kimchi, just not a lot of things I personally like to eat. I would say their banchan definitely leans more towards Asian clientel, so if you go with someone who is a picky eater or not super familiar with asian/korean food, then just be aware of that I'd say. Overall though, I would say come here for the high quality meat! The service was good, but personally, I just won't be returning. I feel like there are other K-BBQ places that meet my taste buds more than this place.

Their menu may not have an all-you-can-eat option, however the serving portions and variety are more than enough. This KBBQ is located in the Redmond Town Center. Their dining space is spacious and perfect for large parties. Their menu features 3 types of combos. We were advised the small size comfortably serves 2 while the large is serves 4. We opted for the small mix combo which had the prime ribeye, beef brisket, king prime short ribs, la seasoned ribs, beef tail flap, pork belly, pork jowl, pork shoulder, and seasoned boneless short ribs. We also ordered a bottle of soju to share. The meats were beautifully presented. They also served an array of banchans including onion salad and lettuce. Service was amazing. Our server always checked in and offered to change our grill pan. Pricing was on par for the meat quality and amount that came with our order. We even ended up with a couple to-go boxes. Overall, I recommend this spot and will be returning to try out the other

This place allows online ordering via InKind so I used some of the credits to order some food to-go. It takes about 10 minutes, fairly standard. I got the make your own which is the preferred choice as the make your own is the same price as the other single choice plates, with the exception of salmon. So I got the Bang Bang chicken and teriyaki chicken half and half, with sesame noodles and gyoza ($1.50 extra) for the sides, which is good value as sesame noodles side was $9 versus other sides at $3-5 range. Portions are large. But you are eating a lot of salt. Sesame noodles are overly salty. The teriyaki chicken is salty. Bang Bang chicken is very salty. The rice helps a bit, but there is no relief to the amount of salt they used. Also, prices are very high. This order was $23.50 approximately, which is far above the average takeout plate in Seattle. If you like variety and customizations, this place is viable, but there are better places out there.

Comes in a thick hot bowl on top of a wooden plate. The noodles are different from other restaurants. Portion and meat appropriate for price. Would definitely order pho again. The roti was small but good. Leaves you a big hungry if you were planning for this to be your biggest meal of the day. The chicken skewers left much to be desired. $16 for 3 skewers. It lacked flavor unless you coat it with their red chillies sriracha sauce. I would not get it ever again. Overpriced for what we got. The service was neutral. Well ... you bus your own. Decor was typical of trending shops. The music not family or kid appropriate. I judge how clean the kitchen might be by how clean their bathrooms are. Bathroom was ok. The toilet paper was placed ridiculous far away and out of reach. Would I come back? Not sure. Want to support a local but the set up leaves much room for improvement. Pho needs a small separate dish for sauce and it was lacking that. Utensils make a huge difference in the experience as well.

Super friendly, welcoming, and the kind of people who make you feel like you've been there before even when it's your first time. We didn't actually come hungry enough for a full meal, which I immediately regretted after looking around. The lentil soup is definitely happening next time, and then I saw the Beyti Kebab coming out of the kitchen... yeah, that basically settled it. So somehow we came in for Turkish coffee and tea and left planning an entire meal for our next visit. I haven't even tried the food yet and Cafe Turko already got me making dinner plans. Appetizer portions are very small for the price (especially the dolmas) and the portions in general are very inconsistent (some items have huge portions for the price and some like the family platter we expected to be bigger). Presentation of the food is beautiful and the service is amazing, prompt and the servers do a great job so make sure to tip well. Desserts are not worth the price. The ambiance is great and feels authentic to turkey. Parking is street parking and can be difficult to find at dinner time so I would come early. Overall great place for a group or 3-5, I wouldn't reccomend this for a larger group.
