There never seems to be a greeting or asking if I need help with anything. I'm usually the one going up to employees to ask for help. On my last visit I went there with my son. He picked out a few items and we went to the dressing room so he can try them on. Got in and out of the room and nobody asked if we needed help looking for anything. Went back and got some more clothes and then back to the changing room we go. Second time coming out of the dressing room one of the employees asked if we had gotten a promotional discount card. I was honestly very surprised that an employee had finally acknowledged us at the store. I wish I had gotten her name. A few days after purchasing some Jeans my son wore them for the first time. He only got to wear the jeans a few hours before they tore. He was simply standing up when they tore. I called this Levi's store to see if they can give me a refund or exchange and was told they could not do anything about it there. They told me to contact Levi's and I was provided the number and website where I can file a claim. I called the number provided and within a few minutes I got an email with instructions on how to file a claim. I'm still waiting to hear back. This store usually has pretty good deals and usually also has a clearance section with even better deals. I just with employees were a little friendly and more attentive. Also wish they had more size options. The shorter lengths for men hard to find.

The AT Factory store have sales going on throughout the year, with most of the sales centered around holidays. While the items on sale can vary, it's best to check out the clearance section for your size. It's hit or miss but for me, my size is always available. It's just the process of choosing which looks best. I stick to classics because they are more versatile. They also carry accessories like jewelry, scarves, shoes, and hats so you can buy a complete outfit if needed. Service is pretty standard for an outlet store. I'm definitely a fan.
