I told him, how about you look up the alternator and let me see if any of the hardware I brought is a match. That way I could nail down which metric size I needed. He said no. The alternators they sell don't have required hardware. Liar! He didn't even care to look and walked off. O Reilly same question, he pulled one out of the box and I was out of there in 5 minutes with what I need. Highly recommend this store.

So I took them back, and within a few seconds of walking into the store I was helped by a friendly young man named Jorge. He looked up the bulbs, and we determined that I actually did have the right ones, but that I had pulled out the wrong bulb to replace (I was trying to replace low beam and had pulled out the high beam). He offered to change them for me right then and there, and so I pulled my car up and he was able find the correct location of the low beam bulbs and replaced them. What stands out to me is that I was helped very quickly and Jorge was super friendly, and it was a HUGE help to me to have my bulbs replaced right then and there. This really made my day!
