    My battery died at the WORST time. I'm leaving for a work conference next week and able to bring my son along. The money I had saved was for the titanic museum for my son and I to go to after the conference (he's 10 and a titanic fanatic) so it was a big letdown to have to replace it the week before. However, Edward S helped me find a reliable (and affordable) battery and installed it for me! He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I hope I don't have to go back in the next 2-3 years, but if I do, it'll be this AutoZone and I'll ask for him specifically!

Great Job Carlos...O' Reilly needs many more men like you, as you shine for your company while other companies light is pretty dim. Making a long story short...Kudos, you deserve a promotion for the fantastic service you gave.

The website says that if you purchase the battery, they'll help you install it. 3 grown men with no other customers didn't even give them the time of day or even sell them a battery to self install. Instead gave them some BS excuse as of to why they could not install it and told them to take it to the dealer or Walmart FOR A BATTERY CHANGE!!! They then had to walk next door to auto zone in which they were more than happy to help them purchase and install a new battery with no issues. Referring them to competitors because of laziness is bad for business. I hope you employ people in the future who are willing to help a stranded grandmother and granddaughter.

As an elite member for the last several years I have been to many locations and every single auto parts store that exist I am a regular premium customer to all of them because I buy and sell quite a few cars. Just got a 2011 Acura RDX turbo and needed something very simple as a relay. Advance Auto has one of the best online fitment and purchase to pick up systems in place. Found the part I needed so I decided to just go pick it up. I showed up I tried to buy two of them but they only had one, the guy who rang me up was very professional and polite. Took the part went in the parking lot did not even have it in my possession for 2 minutes and it did not work properly. I then walked back into the store with my receipt I had for 2 minutes. The guy Jorden said that it was the wrong part looked up the correct part and the correct part was four times the price of the one that I purchased. I agreed to pay the extra money since they had it in stock so I was ready to do an exchange. He then looked at me and told me he refuses to exchange it and refuses to give me a refund. At first I thought he was joking but he was not. He refused to exchange or refund it not because of policy but because he told me to my face "you ordered the wrong part" and then he talked trash about the guy that rang me up as if it was his fault. I also have a screenshot that says it's an exact fit for the part that I purchased and then he said that the fitment is always incorrect. I've been buying at advance Auto for years and just relocated to the area and this is the nearest location and very seldom does advance Auto make a mistake on the fitment. I then told Jorden that his response and attitude is unacceptable and I will be complaining. He then said to me "I don't care". So basically advance Auto has this guy named Jorden who doesn't care about customers, who trashes his employees and also talks trash about the online fitment system. In the end I took the part that he refused to refund or exchange which I was willing to buy but due to his attitude I refuse to spend more money with him. Went a mile or so down the road and bought it from another company or I bought an extra one I should say because I needed to purchase two of them. So once I went to the other competitor location (who was actually a lot more professional than this rude jerk Jorden) I put the new part in the car along with the part that he said was my fault that I ordered the wrong part. I am also including a picture of exact fitment because this guy Jorden said it was not exact fit. The end result was I originally purchased the correct part I just needed two of them and they only had one. The main point of this is this guy Jorden is 100% wrong I had the original part as the website stated, the cashier guy was correct and I was correct. The only person here that was actually wrong was Jorden. It seems he doesn't have respect for the company that he works for or his employees or his customers. In addition to this I contacted the corporate complaint as of today it has been a couple of days and I was told I would be contacted by a team leader at this location. I never got a contact from the team leader so even the corporate here or the local location is failing to do their job. I have many friends I've made in advance autos just because I'm a regular and never before has anyone been so unprofessional and ridiculous. I don't really work well with guys that think they know everything and trash everything around them and this seems to be the case. So I'm sure that if corporate decides to respond to this it will be a basic templated response that says I'm sorry you had a bad experience, blah blah but then do nothing about it and let this guy run off their business. Good luck advance Auto with this guy Jorden should you choose to keep this guy on the payroll.

    Made an appointment for 4:30 for an oil change because NTB ran out of the oil my car requires. I…read moreshowed up at 3:30 because I had shopping to do. After repeatedly asking the technician that checked me in if they had the required filter and oil and repeatedly not getting an answer he still stated that they would be able to take care of me. Unassured that my vehicle was not going to be ruined I gave them the benefit of the doubt. One in a half hours later I received a text stating that my service has been canceled! Another technician came to me and told me that my car doesn't have a dipstick . No shit dipstick!! Audi's don't have dipsticks because of the reservoir for the oil doesn't require one! It's on the oil cap‍ I waited an hour and a half for him just to come out and tell me my car doesn't have a dipstick and he can't do the oil ! The dipstick has nothing to do with an oil change nothing at all!! don't trust this place! Don't take your vehicle there at all. I was waiting there, listening to a gentleman that had been rescheduled twice by Walmart for a tire installment . He literally showed them the email and text, stating that he had a 5 o'clock appointment after Walmart rescheduled him twice. They told him they have the tires, but he's gonna have to come back regardless because they don't have the time . Do not go here for any of your automotive necessities just don't!
