They treated me like family and we were on a first name basis immediately. Karen explained their daily work routine and their limitations on hybrids. She was a one person show in the office and kept very busy. I was so impressed by her professionalism that I was inspired to bring my other vehicles for things like window motors, front headlight bulb replacement, battery check, and spark plugs check. All accomplished with a "got it done " with a smile attitude! Each time they look for the simplest fix first then go on with your approval. My, oh My!
