This was convenient and honestly I like the personal touch. Bret is super knowledgable about Sportsters and overall motorcycle mechanical knowledge. I know enough to be dangerous but when it came to figuring out a tricky brake problem Bret opened up a can of worms but was able to track down the problem and fix it the RIGHT way. I am honestly thankful for people who are unwilling to do something wrong just because it's cheap or maybe even what you ask them to do. Bret gave me his best advice on the issue, we came up with a plan and I rode off into the sunset. I'll definitely be back and am really thankful for the help I got at TDC.

He handled it perfectly assuring me he would address it and take care of it and thanking me for bringing it to his attention. A textbook example of how to handle things. Handled properly a problem can be turned into a positive experience and interaction with the client. Well done! I then went to the clothing department searching for a specific shirt that was showing sold out and discontinued on the Harley website. I had called Harley Davidson.com checking to see if there was any way possible it was still available and  no luck (It matched the colors of my new bike and I really wanted it). Tanya in your clothing department noticed I liked a particular style of shirt and said she would make me aware of other shirts that come in matching that style in the future. She and I talked and I explained my "dilemma". She did a computer search of dealerships showing that exact same shirt in stock. I did have to make a few calls but was able to find that shirt that I REALLY wanted. It made my day! Thanks for your assistance! I then went to talk with Frank in parts about my bike I just dropped off for a stage 4 kit install. He made me aware of some new parts/products I might be interested in since the bike was going to be getting worked on anyway. He explained to me the benefits/advantages of the newer/better performing parts that just became available in contrast to what I currently have. He also helped me with a return. I really liked that he was not trying to "hard sell" me; just educate me on the advantages. People do like to buy things but don't like to be "sold". He has also gone the "extra mile" for me finding other dealerships that had a product I ordered that was on backorder. Thanks for all your assistance! Brought my T120 Triumph in to be looked over at the 12,000 mile mark. Two issues I asked Sean to…read morelook at were the front brake and the clocks. For some reason the wiring to the clocks and the starter button was so constricted the clocks would randomly go dead while riding or would not set in order for the bike to start. I got lucky and was able to have the issue happen while Sean was looking at the bike. Sean reworked the wiring and put better quality brake pads on the front. Wiring issue solved and now I have an effective front break. Hats off to Sean for listening and taking care of business. Bike runs great now. I will be back!

Came here to get my dirtbikes front tire tube replaced. I…read moretook it off the bike so it'd be a bit cheaper. Called them up and they said they can do it today, sweet. Dropped it off and they said they will get to it. About 3 hours later I call then and ask about what time to expect it, they say head on in it will be done soon, okay. Get there 30 minutes later and was told it's on the rack give me 20 min. I got my tire and wheel back and immediately notice big scratches in the metal of my wheel, presumably from the tire spoons. This is a dirt bike tire so I dont care too much but it does look ugly, and just seems careless. I wouldnt bring my Harley here ever wouldn't want those wheels getting scratched. And holy hell be ready to pay out the azz for this place. Charged me 75$ for a FRONT TIRE TUBE REPLACE OFF BIKE. Most tire places charge 30-50$ max for this job. If it were still on the bike I'd understand but jeez But I was already too far in to back out. Oh well live and learn. 2 stars because they were nice and even after my scratched up wheel and empty pockets. The job was completed.
