My first time to this cosy cafe and I want to came back because there are so many pastries I'd like to try! The staff that served me was super nice and complimented me on the hat I was wearing as well as made small talk. I got a chocolate croissant and had it heated up. This is probably top 5 best chocolate croissants I've had in Vancouver and I've had many. It was perfectly flaky and SO buttery. Had the perfect amount of chocolate too.

Checked out Perfecto Cafe recently and we tried a few of their tea lattes! They also do custom printed latte art which was very cool!  The Tumeric latte had a very strong turmeric flavour. The Blue Matcha was a bit weak and didn't really have much flavour but I think that was because we ordered it unsweetened. It also has no caffeine in it. My favourite was the Hojicha latte which was printed with Pusheen! There is a decent amount of seating and the pastries look good too so I'll have to try them another time!

Apple Muffin + Almond Butter Latte

I've wanted to come here for lunch a few times but kept finding them out of all the non-meat sandwiches that I could actually eat. But today I came for a snack in the morning and loved what I got! I tried an apple muffin ($5.95) and an almond butter latte ($6.85 for 8oz, decaf w/ almond milk). The muffin had lots of juicy caramelized apple pieces inside, and the latte wasn't too sweet and made with actual smooth almond butter which gave it a strong almond flavour and extra creaminess. I had decaf and the flavour of the espresso was very smooth, if a little mellow. The other muffins looked just as good as the apple and there are so some more interesting lattes on the menu that I want to try, so I'll definitely be back for more of these, and I'll keep trying on the lunch. The barista that took my order and made my drink was nice and even brought the drink to my seat when it was ready. The interior design is clean and modern (the counters at the window are lighted, which is looked weird on my camera but is cool in person), and comfortable enough

Ambiance: 4.5/5 Service: 4/5 Food/Drinks: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 I had wanted to check this spot out ever since it had opened and finally got the chance! I went on a Friday afternoon and it was packed but luckily someone was leaving right as I was looking for a seat so I was able to snag her spot. As for ambiance, the cafe is decent in size, super aesthetic, and I like that it has a mix of tables and bar-type spots for people who came solo and just want to get some work done. I also really appreciate that they play calm music at the perfect volume which makes the vibe great for reading, having a convo, or studying. Another pro for if u want to come here with your laptop is that there are plugs everywhere so you won't be running out of battery at all. My only knock for ambiance was that I found it quite cold inside after sitting here for a bit and acclimating. I did however have a table right by the window so that could be part of it but most people in the cafe had their jackets on as well so I think it runs cool. For service, the staff was all really nice and made the food/drinks really quickly which was nice. I do wish that they would make rounds more and clean off some leftover crumbs on tables because I saw some tables that were dirty the whole time I was there and the next patron had to clean them off themself. For food/drink, I originally wanted a chai latte but they were sold out so I got a London Fog instead with a hazelnut chocolate croissant. The London Fog was okay, a little too milky for my taste. The croissant was good and super filling as well. Overall, I think this is the perfect coffee shop to get some work done and I will definitely be back for that reason and maybe to try the gelato!

We actually decided to try this place as our second choice when our go-to bakery had a massive lineup. Well.....our go-to bakery now has serious competition. The inside grabs attention. It's super clean, tastefully decorated and the pastry, bakery, sandwich and sorbet stations are not only impressive looking but very tasty. If you love your croissants try it here....you won't be disappointed. Their fruit danish was ridiculously good. Aside from the base pastry being perfectly baked, the fruit was fresh and the custard was perfection...and I don't even like sweets that much! What I can't get enough of are sandwiches.....I'm a bread gal....and they have a wonderful selection.....(see pic). Their coffee also has a kick, so if you like strong coffee, which I do, they have them here. I love their onyx lit countertops giving the place an elegant feel and the location is amazing right across from Yaletown park. Sometimes massive lineups are good things ;)

I got a hojicha latte as I was in the area for a movie. I was unfortunately a bit disappointed with what I got. I found the drink a little too powdery and quite lacking in tea flavour. They did have a good amount of seating if you wanted to meet up with a friend to catch up in a coffee shop but unfortunately the drink was a miss for me.

Located on the corner of Davie and Seymour, when driving by I noticed it was always busy so I decided to give it a try. Outside is typical downtown, a few tables with umbrellas, friends connecting over coffee or a snack, often with a pet in tow. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised by the smart decor, live plant wall and gelato bar tucked away in the corner. The service bar is expansive and inviting. Despite being a holiday there was still a very good assortment of baked savoury and sweet snack/food options. I ordered Americano and a banana muffin, service was prompt and the coffee was good. Service staff was very friendly and accommodating when I couldn't find cream for my coffee. Muffin was 5 out of 10 but I ate it. Condiment bar was so so, no cocoa sprinkles or stevia nor could I find cream, had to ask. That aside there are plenty of tables and overall everything was clean and tidy. My overall rating is good and give it a try.

This is a really cute place. One of the things we really wanted to try was having something printed on our drink which we thought was super interesting. It's not a super big place so it can get a little stuffy as the tables are closely packed too. Overall though we really enjoyed the pastries and drinks we tried. They are limited on their vegan pastries at the moment but hoping they can bring more soon

Hojicha Latte lacks tea flavor. Pretty much tastes like a cup of milk. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

This cafe does custom latte art, just make to scan the QR code before you order to get the custom art for an additional cost. The latte was alright. The blue matcha latte was not my favourite, it just tasted like milk. The fruit danish was pretty tasty, it was flaky. I do want to try their other coffee drinks though and their gelato The inside of the cafe is super aesthetic, maybe one of the prettiest cafes I've seen. There is so much live greenery and beautiful art. The washroom is also really aesthetic too.

Blue matcha latte with random design (more like All I need is good service)

After some shopping at Pacific Center, decided to stop by this place for a nice hot drink before deciding on a place for dinner. Came here because I saw that this place does custom designs on top of their drinks. This place is located right on the corner of Davie street and Seymour street in downtown Vancouver, I believe this used to be a different coffee shop? The place was pretty clean inside with tables both inside and out. And I can see a nice selection of fresh bakery goods and gelato to choose from. There was one staff and the owner serving customers, decent customer flow but not too busy. Here were the drinks we ordered; 1. Hot mocha with whipped cream. Nice and hot, tasted pretty rich, so that was good. 2. Blue matcha latte with custom design. Tasted pretty good. Now the downside crept in, paid a tiny amount to have a custom design on top of the drink (that's why we were here, to see what the hype of that was all about), but their machine to do that wasn't working properly (I thought it was done by hand) and the owner told his staff no time to fix that and said; "just do any random design for them". Hmmmmm... The drinks were okay and the baked goods looked good but the attitude of this place was truly a disappointment. As the owner, you are the face and represent your business especially if you are working on the front line serving and engaging with your customers (Note: to the cashier server, thank you for being so kind and apologetic, but it's the business's fault not yours). When a customer paid for a service or product, regardless of the amount, deliver it or at least put in an attempt to do so rather then give the customer an atitude when it was all on you. Cafes are almost a dime a dozen nowadays, to survive in such a competitive environment, attitude is one of the key elements in success. Sorry but an automatic failed when the owner of this business provided such an unprofessional attitude in front of me, less then perfecto

    Ham and egg croissant
    Mika C.

I ordered the Americano and a ham and egg croissant. The croissant was too oily. I understand croissants are buttery, but this one was practically oozing with grease. The cafe is otherwise very nice and has friendly service. I would probably come back, but order something else.

One thing noticeable about this restaurant is the lacking of plates. They used majority of their plates to serve the food on. However the food were served as finger foods and we were expected to hold our food in our hand. Somewhat strange. They also ran out of glasses during the party. The bartender couldn't even keep up with our drinks. Anyways other than the above. The event was a great event. I got the opportunity to try all four of their mocktails: - Blueberry Basil Lemonade - Mango Lavender Lemonade - Minty-Berry Sour - Pear Lavender Sour All their drinks were very fancy prepared and my favorite are the Minty-Berry Sour and the Blueberry Basil Lemonade. I also found that there is some inconsistency in the glass they serve it out of. The food was delicious as mentioned before. My favorite out of their finger foods were the grill cheese brisket. OMG that was really good. The other memorable items are the porkbelly and fried chicken. I think the fried chicken is one of their popular items on the menu served during brunch. The cheesecake at the end I got was very soft but flavorful. The cheeseburger slider was really good too. Overall I really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere and decor of the place was nice. The restaurant is very small. Because we were over 100 people, there was a wait for the 3 stalls in the bathroom. There was not enough tables and chairs for everyone to sit. I think the restaurant can comfortably maybe accommodate around 40 or 50 guests max. I will definitely be back again someday to try their brunch menu.
