My Chorkie (chihuahua/yorkie mix) is not friendly with groomers or vets (only us!) It took me a…read morecouple of phone conversations with Sylvie to get my nerve up and drop off my baby. She was great with her! Of course my sweetie growled and tried to bite the groomer, but Sylvie was very calm, sat on the floor and spoke to my baby. She started to gain her trust and pet her and the aggressive behavior stopped! I felt comfortable that she was in the right place full of love and was not going to be mishandled. I got updates and photos from Sylvie during the process and couldn't believe my eyes! My baby was actually calm and let Sylvie do her grooming magic and transformed her from a scruffy puppy into a sleek sophisticated fancy pet:) I highly recommend this groomer. I would never have believed the outcome could be so wonderful! Worth every penny! I highly recommend. Happy doggy, happy mommy:)

I'm on a visit from NYC with my cali/NYC dog. Was so slammed traveling that it wasn't until I…read morelanded at Canyon Ranch that I was able to get my BFF pup, Mr. Ravioli (rescue red sabel pomeranian I found under freeway), some proper tlc. I usually groom Ravioli 1/month & I keep him cut like a fox. I let his coat grow out since we were on East coast & he needed the protection. I'm giving this business 5 stars because it's obvious from my experience that they are dependable as a routine groomer as well as they really know how to cater to the local demand which has to be touristy. Canyon ranch is a beach resort/healthy living spa etc so folks wanna feel pampered & have their dogs feel that way too! I'm pretty indulgent because my dog puts up with a lot & when I have the opportunity i splurge. The staff were understanding when I walked in 15-20 mins late (partly because a treatment went over time & because I'm not familiar with area). They had an AMAZING store, full of hand picked items fro. Europe...very cozy but upscale. You could tell that the owner, a french woman, loves what she does & loves dogs. She was very warm & sweet to ravioli & listened to my diatribe about his particulars even though it was probably unnecessary. I got to meet groomer. Only spoke for a second & I'm not really picky about specifics-I just had fun picking out all the funny fancy add-ons like a mineral soak & a paw buffering etc. Seriously, I've never seen his paws look more perfect. His cut is perfect. I didn't even know I wanted that haircut! I left it up to groomer on some of the details. They do delivery one way or round trip. The cost is reasonable. I spent about $90 on a full cut and wash & detangler & another $50 on other services. Also, they spent the entire day with him! Totally impressed! Will definitely be back. And to use their daycare. Couldn't be happier.

Worst service ever! Beware! I cried when I saw my dog Peachy…read moreafter grooming here. I waited 8 days for my appointment with Robert. When I arrived, he had me sign a form saying I had no complaints -- now I understand why. When Peachy was brought out, I was in complete shock. She was shaved down to the skin, uneven everywhere, with clumps of fur sticking out. Her face was chopped at different lengths, ears cut in random patches. Turns out it wasn't even Robert who groomed her -- it was someone named Isabella. Peachy has been shaking for days, freezing, and looks absolutely terrible. This was supposed to be a VIP $91 service, and they didn't even apologize. Sadly, I believe this bait-and-switch practice is common at this Petco. I showed them photos of how Peachy is usually groomed -- the difference is heartbreaking.

do not recommend this store!!! i have two leopard geckos…read morewhich i bought a year ago from this store, but mostly i would call that i rescued them. Overall, if you will take a closer look, the cages for guinea pigs, parrots, reptiles is so small and dirty. Almost a safety hazard. Also, they even had a dead body of leopard gecko, which was already laying there for a long time. They use sand for tanks, which can cause to severe injuries and death for specific reptiles, especially leopard geckos. I hope many people will see my review and will avoid this store. I do recommend rescuing animals from there, because that's painful to see.

At Breeder Luis Gonzalez's location a puppy was found "lethargic and cold to the touch," another dog was underweight with his ribs and spine showing; the facility had over 500 dogs." I am beyond outraged by the inhumane and negligent treatment of these animals at Forever Love Puppies in Pembroke Park. We purchased two puppies: a 3-month-old Chihuahua and a 2-month-old Pomeranian. They came home sick. No family should ever experience the fear and financial burden of bringing home a puppy only to find out it is already ill. The so-called "complimentary" veterinary visit that this store "gifts" buyers to use is completely misleading. Our puppies were never examined by a veterinarian, yet we were assured by a staff assistant that they were "perfect" without any tests or physical examination. Side note on this fraud of a clinic: When I walked out of the examination room, there was a dead dog on the bench next to a lady in the waiting room. Such a level of unprofessionalism or disrespect is unbelievable. The attendant called someone to "come get the body". Didn't offer a room for the lady to grieve and choose the urn made her pay and choose in front of everyone with her dead dog on the bench behind her. Days later, our Chihuahua puppy ended up in the emergency room severely dehydrated with signs of Ataxia, a neurological symptom. The result? Over $1,200 in emergency veterinary bills and weeks of emotional distress, all of which could have been avoided with proper care and honest medical screening. We were told that a simple fecal test would have immediately detected Giardia. That basic test was never performed, even though the paperwork states otherwise. We took our boys to our private veterinarian, and both were diagnosed with Giardia. Even more disturbing is the breeder listed on our paperwork. A quick search reveals serious public concerns tied to this breeder. When we looked up the address ourselves using publicly available satellite imagery, the location appears to be a barn-like structure with no visible evidence of adequate shelter or proper housing facilities. At the time, temperatures were around 32 degrees. The thought of vulnerable puppies being housed and possibly transported in those conditions is horrifying. The fact that this store continues to source from breeders surrounded by red flags demonstrates either a shocking lack of due diligence or a complete disregard for animal welfare and consumer protection. There is also a publicly available news report involving the owner's son, Larry Master, which every potential buyer should watch before considering a purchase. Reports and documentation show that puppies are transported in freezing temperatures, with hundreds crammed into trucks and distributed to pet stores across the country. These are living, breathing animals, not merchandise, not inventory, not commodities. This entire experience was irresponsible, unethical, and deeply disturbing. If you care about animal welfare, please do your research. Seek out truly reputable, transparent breeders or consider adoption. No puppy deserves to suffer for the sake of profit, and no family deserves to bring home heartbreak instead of joy. https://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/lawsuits-forever-love-puppies-accused-of-selling-sick-dogs-11711531/
