This place is a joke. I took my baby to get his haircut and after $250 dollars, I left happy with the service. It was not great but ok. I wanted to book another appointment but was told that I was not welcomed cause I did not leave a tip. It was not my intention not to leave a tip as i assumed the tip would be included in the price . They said I was not welcomed as I did not leave a tip my last time I visited. Please find another place that is more welcoming. Do not recommend read more

My fur baby gave them a hard time. She was quite anxious. They did better than expected. I'm so sorry. It seems that Ginger had canine dementia. She couldn't hear or see well anymore. Unfortunately, I put her down mid-May. She is now in doggy heaven. Thank you, Magda and Grace, for many wonderful years of making my shorkie, Ginger, pretty. read more

Great place! My Bella really needed a groom job and she looked beautiful after a few hours here. It took more time than I expected but I guess she really needed a good job. It was a bit more expensive that what I was told when I drop her but still affordable. They also helped me to bring her in that was not easy, she is stubborn! Thank you! read more

We were on vacation and needed a place for our pup. Grace was so nice and could tell she was a doggie lover. Anytime we called to check up she was very pleasant let us visit throughout our vacation. We thought our pup was going to think that we had abandoned hime and it was the complete opposite! He saw us for a few minutes and wanted back into the playroom to play with some doggy friends! Next time we head to Miami we will certainly visit Grace and have our pup stay at Miami Beach Pet Spa again! read more

Geeze you guys were a life saver when I was visiting from out of town and my pup needing looking after. Highly recommend

This is a great, friendly place for pet grooming now at 3911 Alton Road. I was concerned about the review by Henry S. and contacted the owners. They informed me the following, which I quote: "He was told prior to boarding dog about the bath. We have the doggies socially interacting and going on walks so all get exit bath. He refused to pay last day of boarding and bath at discharge. Both were credited to him in a gesture of goodwill. His dog is a regular size dachshund, no mini there. Now, we know that he has done this to other boarding facilities in Miami Beach. Wish we would have known before!! His dog Frank is awesome but owner is rude and vulgar. " read more

The first time I take my blind schnauzer , the job, eccect a little cut under her neck, was a good job; the second time, them has not time so I decided to give her just a trimming, I wasn't happy and the receive was not like the bank statement, added 20 $ tip, with no reason; I tell then the result I call for an appointment for a full stripping and the excuse was that grace has an hand problem, two month later I ask a friend to call for my little one, they schedule for today at 10, when I arrived, them said wasn't true, he didnt conferm, lied, I can show a message, but when he calls then said that doesn't accept my dog anymore because I said the true; them don't accept any criticiam, but are so coward that don't said to me, when I was there just said she was busy for the next 4 month. Unprofessional, very unprofessional, but if the only one that hand stripping in south beach. they give me another name at pompano beach. the only thing that love about your dogs are the money that can gains read more

I rarely write reviews. Unfortunately, I have had only dreadful experiences with this spa. Putting aside the cost (in excess of $220 for my English cocker spaniel to have a haircut, stripping not clippers, to be fair), the first occasion was an all-day affair, drop off at 9am and pick-up at 4.30pm. The second haircut, I was quoted $140 only to be charged $240 all in for the cut - additionally, they asked me to drop in my dog at 9am, and on the basis of the prior haircut, I apparently incorrectly assumed that it would again be an all-day operation. The spa told me, at pick-up, that the cost would be an additional day charge for pet care, notwithstanding it wasn't disclose and because they managed to finish the haircut early. I live an hour away and basically am not on call to collect the dog if they happen to finish up early. In any event, the final straw today is that, when attempting to book the dog in for a haircut, I am now told that the groomer is booked out for 4+ months. Hard to believe.. I cannot stress enough how totally disappointing and unprofessional this establishment is. Much better spas in and around Miami if you want to avoid a shakedown and totally unprofessional service. You've been warned.. read more

Grace has been grooming my long haired cat Goldie for two years. Goldie is very sweet and pretty shy. Grace knows that she is a bit scared of the blow dryer so she has another way of drying her that takes longer but is less stressful for the animal. Grace really understands and cares for the animals she is grooming and knows them well to tailor their experience- she is hands down one of the best cat groomers around. read more

First time here, 5 gold stars! The ladies who own this place are super nice and informative and my Princess Molly the Pom came out looking like a Rockstar. When I'm not sure where to go, I pretty much go by Yelp reviews and this one definitely did not dissappoint. I have lived on the beach for 20some years and always have lots of furry babies that need grooming. My usual place was all booked up, so first I researched the Dogbar, but since the owner Steve and his groomers had so many bad reviews decided to move on. The PetSpa has, due to their humble location off of 41st, very few reviews, however all very positive. I'm picky when it comes to my babies, so I don't take it lightly when I say that this place comes highly recommended.. read more

Great place. I was referred by Joan Keller and my Parker was given exceptional care. Thank guys!!!

Been using these ladies for nearly 9 years! They are the only people I will trust to babysit my little one, give him a haircut & play days when I'm working! They give great cuts... The best boarding in FL and truly care about the pups. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby!! read more

Grace and Magda are fantastic dog lovers who treat my dogs as their own while visiting. . I have been using MB pet spa for 2+ years for boarding and grooming of my 2 yorkies, Lola and Sophie, who is a 2.5lbs teacup- so you can imagine that I am very particular where I send them, especially when I travel. This is a place where you can feel confident to leave your pets, whether for an afternoon or a week. read more

Another of Miami Beach's notorious rip-off pet boarding businesses. This one charges a mandatory $25 fee for bathing your dog before he's returned to you. (For purposes of comparison, I paid $10 to have my Mini Cooper washed, and it weighs a lot more than my mini-dachshund). Beware! If they'll rip you off this way, who knows what else they will do? read more

They do a great job on my Shih Tzu. Another groomer swore that my dog bit them because he had a problem with them clipping his nails. I took my dog here and they have no problems clipping his nails and my doggie always looks cute. read more

I've been taking my Rocco here for almost 8 years (back when they were located at their 1st address). They upgraded to a bigger and better facility on Alton & 41st now. Magda and Grazia are truly animal lovers with the patience of saints. I know because my old guy can be cranky but they still manage to do an excellent job on him each time. My Rocco is a shih-tzu and they are shih-tzu owners, too, so they know just how to handle him! The store front has an amazing selection of toys, food and treats, too. Affordable, friendly service. Thank you ladies!! read more
