Perfect pool and spa responded to my call for service the very same day. They diagnosed the issue with my spa and had it fixed in three days. The service and repair was excellent and the cost was incredibly reasonable. We highly recommend them. read more

We started using Perfect Pool this past winter. I can't speak highly enough about them. We are new to having a pool and I have lots of questions. They have all the answers and take the time to explain so that we can understand all. When I've seen something I perceive out of the ordinary and call they are right in top of it to give me piece of mind. If you are looking for someone to care about your pool, they should be your first and only call. read more

We had an awesome experience with Chris and his team. We bought a house that had a bad pool pump and we knew nothing about our pool. Chris came within hours of the first call and stayed until we understood the type of filter and pump we had. He got our new pump put in in a timely manner and came by a few times to make sure it was working and we knew how to set it up. He also was very knowledgeable about the other equipemnwt our pool has. Chris and his team are professional and patient! We truely appreciate them and all they have helped us with. We recommend them to all our friends and family read more

Horrible!!!!!! Company was called out for a warranty repair of our pool and skimmer pumps along with filter leaks. Chris came out and removed our main pool pump and said he would rebuild it and return. The next day one of his workers returned and barely installed two low quality cheap pumps (didn't bolt them down or install the electrical correctly) also didn't even test pumps to see if they worked. We weren't home so the guy did a less than professional job, when I called Chris to ask him why the job was done so poorly and incomplete his response was the tech was in a hurry to get to the Trump convention. I was upset that our old equipment was taken without permission along with other parts and stuff is still leaking. Chris avoids my calls and hasn't returned to complete. Not an honest or reliable person, just wants to get a quick buck. read more

My pool is still green! Chris and team are so personable. He seems like a good guy and is very busy. He talked me into an expensive, salt water system. I was very clear that I'm rarely home, can't get a regular service person out to my country house and I need help. He NEVER told me that in hot weather I need to add chlorine because the salt system may need help. He NEVER told me or showed me how to vacuum. All he said was that I need to brush it, sweep and add more salt when "this button" is red. Weather is changing and I still have a green pool. The next estimate from another service is $1,000 to drain pool and start over. What a mess. I thought it might be due to a leak, Chris came out and charged me another $450 to basically turn a switch. He saw the pool was green and didn't say a word. To add insult to injury, Chris hasn't returned my calls to address how upset I am. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. read more

Perfect Pool has been taking care of our pool for several years now after we went through several other companies. They are good at not only keeping the pool clean but at the maintenance of the equipment. It is an old pool and needs care, Perfect Pool has taken care of it. They are good at looking at solutions keeping the cost reasonable as they make the repairs. Michael, our worker that takes care of our pool does an excellent job and is always wiling to talk to me about solutions. They recommended a new pool pump that not only saves us money on our energy bill but also had a nice rebate from the city. They are here when they say they will be and have taken care of us in emergencies. I would recommend them to anyone that wants good pool service and a reasonable cost. read more

Excellent Service! Chris came and fixed my spa thermostat the same day I called for service. I'm very pleased with my repair. This is the second time they have repaired my spa (2 different issues) and they are awesome. I totally recommend them!! read more

We just moved to a new house that came with a salt water pool. Chris, the owner of Perfect Pool and Spa, came out personally, talked me through the equipment we have and answered the MANY questions I had for him. As luck would have it, Michael, was assigned to service our pool. I have nicknamed him 'The Pool Whisperer' because he knows anything and everything about pools always takes the time to answer any question I have. As luck WOULDN'T have it, my salt cell died after just a few weeks in the house. They were quick to help me replace it and helped me trouble shoot a small leak that developed in our filter as well. No matter what the issue, they have an answer and are quick to help - AND offer ways to save money in the process. I couldn't recommend Perfect Pool and Spa more. read more

This has been a terrible experience with this company. I have tried for more than a year to have the owner (Chris) complete a job installing and making operational, a spa timer with pneumatic switches. I can't figure out why he has blown this off.. perhaps I shouldn't have paid him when he said it was completed. He got his money, ran away from the job, and won't respond when I try to get him to trouble shoot and fix the existing problem. What's up with that? I would not recommend this company. read more

I will highly recommend Perfect Pool Service. We called around looking for someone to do our service. When talking to Chris he was very attentive and was able to get someone out immediately. Michael came to our house that evening. Michael answered all of our questions and was informative on our pool equipment. That evening we decided to go with Perfect Pool Service. Michael stayed after hours to completely cleaned our filters and filter system. He Cleaned our pool in a fraction of the time it would take me. That is great customer service. read more

I had the pump on my spa go bad. Even though they had 1 bad review on Yelp, I called to give them the benefit of doubt. I told Chris as much and explained that I needed a good repair guy I could count on. He came out and looked over my spa and pool and said he was my guy. Long story short. They replaced the pump in my spa and sent me a bill for $850 or so. I thought it was pretty high, but paid it. When I first went to use spa, I noticed the foot jet was not working. When I opened the cover to inspect, I found it had been removed completely. I called Chris and asked why. I thought maybe it was in the way of new pump...maybe the new pump was bigger? In either case, I thought I should have been consulted and given some options or at least informed rather than discover it on my own. Chris said he would "talk to his tech" and get back to me. He agreed that it should and would be put back in working order. Well, at least 5 phone calls later, with a lot off smoke blown you know where, it has become apparent that he has no intention of making anything right. And, even though I was told all of the seals would be replaced, it has leaked ever since. I finally drained it and replaced them all myself. I gave him the opportunity to establish a long time pool/spa customer and he failed. Terrible way to do business! read more
