Justin responded within minutes and after speaking briefly on the phone setup an appointment for a tech to come to my home in red bluff two days later. Trent arrived Wednesday morning ready to tackle the problem. He spent an hour patiently troubleshooting all possibilities. He was competent and thorough. He didn't mind me hovering a bit so as to learn what I could while he worked. He took the time check each different component as they kept checking out OK. He could have gave up and tried shotgunning parts I guess but didn't. Eventually, using a pressure manometer he found the incoming gas pressure was too low to initiate firing up (Even though you could smell the gas when it tried to fire up). Walking back to the side of house near the PGE gas meter we found a second shut-off valve (there is a shut-off valve at the heater) that had PARTIALLY gotten turned. Problem solved. After years of ill-feelings from my experience with pool contractors in general it was great to find Executive Pool & Spa. Promptness, knowledge, integrity, courtesy all get an A+ from me.

Originally I called around different places, and almost got completely scared out of the process. On a casual phone call ( elsewhere) I was quoted $20K ,and at the end of the call $18k for another ( lower budget model ) I assumed prices had skyrocketed and perhaps we shouldn't be purchasing anything after all.- Went to SS & B and had a very good experience browsing the large showroom. The Tubs there were starting at below about 6k, and probably averaged to 12k -15k or more? I had MANY choices in my range, and almost too many to choose from. We fell in LOVE with a 'filled' floor model that came with a bunch of add ons and a 5 yr warranty. Free delivery, chemicals , at home demo , and a bunch more. Went back another 2 times to ask millions of questions and finally pulled the trigger. I could not believe it arrived one week later. It all went faster then we expected and we actually had to wait for the electrician appt to happen after delivery. After the electrician filled the tub and left, they came BACK out to show us all the ropes and get us going. All in all, I had changed my mind on the placement ( while it was still empty) ,called several times, stopped by several more, and have been So happy with everyone I've encountered. We have been so in love with the hot tub, and used them for our first drain and fill service after 3 months. The tech was on time and addressed all my new crazy questions and showed me some things I still hadn't learned about. He also was fast and great at what he does, and really likes his job. Upbeat and all nice people ! This is the way to purchase imo. The customer service has been unbeatable and invaluable, everyone there is a pro, and happy to help. Make sure you at LEAST check them out before going anywhere else.

No explanation or partial refund was every provided. Prices continue to rise. We expect weekly cleaning in the height of pool use but there has been a service drop over summer months. It must be difficult to recruit and keep dependable employees.

After pouring the concrete deck we found that Chris lied. The pipe for the main drain was missing a 6 foot section of piping. When confronted with these facts Chris stated " We can take it to court." When the new electrical panels were installed by perfect pool and spa they were installed incorrectly resulting in shorted outlets in the panel. This is after we expanded to Chris we were refinishing our pool due to a traumatic fire. I had to stop contact between my wife and Chris because he was demeaning and told my wife "If you could understand basic concepts then you'd get what I'm explaining to you but you don't." The last six months they've gotten nothing…read morebut downhill I was willing to overlook the billings, which just seemed to go up enough for treatment for the pool or parts, but my Pool guy I found out was arrested and they terminated him would not tell me why and I did have a way of contacting him and I did find out why and it wasn't too nice. I feel deceptive by the Pool service they sent out someone else who is brand new truly I don't believe knows what he's doing, but he thinks that he's doing the best job possible he's getting carried away with the pool poisons for a pool that has a little to know use I've asked them to stop and they don't listen. They have Christine in their office and the customer is never right no matter what you say. You're never right I always thought that when you paid your bills and made request, they would try to keep the customer happy that is not the case

I brought it home and it still didn't match so I took a small sample back to him. He worked until he got it right. He was professional, friendly, persistent on getting it right, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend that anyone who wants anything that has to do with paint to go to that paint Mart and ask for Justin. He's an amazing young man. I appreciated all of his efforts today.

Go to Valley West Ace. Better Employees work there. If people are acting suspicious and have foul intentions, it's pretty obvious. We clearly didn't, and we were treated like scum.
